In a word, professional. Easy check-in, coffee and snacks. Offered me a ride downtown or to the bart station! They didn't sell me the truck but they are fully honoring the mopar vehicle maintenance contract I bought with it. Truly a great place I'll be back when it's fine for a new truck!
