They are the most professional and friendly tint company I ve ever dealt with. Ahmad did my car this time. He was very knowledgeable about how to do a clean job. High quality of materials and job. Fully recommended.

There aren't many options for tint in Walnut Creek so I assumed they wouldn't have time for a walk-in.To my surprise they booked me right away, super friendly, great advice and experience without being pushy at all!Adrian and Ahmed (sorry if I didn't spell it right) are professional and very reliable.Absolutely recommended!!

Scheduled and went there in a short notice. Ahmad was super friendly and helpful (never tinted before so was a nice intro).Two of my friends tinted several cars here so I knew they were good before I came but was nice to see they are super friendly and professional as well.Overall highly recommend also the prices are quite reasonable.

I came today to get all of my windows done and had a great experience! The process was smooth and clear, and Adrian was very helpful with answering all of my questions about the different films they offer here. Great place to go for clean, professional work!

Walnut Creek location burned the headliner in multiple places with a heat gun while applying tint. SUV was 1 month old and they burned it. The supposed owner, Adrian, said that they didn t have insurance at that shop so there was nothing he could do but try to find someone to patch the headliner. Well it s been almost a year and I have yet to hear from them. I paid $1,200 for you guys to burn a brand new SUV. I am warning everyone to NOT TRUST them to do the right thing, find somewhere else to go that will stand behind their name and work.

Ahmad was wonderful to deal with. Straight to the point and clear on what my upgrade options were. You get what you pay for at jet black and I got a premium tint job done FAST! I bit on ad advertisement on my phone that morning, then dropped my car off at noon and it was ready to go by 2 pm! Expensive but worth it.

I called today and made an appointment and they were able to help me right away. I upgraded to a more expensive tint film but you can t feel any heat through it. It looks amazing tbh. 5% all around the back and 15% in the front. Shout out jet black tint.Service: Sun control window tintingService: Sun control window tinting

Find another shop to tint your windows, as these guys will take a very long time and likely will have to redo the tinting because it comes out sloppy. Unfortunately, they only have 1 or 2 guys that know what they're doing, but everyone else is a beginner in the business. Highly recommend to take your business elsehwere

I was looking for window tint in the area and a friend told me about this place, she had a really good experience here as well. Scheduling my appointment over the phone was easy. Adrian were waiting for me and helped me with all of my concerns about the window tint since I was doing it for my safety also for a road trip and wanted to keep my car cool while driving in the desert of Arizona. So if you travel a lot as I do, please do the 5% shade! Adrian was really nice sweet and helped me choosing the right shade for my car.He also gave me updates about every detail that was being done in my car. So my experience at Jet Black tint was awesome, I highly recommend this place.

Ahmad was a good help, I had bought the 99 deal online & Ahmad was helpful , he did the 99 deal , great job . I got my front 2 windows tinted and he said if they bubble up that I can come back and he ll put new ones for free since it has warranty on it.

Great Service came here on black friday after getting my 5th vehicle tinted here and it was finished in a timely manner for a good deal the salesman Nadeem will hook it up the window tinters Ahmed and Gol did a great job as always. 10/10 experience will be back again.

These guys were great. I was able to make an appointment for the same day and they finished the job very quickly and professionally. I appreciate how they run their business because I was able to make an appointment and get a quote by phone. Then once I was on location, I met Nadem who has excellent customer service and thoroughly explained my options. Funny enough, after the job was done I needed a jumpstart and the guys were gracious enough to help me out with that too. Top notch work and service!! You can trust these guys to do a great job and I won t hesitate to bring my other cars here as well.

I just got my windows tinted there today, as soon as I walked in I was helped , staff was super friendly and I ended up going with the mid level tint package, he gave me a deal on it to a price we were both happy with. They tinted super fast (my truck was done in around 3 hours). Picked it up the same day and immediately I could tell how good of a job Ahmed did, the tint is super dark from the outside and pretty decent visibility from the inside (given it s 5 percent) , no immediate bubbling or anything, and with the lifetime warranty I m not worried about it being messed up. Will 100% bring my future vehicles to them . Great service!

The hospitality here is amazing. The welcome you here with open hands and make sure you get what you paid for. I have been going to them for a couple of years and one of the main guys who used to work here is Ed. Today Ahmad made sure I was taken care of and did not disappoint.

Terrible and sloppy service! I had my brand new Rav4 tinted here, waited 10 days for everything to set, and inspected the vehicle, and their film showed delamination, patterns were not properly cut to exact window size, bubbles inback 1/4 windows, light gaps, debris and uneven edges. I took it back and the owner was very apprehensive about replacing everything I saw, he was stating that if it's not in driver's sight it does not matter, and if you cant see it from 2ft away its fine. After much debate, they replaced 6 out of 11 panels. I waited AGAIN the 10 days and guess what... Same things showed... I went here for convenience but usually take it to another shop who does it flawlessly everytime which I ended up doing (so 3 tint attempts total) and it was fine. Do not recommend....

Went in for a 530xi ceramic tent and a $99 bogo on a fiat panda. $596.25 after everything - my experience with Jet Black Tint Walnut Creek was great.Ahmad & Nelson took great care of me.

The car looks good. And the tint looks good. But I deducted a star because they left my damn key fob and house key on the back of the car for some reason. I drove a couple miles down the road to the store and when I got out and went to the trunk, I noticed the keys laying there. I figured the keys were just left in the seat as my car cranked right up but nope. Not sure why the keys were taken out of the car in the first place. Otherwise, good job on the tint.Service: Sun control window tinting

I came here 3 years ago and got my 2008 Ford Focus done it looks absolutely gorgeous and the customer service was absolutely amazing! Adrian was my customer service represented he was super informative and extremely professional if you have the pleasure of working with him I highly recommended! They have a very comfortable waiting room with giant couches and a nice TV which is another Plus!When you walk in the front door it's very clean and looks very professional they have lighting and jet black tint sign that look very professional. They explain all services very well and make you feel comfortable about what you're purchasing not only that they will blow you're mine at how fast they are and how good of quality they do in their work!I recently just came again today to bring my 2023 Hyundai Sonata and they were done in less than 45 minutes with very clean looking windows no discrepancies in the glass whatsoever. I highly recommend coming here they will treat you very fair and give you the very best price! Honestly they have unbeatable prices and I will be taking my future cars here!

Nice customer service!! The installers are super nice. I do wish jet black tint would just say the price and not do the bait and switch situation. I don t mind paying just hate the yes, but stuff.. will return tho
