I called in to get my car a full body service check as she broke down a few days prior in another city so I wanted someone to see if she had any other tissues and they were able to get me in very quickly. They did not try to upsell me on anything at all and were so incredibly nice. I personally spoke with Andy and I will definitely go back to get my yearly service because I trust them a lot.

As per most of the other comments I was amazed by the forthright honesty and decency of this shop. For our Mazda 6, now out of warranty, I decided to find an alternative to the dealer. I went in asking for everything but the owner told me that I just needed a minor service and some filters cleaned. Ended up costing a fraction of the dealer prices and they did a great job. Will be coming back here from now on.

Andy is quick and helpful. They replaced my alternator with 0 issues in a couple hours and offered the lowest price for repair compared to several other mechanics.

Andy and his team are the epitome of a perfect mechanic. They are very skilled at working on cars. They are the most honest /transparent mechanic shop I've ever been to. And their prices are extremely reasonable. I stopped going to dealerships a long time ago, and Walnut Creek Import Service is the reason why. Don't take my word for it, take your car there and you'll see just what I'm talking about.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Wonderful service. Andy (the owner) is a man full of integrity. When I take my car in I look hard to find a place where the people are trust worthy and won t take advantage of my less than subpar knowledge of cars. You won t find a place more worthy of your trust in Walnut Creek.

Highly recommended for Honda or any foreign service. Andy was professional and extremely knowledgeable with Honda. My Accord Crosstour had been to 3 different mechanics with no clear answer on what was causing the engine issue, one of them even suggesting I "just trade it in". Not to fear, Andy had it identified and resolved within a couple hours. Could not be more impressed with the service, knowledge and attention. Will continue to go to Walnut Creek Imports for any future automotive needs.

I've been taking my cars to Andy for over a decade. I'm loyal because I can always expect honest, reasonably priced service, and a job well done. That's hard to find these days. Highly recommended!

Talked with Cat or Cal (couldn't get a good look at his name tag) on the phone and he was very helpful already. I came in with some tires issues thinking it was my shocks, which a previous mechanic told me it was and was going to charge me $450 for a replacement. Cat (Cal) took it for a test run and afterwards took it in the shop for a closer look and recommended i change my tires. I took up about a half hour of his time and as i left I asked "what do I owe you?" He replied "nothing." Very helpful and fair people working here, a great experience overall.

Been using Andy's shop for over 10 years and this shop has been getting my business, my dad's business, my mom's business and my grandparents business for well beyond that. Unquestionably one of the best auto mechanics in the bay.

Andy was very professional, very fast, and most importantly honest. Went in to have my brake pads replaced, he called back an hour later and told me they would last another 5k miles. Definitely returning.

These guys just saved my life. I was in a company vehicle and I noticed noise coming from my left front wheel everytime I hit a bump or pothole. After looking and noticing that there was a bolt missing, I happened to be driving by this place and I walked in and told them the problem. Not only did they put the vehicle on the rack within seconds, they replaced the bolt, checked all others and then told me to have a nice day. They didn't charge me at all. I know that anyone who brings their vehicles to these guys will be well taken care of and will have confidence knowing these guys truly care about their customers and not just making a quick buck. Thank you so much!!!!!

Excellent service! On my way to Santa Cruz for the weekend I stopped for lunch, and my car died. After calling 4 shops they were the only ones able to make time to look at what was going on. They had my car fixed the same day.

These guys are top notch . Look at other reviews for them, like yelp, all great reviews speaks for best service and value. They are honest, caring and great at what they do. Will beat out dealer prices.
