I was in desperate need of towing, they assisted me immediately. I paid $1,000 for the tow, they never provided me a receipt. I have been calling over 6 days just to get a receipt for a transaction and it's like a circus to get a receipt for what i paid. I needed this for my company, now i will never use them again, i planned on giving them alot of my business but now i changed my mind. And the supervisor Moe is very unprofessional.

Well, on one hand, the driver didn't have space for more than one person on the van. On the other hand, he did stay by to see if there was a bigger tow truck just in case, and he did a great job of towing us in the end. So yeah, you call and you'll have options on how you want to get towed.

I called to ask a couple questions, the guy who answered says "hello" I said is this a company? He says yes, how can I help you. I said, well first, what is the name of your company and he got smart with me. Then I asked, do you service Walnut, CA and he says NO, they're in Walnut. Guy was a punk and needs to let someone with class answer the phones from now on. I hate people like this who think they're indispensable. Good luck BOB

Crooks. They DID deliver the freight, but they did so 3 hours later than agreed, and made up lies about coworkers. Overall, an unpleasant experience. Save yourself the headache and avoid them.

They cancelled my tow because he didn't like to feel rushed when I checked on my status after the truck was not there by the quoted time. Don't use this service.

there price is crazy I just ask for a quota and they want to charge $175.00 to move a car from one garage to anothere that is actually 3 location down the street I'm calling Hadick's towing

Very bad company took 5 hours for them to be able to tow the RV when they could have just said they can't do it they damaged the rv and just dropped it off withou leaving a invoice becouse my insurance paying for the tow the owner was very rude and is overcharging my insurance if it's even a emergency do not go with this tow company the owner cussed and hung up the phone even I just wanted to no what was going to happen for the damages they already charging a 1000 dollars when another tow company would have done it for 300 but was gonna take 2 hours to get to me but ended up taking these guys 5 hours with major damages I am defenetly reporting them and might call for a hit and run.

Drivers have sticky fingers. If you HAVE to use them then take out your valuables or take pictures. But I wouldn't recommend using them at all. Terrible company

They scratched my car in the process of towing and refused to fix it. I wouldn't recommend.
