04/02/23You will need to call 2x to get a tow!They stated they called our tow request 3x we never received a call canceled our order stating we were not there, on the side of the freeway exit..I called dispatch 3way with AAA on the line..C.C.T. hung up on me and AAA as we were trying to get the order # to them. We called back and their phone line went straight to voice-mail.Stay safe out their,God bless us all.

The driver of a tow truck with this business name and address just cut me off on the road, he was driving recklessly and endangering people around him. If this is how they drive their tow truck imagine how they ll treat your car, use ANY OTHER place. Trust me this shows just how little they care about others and the service they provide, you would think that a tow truck driver would know how to drive safely but they don t. If this is your business you should retrain your drivers to learn to drive on the road and to take care of your trucks when they re on the road and also to not drag your business s name trough the mud because this puts your name in a bad light.

If I could rate a 0 zero , that is what this tow company deserves. This is the worst tow company ever, i called AAA at 11:45 i was ok with a 45 minute wait, now here it is 2 hours later. Just received a call from Jose the driver. Telling me that it's gonna be another 4-6 hours, thisIs freaking ridiculous. I will be contacting the better businesses bureau with a complaint. The manager Sam wasn't any help either.You guys suck, be careful how you guys is handling y'all businesses or You gonna be out of business...Ms B 9-5-23

Looks like my review was deleted and I will NOT GO UHEARD WITH THE TRUTH! California coach customers BEWARE! I should honestly go and file a claim for fraud but out of the kindness of my heart I don't want anyone to lose their income based upon a stupid mistake. But I do want to come forward at the very least to let Google know that I was told that this place was the greatest, after being hit and injured I took my truck here in good faith that it would be fixed up in their auto body shop. What a joke, I thought I was getting a huge favor for getting a free tow, when infact I was mislead and after checking Google reviews realized the company HAS NO AUTO BODY! IT IS A SIMPLE TOW SERVICE! THEY STORED MY TRUCK FOR THREE MONTHS CLAIMING THE PARTS FOR A TOYOTA 1997 PICKUP TRUCK HAD RARE AUTO BODY PARTS THAT WERE ON A SHIP AND SO HARD TO FIND IT DIDNT HAVE A TIME FRAME. THEY TOLD ME TO JUST GET RID OF THE TRUCK AND TAKE IT AS A LOSE BECAUSE THE INSURANCE WOULDN'T PAY FOR IT BEING TOTALED. THEY SAID THE COST OF FIXING IT WOULD BE A TOTAL OF $2,500 AND THE CAR WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE TO FIX. SO WHEN I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE, I GET THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR AN ATTEMPT TO MAKE ME BELIEVE THAT I WAS BEING CHARGED 3 GRAND, AND IT WAS TOTALLY FAKE! I CALLED AND FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO TOLD ME THEY HAD BEEN CLOSED FOR 7YEARS! SO I TOOK MY TRUCK TO BE REPAIRED AND THE DAMAGES WERE TOTALLY FALSE! IT TOOK ME THREE DAYS TO GET THE TRUCK BACK AND ONLY COST $700. THEY WOULD HAVE CAME UP ON SO MUCH CASH IF I HAD TAKEN THEIR ADVICE, THEY STORED MY TRUCK AND LET IT SIT THERE COLLECTING DUST AND TOLD ME TO MY FAVE IN A RECORD ROOM THAT THE PARTS WERE IN JAPAN. I DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING IF IT HAPPEND TO ME WHO ELSE HAS IT HAPPENED TO? AND THEY SUCK AT TOWING ALSO MY TRUCK IS A STICK SHIFT AND THE GUY WHO BROUGHT IT BACK DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE STICK SO I HAD TO GET ON THE FLAT BED AND INTO THE TRUCK MYSELF WHICH IS RIDICULOUS THAT THE ONLY SERVICE THEY OFFER THEY ARENT GOOD AT EITHER, HOW SAFE IS THAT RIGHT? THE COMPANY SHOULDNT TAKE THE TRUTH AND SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG, BE GLAD I HAVENT SUED YOU BECAUSE UNDER YOUR OWN VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IS A RECORDED CONVERSATION OF THE CONVERSATION ABOUT THE PARTS BEING A BOAT! ITS NOT MY FAULT YOUR SCAMMERS AND DIDNT GET AWAY WITH IT.

Their Caller ID and phone number match with the company PACIFIC TRUCK AND AUTO TOWING. I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews, however, THIS IS THE WORST towing experience I have ever had!AAA referred to them as California Coach Towing and sent them to pick up my car from a mechanic and send it to a dealership. The towing dispatcher seemed a little curt but besides that Everything seemed smooth at first.When the driver arrived at the dealership, the same dispatcher called me to collect payment. I explained my confusion about the mileage overage and she cut me off and said "I need to know what you want to do now or I'm going to have my driver take your car!"I was stunned and I said I'm trying to let you know but can I please finish what I was saying, she said I was being very disrespectful and hung up on me! I called AAA, explained the confusion and she contacted the tow company. I called the tow truck driver to make sure they give my key to the service desk. He asked if I made the payment and I said yes, can you please tell me where my car is and he said I need to talk to my office and I asked him the same question again. and he hung up on me! The KIA service manager called me to say they don't want to give him the key and he was driving very aggressively in the parking lot. I told him that I will call the police if he doesn't give them the key.I called the this tow company back and it was a different person. He assured me the driver left the key with the service department. He was polite but but didn't seem to care what I told him about the rudeness because the girl who hung up on my multiple times was responding to what I was saying. I was on speaker.Anyways, they must've thought I was trying to rip them off for $36.00! lol. If she would have let me explain why I was confused and that I intended to pay, it wouldn't have gotten to that ridiculous level. AAA rep said she filed a complaint against this company on my behalf. From the looks of all of the negative reviews involving this company and AAA, nothing will change.....

California Coach was called to tow my vehicle. The technician that answered the call entered our property without permission, was combative, made rude and racist comments. I asked him to exit my property and he became defensive and picked up a steel pipe from one of his compartment.

Kevin T. was great! Very friendly and resourceful. When he wasn't familiar with how to detach the spare tire on my SUV, without missing a beat, he pulled up a video on YouTube and followed along with it, not wasting any time. Great job!

My driver, Shawn, was very fast getting to my broke down car and thorough with ensuring my car was secured on the back of his flatbed truck. Best tow experience I've ever had! Got me and my car home safely. I'm soo thankful for this company helping me out and hiring great drivers!

My service technician was Junior. He arrived earlier than scheduled which was great because it's 81� outside! He was very professional! He was able to answer all of my questions while checking my battery. I am totally satisfied with his service today! I'm glad AAA uses this company as an independent contractor! I pass this business all the time. I know if I should need their services in the future, I will contact them and refer California Coach Towing to my friends and colleagues. These guys are fantastic! They are very professional, polite, and took the time to inspect my car before repairs and explain everything that they were looking for, as far as damage to my rear bumper and any possible damage to the undercarriage. They communicate very well and worked flawlessly with my insurance. When I picked up my car they had cleaned and polished not only the repaired bumper, but the entire car and the inside as well. My car looks absolutely perfect! I will definitely be returning here for any future body work, and will be referring my friends and family as well.

Yesterday while waiting for my husband to come help me I was in the back part of a movie theatre parking lot in the shade and this AAA driver shows up and paks next to me I asked if he brought the keys he said no he was on lunch so ok I go on about my business and he stayed for 2 hours just sitting there finally he leaves only to return and leave 3 more times literally this guy sat in the parking lot all day until about 9 pm and only left after I started screaming at the top of my lungs he was making me feel very uncomfortable. So to all the people who are waiting on AAA to send somebody to help you check your local parking lots cause that's where they're at and the reason why you are not being helped. I tried calling AAA to report this guy but as usual AAAs complete LACK of customer service and customer care said there was nothing they could do...figures!!!

It is very unfortunate that I find it necessary to post my experience with this company ,my feedback is not to bash this company but to provide feedback that would be valued and in hopes to improve processes -I called triple AAA this morning around 9am to have our work truck towed , they dispatched my call and told us someone would be here by 9:30am, -9:45 rolled around still no tow truck or follow up I had to call to get a status update , they said oh we re really sorry but we are short on drivers we will be there in another 30-45 min !! This time passed I called again this time to speak with a supervisor she calls California coach and says someone will be there in another 30-40 minThey finally arrived close to 12noon, why not just be honest from the initial call? Instead of giving fabricated information? I ve been a long time standing member of triple AAA and this is their primary vendor .when your telling the customer the tow truck will arrive between 9:30 or 10am your setting up expectations for the customer to expect the driver to arrive at that time if their is a delay the customer should be contacted immediately, very very sad the way this business is being ran , poor follow up and horrible customer serviceManagement really needs to take a serious look at the way these calls are being handledTriple AAA really needs to find another resource it makes Triple AAA look very bad!!!What should ve happened and if I were a CSR with California towing is when I initially called I would ve said look I want to be very honest with you ,we are extremely backed up we re short on drivers and we honestly can t be there until 12noon!! i m very sorry but I want to be completely transparent with you That s it!!!! At least your being honest there s no unrealistic expectations and the poor driver doesn t have to deal with irate customers!!! Arnold was amazing!!! Totally satisfied! My car battery died, he was here in 15 minutes and took the time to explain to me what happened and why! Then he gave me a new battery on the spot for almost $50 less than the Honda dealership!! Amazing service. Highly recommended!!!

Sherif was exceptionally professional, proficient, helpful, courteous and protective of my safety while he changed my tire. He reassured me that the car was safe after he worked on it. Very happy with service Lorena was very fast and friendly and gave very reasonable rates. David tow truck driver was very polite and friendly and knows his way around. Wait time was only 20 mins. I highly recommend there service and would use them again if needed. Thank you again for your service.

I just got my vehicle back from Coach Collision and they did an excellent job with the repairs and service. They even fixed an issue from a previous repair ( not done by Collision Coach) that was not part of the original repair order just because it was something they could fix easily and found that it had not been done fully correct. They did not charge for the extra repair and they returned my vehicle fully cleaned and detailed. I could not be happier with the customer service and attention to details. I would highly recommend them for any collision repairs to your vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

FIVE STARS!After my car stalled in the middle of a freeway exit on 9/14, Alex B. quickly and safely got my car off the road. He made sure my sisters and I were okay and talked me through the towing process from beginning to end. He was very kind, funny, and helpful. It was about midnight around Jan 14, 2021 when I called AAA because my alternator went out on the 5 fwy Joe from California coach towing, came to the rescue and towed my vehicle 15 miles to my destination. Joe was very professional and overall an amazing person! Thank you very much Joe for your help.

what I thought was a simple trip to Frank & sons on San Jose road turned out to be a fiasco but thanks to Adoney and all the people at California coach the night wasn't a total loss. I locked my keys in the trunk of my BMW because I was in a hurry so I called AAA and they sent out California Coach the gentleman Adoney was dispatched to my location when he got there he was in my car within minutes but the problem was getting into the trunk. All I can say is that it's a pain in the @#$ to get into the trunk of a BMW. But thanks to him and his coworker Ivan and their patience and perseverance we were in. I just want to personally thank them for their help and I will always highly recommend you guys while I'm in that area if I ever need a tow truck so I give him five stars across the. the

Their driver Alex is extremely rude. I have AAA which is an amazing company and he got the call to come out to tow my vehicle. I got in a car accident this morning in which the other vehicle hit my bumper. The brackets are broken and I don t want to drive my car home because I don t want to take the chance of my bumper falling off on the freeway. This tow truck driver Alex is just standing there looking at my car up and down and says there s no damage and that he s not towing my car. What is that all about? and the whole time he was with a bad attitude and speaking rudely to me. What did I do to him? .. It s not my fault that he can t see the damage which by the way is none of his business. He was called to tow my car and thats that. Ask me for my membership card and my DL and that s it. The only good comments I ll leave is that the manager of this place was kind to take down my complaint and my call. The dispatcher was nice too. But Alex, worst tow truck driver bad attitude ever. Epic fail.

My car broke down today in Walnut at the shopping center with my little niece in the car. I called Auto Club and they sent Antonio from California Coach Towing to get the car and take it to my mechanic. It was so hot (90) and Antonio got me and my niece safely home and took my car to the mechanic. I have to say he was so wonderful, fast service, so polite, what a great person and employee!Thanks for the great service!

2Hrs waiting for the tow truck on the side of 60FWY. No calls or messages that the guy will be late. From 8pm to 10pm. I called AAA they said another 20min. This California Coach is in Walnut 15 min away the traffic is running at 80mi/hr. I called California Coach the girl that answered said there is too much traffic. I am laughing how idiotic. AAA is not doing its job by checking the complaints from other members.

Our car broke down today, heating problem. Robert came fast to the rescue. He was fast, professional, just great. He took our car to my mechanic and even took us home. We where happy to be home and felt safe. Thank you, we appreciate your help!!

This towing service was through AAA. Luis Martin is very courteous and efficient. He arrived on time and handled the car fast & professionally on pick-up and drop off manifesting their experience in towing. The tow truck used is powerful, well equipped and handled with ease the loading and unloading.

They came out as part of a AAA battery service. They installed the wrong battery and don't care the correct battery for a hybrid. So I've been fighting with them to get my money back on an incorrect battery. The "manager" is always out of the office and never available to talk.
