Best dealership service dept. hands down, no contest. Ron Manning is a pro, runs a tight ship, and manages his well trained staff with organizational excellence. Andrea and the Service Dept front desk team maintain prompt communications with professionalism and a positive attitude. The Max Limited is back on the road, running like a champ. Thank you Ron, Andrea and the entire team! From here out, the Fords I own and buy will most likely all be cared for at the Ford of Walnut Creek Service Department.August 2023 update: sadly, after less than 1000 miles and no off-roading, my Expedition's 10 speed transmission repair by Ford of Walnut Creek has already failed. To the service dept's credit they've been as helpful as possible, and taking ownership of the situation. i increased this review because this next round of transmission work went smoothly. ....So Repairs went quickly! i am impressed. i returned this review rating up to a 5 because everything repaired is in working order and staying that way so far. i'm hopeful and expect positive things. When i finally go to buy a GT 350 .... it'll be here because the service dept rocks. These folks are the best!

Andrew made the experience very easy. He helped source a rental and kept me up to date while my car was waiting for the part. The car intake for very efficient and professional. Would highly recommend.

I went in for a recall on my Ford fusion so there was no cost. They're very professional and busy.They did wash my car too which is really nice.The only downside is once I arrive to pick the car up I probably waited about half an hour but I wasn't being too pushy so it was fine.

My truck had a recall and one other warranty repair that needed to be completed. Victoria provided outstanding service keeping me informed of the status and everything was done on time. My first service experience at Livermore Ford was absolutely far from respectable. Got hung up on several times, no answers to when parts would arrive and they basically don't give a sh... Walnut Creek Ford has my business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

my vehicle has been there for the last 6 months among other vehicles in their mothball fleet and every week I call with a same lack luster blowoff response.I m sure the service manager and along with the other employees are 2 car families yet they have no empathy for a family of 3 young boys, one with special needs, attempting to shuttle them speech therapy, occupational therapy, Baseball practice, Karate, school, birthday parties with one car with no estimate when the other would be repaired I m just a nobody at the mercy of big car dealership and although my car might face retaliation for this review, my hope is that I could save other potential customers from the same predicament.

I have owned multiple Ford cars over the years and have had nothing but 5 Star experiences from WC Ford and the Service department!!!. Maria is absolutely the best I have dealt with and I recommend her to everyone I meet with a Ford!!!

They are annoyingly (for me) not my closest Ford store, but I will definitely be going only to this Ford service department moving forward.I had tried at another Ford store service department and was quoted over $1,200 for a Ford standard 40,000 mile service. I walked out, came here and had my car serviced for under $400.I had actually asked for a service that would have been about $550, but they did inspections on a few components and determined that I didn't need to replace them, saving me a couple hundred dollars.And while they were waiting for me to make a decision on a service question, they washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. (So they even used their time and my time efficiently.)10/10. Strongly recommend.Service: Auto maintenance

Walnut Creek Ford's service team is amazing! I had the pleasure of being help by Tim who is the service manager there. They really took care of me and my F-250. The entire staff is incredibly professional and very welcoming. Tim's team managed to get a ton of maintenance work done on my truck. They took care of everything I asked them to handle and more! Simply amazing, I could not have been more pleased. Thanks Tim!

Called to make an appointment for AC service. Receptionist said the shop had no day/time preference, what was mine? Gave mine and appointment was set. Arrive to appointment and was told my appointment means nothing as 50+ cars had shown up ahead of me.Oh, the service writer even tried to excuse the meaninglessness of their appointments by saying "when you make an appointment at the doctor's you don't actually expect to see the doctor on time do you?"....They couldn't guarantee completing the AC recharge in under three hours. A 134a recharge takes 45 mins...
