Outstanding customer service at this Jeep dealership! I called them panicked and they were able to squeeze me in the next day and take care of a recall that I urgently needed fixed in order to register my car. Not only did they fix the recall, they had me in and out in about 3 hours when I was previously told that it would take all day. The staff were also very friendly and provided snacks and were just overall very helpful. I live in Oakland but I m definitely making my way to this location for all of my future car needs.

My vehicle was stolen. Took to this dealership. 2 months without my car due their delays. My stuff stolen from my vehicle. Bad customer service I ve ever had. They sat on my vehicle for three weeks doing nothing. Even my claims adjust has flagged this dealership to not get insurance claim work done there. They don t communicate well it was a bad stressful experience I ve ever had. NEVER going back or recommend to anyone.

Service department was the best we ve ever experienced at a dealership!! We ve gone to Livermore which is only 6miles from our house but service there is horrible in every way!!!!. We decided to go to Walnut Creek (28miles away) and let s just say this is now where we will be taking our Chrysler and Ram from now on! All though all the staff there were wonderful the hugest shout out goes to our service advisor FAISAL ARGHANDIWAL. . Faisal s communication was impeccable. He kept us informed through phone and emails and responded to all our messages promptly. I never really talked to the mechanic , but a big thank you that person as well. My car was repaired and returned to us squeaky clean. Worth the extra drive to get what we feel was VIP service.Side note: never seen a service center so clean and ran like a well oiled machine. In and out the few times we ve visited..

First time going to this dealership to have my 2020 grand Cherokee serviced after the Berkeley dealership closed down a few months ago.10/10 would recommend, not only was it cheaper here, it was also so much faster and they offered to wash my car (outside) complimentary.Everyone was extremely friendly, answered all my questions and offered me a ride if didn't want to wait at the dealership.Thanks for the excellent service, I will be back!

If I can provide a 10 out of 10 stars for the customer service I WOULD!Huge shout out to my service reps Christian and Fiasal. I went in to have my 1500 Ram looked at as there were some LED issues inside of the truck. Although they typically haven't serviced any Blackwidows, they both were willing to assist me and find a solution on what the next steps are. Also, when checking me in they mentioned there is a recall on the radio and that they will get that taken care of asap.They kept me informed at all times, continuously followed up with the third party dealer, and made sure it was a seamless process for me as the consumer.True professionals at its best. I'll be making this location my permanent one for all service needs for both my mopar vehicles.

Sales departments pretty helpful but the service department absolutely horrible. No sense of urgency ever. They will smile on your face. While taking their sweet time. 9am appointment for a fuel service and they hadn't started on it at 330pm.Was called the appointment is only for drop-off does not mean that's when they're going to get around to working on. Hold the truck for 8 hour to do less then a one hour service.

I've been coming to WC Jeep for about 15 years. Initially when I moved here they took over service of my 2004, then in 2013 I bought a new 2014 Jeep. The service and expertise I get keep me confident in my vehicle and make my service experience simple and stress free. Highly recommend this team of experts!

What a great experience! It was fast, seamless & my 2 year old was able to sit with us through the whole thing so that should tell you a lot! We were helped by Damian Perez who made the experience amazing, I walked out with my dream car and couldn t be happier. I would without a doubt recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

A gracious Alberto and quick response by Giovanne upon arrival may have helped to win over my fianc� and I. We had only stopped to look and ended up walking away few hours later with our 1st baby together as a couple. Between the my fianc� and I, together we have a total of 10 children and just moved from Canada 4 days earlier. We needed another vehicle and stopped to only look (honest, I did ).All staff were responsive, ready to assist every way possible. The way we were assisted to make everything smooth and painless and by painless i am referring to our wallet lol Alberto went above and beyond to get us best deal possible. When he got an answer he didnt think was good enough he tried again.The staff also assisted in our fun little harmless prank we wanted to play on the kids and went along with it.At the end of the day.. we highly reccomend this establishment for their business.I usually don't believe in perfect scores as there is always room for improvement.Their warm welcoming, professional conduct, highest quality products, clean environment and friendly staff give them well deserved 5 stars!! They were not pushy car salesmen by any means and very understanding.The free wi-fi, bottled water, coffee and conversation while you wait made it a comfortable waiting experience.Very happy and very satisfied customers we have now established roots and driving around in style as well as comfort. The service center misdiagnosed and attempted to charge $1000 for a part that didn't need replacing. After I challenged that, they then ran a 20 minute software update and hey presto the car was fixed. That software update cost $300! Imagine going into Apple and they charged $300 because your phone didn't update over the air. No apologies and it took 8 hours.I left this feedback with Jeep privately and asked for a rep to contact me, however it has been two months and no one has done so.

Tl;dr: Victor Figueroa was amazing (please ask for him and tell him "Big Kahuna" sent you. He doesn't know what that means, I just thought it'd be funny for Google referrals to say that). Just bought the car today, in and out in 2 hours. My wife and I were shocked how chill and efficient of a dealership experience we had including the sales/finance manager. If you're a parent ( or have the spirit/joke of a dad, buy a van. We can be friends and do Pacifica Hybrid meet ups like cool people who own Teslas and Minis do but we go to a Krispy Kreme and compare child car seats and talk about chores we do around the house that have now become our hobbies.----My wife and I already own a RAV4 and one night we were asking ourselves, "how can we even be MORE suburban parents of 2 young kids?" and then it came to us. We need a van. I've always wanted one growing up and envied my friends rolling up to middle school in their 1998 Nissan Quest. Better late than never.I've been following KBB, Driven Car Reviews, Doug Demuro, and other car YouTube channels and they've all been raving about the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid for the past few years and how it's been out scoring equal or better than the OG Odyssey and Sienna. I went on Costco's Auto Program and they partner with Chrysler WC so I gave my info.If you want a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler and you live in the Bay Area, stop what you're doing and call the dealership and ASK FOR Victor Figueroa. I've bought 3 brand news cars in the past 9 years and been to more dealership than I can count. I've worked in sales for almost a decade so I know when people are lying and being aggressive. Do you KNOW how you have a good seller? You don't feel like you're being sold to. Victor was incredibly responsive via email, we spoke for 30 minutes on the phone and he invited my wife and I in for a test drive and made himself available for us.When we arrived to the dealership (all employees wore masks/socially distanced and a worker was sanitizing common areas so we felt very safe in the building) Victor was super welcoming and asked us questions about our lives and really listened to what we want and what we could want in the future. He never tried to pressure us to do anything we didn't want, remembered what we told him, and was really like a friend during the whole process. We work from home and were on tight schedules and he was 100% understanding and respected our time. We emailed through the evening and agreed to come the next day.Fast forward to today. He had the car detailed and ready when we pulled up. We signed the papers. BAM. We settled on what we wanted and they ran our credit. Boom. We went to sign off on paperwork with finance. SMASH. We were done in 2 hours. There was ZERO pressure to get any add-ons while they still informed us of what we should get but we politely declined.On our way out, he already charged the plugin-hybrid battery to 100%, filled us up with a full tank of gas, personally got a few extra spots detailed and put a big bow on the car and took a pic for us. That's how you sell a car and build loyalty. 100% telling all the parents at our daycare to come here and also all our fellow Google-ites.As Fort Minor(too old?) said, remember the name: Victor Figueroa. Thanks for the help and we love the new car!

Phenomenal service. Fabiola booked my appointment to repair my vehicle and made the process extremely easy. Claudia and Jose kept me informed every step of the repair. The staff made my experience painless and although my vehicle was in repairs for 3 months (thanks geico) the staff was extremely helpful and overall pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend getting your vehicle worked on this staff as they genuinely care for customer satisfaction

Earlier this year I first stepped into this dealership after an exhaustive hunt to find my next car. The staff at this Walnut Creek dealership were a huge breath of fresh air after all the other dealerships I had visited prior. They were kind, professional, and not pressuring at all. My salesman was Keith and that guy was a straight up sir and gentleman. I couldn't be happier! To date I don't think I've worked with a Salesman who had just as much fun as I did exploring all the details of car and test driving it. I really do feel like a valued customer and I am now the very proud owner of a 2017 Dodge Charger RT Scatpack. I would happily recommend this dealership if you are looking into purchasing any of the FCA vehicles.

Christian is absolutely amazing as my service advisor. I've been working with him for a little over a year. I have a 22 wagoneer and a 22 compass. I would highly recommend dealing with him because he is honest, friendly and helpful I've also had a warranty come up for the compass and he is taking great care of me getting my loaner approved for more than a month while the part has to come in he is definitely all about the customer. If you're looking for an awesome advisor, go with Christian

It's a great place to get your car checked! The shuttle service is amazing (the driver is so sweet, and it's drop off and pick up) and they're so nice and helpful.I went in for my annual "check-up" and to get a new spare (since it blew out on the freeway) and they showed me how to open my jack and helped answer any questions I had (I'm not super familiar with car technicalities).100% recommended

I'd leave 10 stars if I could. This is a real service department. For 2.5 years we struggled with an issue with our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee through the Pleasanton Jeep dealership. They never solved the problem after multiple times "fixing" the issue, charging us the $275 fee each time (plus other costs) and sending us on our way. Pleasanton is THE WORST at communication, held our car for months saying "we're testing it but don't see the issue." They even changed the battery and called it good. The car malfunctioned in severely dangerous way, the transmission would shift and get stuck in 1st gear even at high speeds while driving, and they kept sending us home calling it done.Fast forward to finally pulling our car out of Pleasanton's hands (way too late) and towing our vehicle to Walnut Creek. In two days the Walnut Creek Dealership found the issue, worked with our Lifetime Warranty company, got the problem solved in half the time they initially expected AND went on to fix other things they found during their inspection that were covered by our warranty.Christian, our service specialist, was in constant communication, like daily, even on Saturday, and was always upbeat and straight forward.If you wanted to hear from Pleasanton Jeep Service you'd have to call 3-5 times, leave messages that don't get returned and ultimately just show up if you wanted to talk to anyone.We were about to donate our vehicle until Walnut Creek Jeep dealership fixed her up and now she drives perfectly. They did in one week for $100 what Pleasanton could not do in 30 months and thousands of dollars (and three tows) later. Lesson learned.We will only use Walnut Creek Jeep dealership for our service needs and they have single-handedly restored our faith in Jeep.When we went to pickup the vehicle a service rep stood up from his chair, greeted me, walked me to the cashier, waited while I took care of the paperwork, took the time to review the paperwork and to find out if I had any questions and then walked me to my vehicle which was already waiting for me. This is service. Pleasanton was waiting in the service lobby for 3-10 minutes while service reps looked at their computer screens and waiting 10-20 minutes for them to bring your car around (if you didn't have to go in and remind them).10 STARS Walnut Creek!

First I would like to say that inside the service department is really nice. The waiting room has nice leather chairs, multiple charging cables for all your electronic devices, a multitude of foodstuffs and coffee products to choose from and a big TV. I was truly impressed when I walked into the building and I did have some issues with their service however in the end they did what it took to make it right. And as a result 5 out of 5 stars

I wish I had bought my Jeep from here. The service department is wonderful. They are always prompt and courteous. They went out of their way to fix a warranty issue while my jeep was there for routine maintenance.I have been to them 3 times since I bought my Jeep and it has been 5 stars every time.I have been driving and dealing with various dealerships for 35 years, I have even worked parts at one. This place is an exception to the stereotype of dealerships!

I live in Dublin so Stoneridge Dodge is my local dealership in Pleasanton (6 miles away). I had enough of their horrible service department, so I decided to try Walnut Creek Dodge (17 miles away). Wow what a difference. I dropped my Ram truck off the night before and received a 7:15 voicemail message from Charles. I called back at 7:45 and Charles actually answered the phone. He asked me detailed information about the problem and said they d get started diagnosing the truck. Received a call back around noon with a detailed rundown of the problem, the needed fixes and price. Charles also asked me if I had a time, I needed the truck ready by. I told him I just needed a ride and would wait if needed. Charles made sure my truck was ready in time for the shuttle driver to pick me up before he went home. Now their shuttle only goes to San Ramon but I told Charles I would walk to San Ramon to get picked up and they did come and get me in San Ramon (thanks Starbucks). Everything was fixed, the price was reasonable, the communication was superb, the staff was friendly at pickup and they even washed my truck. Walnut Creek Dodge clearly understands the keys to great customer service such as actually answering the phone or returning messages in less than 30 minutes, clear communication (intake, updates, when ready, asking about a customers needs), respecting a customers time and showing that the customer bringing their business to the business is appreciated. Despite being almost 3 times the distance from my home, Walnut Creek Dodge has earned me as a new customer.

My experience at walnut creek dodge. Was great, they made me feel welcomed and at home. I walk up to the first salesman and show him which car I was looking for. Which was the jeep grand Cherokee overland in grey. The salesman's name was Reno. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the grey one. Since it needs parts and they have been waiting for them. For a while now, to make it short. I ended up getting the black one. Which I like and it has all that I was looking for. So thank you Reno and to everyone at walnut creek. Also thank you to the general manager. For taking care of the scratches that I found on the car. So if you like to dodge cars highly recommend going to Walnut Creek Dodge to by a car.

The staff was kind and professional, but this is like your usual dealership. I went in with two minor issues that I wanted them to check out, and just to check them it nearly cost me $500. That should have been the tip off right away. They then came back with a few repairs they said needed to be done that was going to cost $5k even though I just had everything checked at another shop about 8k miles earlier. It all seemed odd so I went to my usual shop (the reason I even went to the dealership was for something my regular guy said only they could fix. Small software issue) and he said you don t need these fixes yet. He said I can see why the dealer would recommend the changes but that s just how they operate. If something doesn t look new or on the better half of it s lifespan, they ll tell you to replace it. Again, all the staff were very professional and polite, I think this is just an issue with dealerships. I wouldn t recommend going to a dealership for repairs unless it s something only they can fix.
