I have been a customer of Walnut Creek Smog since 2014 when I purchased my Hyundai Tucson. I have always been able to book an appointment in advance. The employees are always pleasant and get the job done in a short amount of time. Being a customer for a period of time I have always gotten a discount which is great! Keep up the good work!

I showed up for a Smog check and he fit me in with his busy schedule. The owner is very friendly and professional. I also believe the service is reasonably priced and I will go again in the future. Thanks Walnut Creek Smog!!!

Great place to get your vehicle smog tested! I have taken all 4 of my vehicles there, including a 31 foot RV. They have always been on time which is much appreciated .. but what I most appreciate is the professional advice on any other maintenance issues they see with the vehicle when they are doing the smog test. They do not press to have the work done at their shop they just indicate you should follow up on the matter.

Nice friendly little smog place tucked away at end of Mazda Dr. Busy as can be. Id highly recommend calling for an appt 1st but they do a good job of squeezing walk-ins into their workload.

I took my 07' Honda Accord to Andy for service. My car was worked on in a timely manner and I got it back right away. Along with fast service Andy is very knowledgeable and detailed he provided me with information on the functionality and parts needed. Andy is a great human being, kind hearted honest shop owner who cares for his employees and customers he was very understanding and supportive of some personal factors that I was dealing with. A great guy!

I generally hate getting my car smogged--such a hassle! However, coming here makes the process fast, friendly and on-time! I was taken in at my designated appointment time, owner is friendly and helpful, and the fees charged are what they say they are going to be (unlike many others who add prices once you are finished).Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

I've gone here for 6 years, and it's always amazing service! They are fast, friendly and priced right. Make an appointment for best experience otherwise head down there early cus they book up quick!

best smog check in walnut creek, and I'm not just blowing smoke. after having a hard time finding anyone who would take an appointment on short notice or who didnt price gouge, i found this place. i was in and out in 20 mins and no extra charges and no hassle. its hard to find a good smog place, and i will taking my cars here from now on.

Always available for appointments same day in my experience. Nice customer service, honest, quick, and the price is fair. It's not necessarily the cheapest, but I like the convenience and no up-selling of other services, since all they do is smog checks. If you've never been there it can be a bit tricky to find. Just go down the steep hill on Mazda Dr off of Main St (don't drive too fast, Mazda is easy to miss), then turn right into the parking area. Look them up on Yelp and you'll see lots of positive reviews.

I was able to drop-in thanks to a cancelled appointment. Both guys working were really friendly and pretty relaxed. Car was in the shop within five minutes and the process began.

These guys are above and beyond the best. Honest, kind and they stand behind their work and charge a very fair price.Why would you take your car to some test only shop when you've got these guys ? They smog your car and they'll tell you what it needs help with.They easily could have fooled me into buying an entire exhaust system and pay them to install it but they were honest with me and told me all I needed was a little sensor that costs $20.That sort of integrity is an extremely valuable and rare commodity that you just won't find in a lot of places.I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

This place is absolutely the best for smog checks. Really great guys who'll get you in and out quickly if your car is well maintained. Easy to miss the tiny little street in the middle of the Subaru car lot but not a big deal.

I have had to bring my old car to Walnut Creek Smog several times as the vehicle has had many issues that needed repairs. Andy has been such a help through out this year while we have been trying to get this car certified. He went beyond the call of duty and found DMV information that was helpful. I highly recommend this facility.

Walnut creek smog did a smog test on my old car. They did the work while we waited. The smog test was completed quickly and we passed. After the test, the mechanic informed us that the car had a small oil leak in the front of the engine. He showed us several photos of the leak and gave us his opinion about the severity and what we could do. This was excellent work for finding and documenting an oil leak when all we came in for was a smog test.We have used walnut creek smog for several years and we highly recommend them.

Great service. Friendly employees. Greeted me at the counter quickly with a smile on his face. Truely some of the best service ever! Called the day before for an appointment, got me im at 10am the next day. Was in and out in 15 ! Quick and easy as it should be. Will be gminMNloing here for all my smog services in the future! In the past I would take my car to get smog to who ever I could find, but that was before I met Andy. He is so nice and friendly and always has me in and out of there which is great when you have a small child in tow. He has done such a great job over the years that he not only services my car, but now my husbands car and all of his companies cars as well.

Called in the morning crossing my fingers for same day service. They had openings. Super friendly staff. Was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Be sure to park on the right hand side of the lot, as they share it with another business.
