The service was excellent, especially for Fabian, who always he gives us good advice about our Prius. The car is running well. Thanks, technicians, too.

Awesome service and great people, they give pick up/drop off and they send the videos of the service. The car feels very smooth after the maintenance. We will definitely come here again

They're very courteous, attentive, informative and patient. They got me a shuttle and ride share (when their shuttle service was busy).I also appreciate the cleanliness of their building and property overall. I haven't found anything worth complaining about if I tried haha

I went in for my 10k service provided by Toyota. When they did the tire rotation, they did not torque down my lug nuts. I pull into a tire shop wondering why my tires are vibrating. Turns out I lost a lug nut and one wheel only had 4 instead of 5. Call to complain and they tell me they ll send an email. This is a severe safety issue, they don t torque down the lug nuts when they service your car!!!!!!!Bring your own torque wrench and double check their work!!!!Edit/Update: Service manager reached out to apologize for the incident and offered to have his veteran/experienced techs look over my car for any possible damage that may have occurred. I was informed the service tech that worked on my car will be looked into thanks to the good folks here that care about team integrity and hold each other accountable. The followup has made me feel like a valued customer and that my safety does matter to the dealer. Looking forward to my visit back for the courtesy inspection to ensure my car is solid and safe.Edit/Update 2: I had installed the wheel locks they have given me to replaced the lost wheel lock. Upon visiting, Jason Mah, service manager I believe, was very helpful and proactive during my visit. He made sure to have my concerns addressed and took the time out of his day to go on a ride along in my car and drive it to confirm it is all good after his team had look over my vehicle upon return. They also found that my concerns about wobbling had to do with all 4 tires I had on that were unbalanced and balanced them free of charge as a courtesy. They have won my return business back and do care greatly about customer relations/satisfaction.Edit: Ain t feelin the vibe anymore. They got rid of some great peeps. Just my 2 cents

"I had a mixed experience with Toyota car service. Despite scheduling an appointment for 9:00 am, I ended up waiting in line for a whole hour. Frustrated by this, I decided to skip making an appointment the next time around. To my surprise, even without an appointment, I was able to have my car undergo a small service that included fluid checks and tire rotation. However, I was informed that I could only pick up my car the following day. On a positive note, the customer service was commendable. All staff members were very professional and friendly, making the experience much more pleasant. It's worth noting that making an appointment doesn't necessarily guarantee faster service compared to those who didn't make appointments."

Scheduling is easy to get in on time. The shuttle driver Ruby is very friendly. My vehicle was ready on time with no cost this time as it was just an oil change and tire rotation, which is part of my purchase.

I tried 2 Toyota Service Centers, and I can say that the service here in Walnut Creek is top notch.. Diane gave us excellent service, personalized, and with a smile, for sure, everyone here does coz the aura of this establishment is great, they are all fantastic.. when we had maintenance, they had a shuttle to get me home and picked me up when the car was ready.. hands down.. excellent service.. keep it up Toyota Walnut Creek.

A rodent attacked my knock sensor harness and left my truck in limp mode. The advisor listened to me carefully and wrote up a good work order. They also did me a favor and wrapped the new harness with anti rodent electrical tape to repel a future occurrence. They had the issue resolved in 1 day; that saved our planned vacation.

What is the point of making a service appointment if a simple oil change will take anywhere from 3 hours from the time initially scheduled to all the rest of the day? Why bother scheduling appointments for your clients at all? Just be honest with us and say you can't provide service in any reasonable amount of time upfront with us. Expectations need to be lowered for this dealer's service department if its customers are to drive away satisfied. This was my 2nd attempt for a oil change at this location, the first visit as a walk-in (forget about it) being pretty much laughed out of the place for thinking I could just walk in and get a oil change (like I could with every other vehicle I've owned). 2nd visit today WITH an appointment and being told even though I have an appointment and showed up early it will take 3 hours to the rest of the day to complete. No thanks.Buyers beware - Toyota may be a great reliable brand, IF you can stomach spending all day without a car for service every few months (WITH an appointment mind you). Oh, by the way, you have to have your vehicle serviced at a dealer if you want your warranty & service records to stay legitimate.Any other car dealer I've dealt with takes no more than an hour to provide basic services such as this, with more amenities available, and service time frames short enough you'd actually be willing to wait on site, hang around with their friendly staff, and make use of said amenities. Not here.Sorry Toyota, I shouldn't have to take a day off work or spend my entire day off (Saturday, as suggested by the service rep. as an alternative to waiting all day today and technically into the night tonight since you close at 8.) without a vehicle just for rudimentary, basic service.Toyota's service department lacks a sense of urgency, rigor, and cohesiveness.

Got my front rotors and brake pads replaced at Walnut Creek Toyota in May 2020. Less than 10,000 miles later, started having issues with the car shaking/vibrating when I used my brakes.Took the car in elsewhere (as I moved), and was told the rotors were warped and needed to be replaced.I called Walnut Creek Toyota and connected with Keith regarding the warranty on the part as it shouldn't have warped so quickly. We are still working through the issue, but Keith and Larry have been unbelievably helpful and dedicated to helping me figure out the issue from afar since I know longer live in the area.I cannot recommend Toyota of Walnut Creek enough. They are incomparable, honest customer service!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Very disrespectful place, They don t know how to respect the customers. I went there to get my oil changed but they made me wait so long after all that they said Im sorry we can t fix your car today because we have so many cars waiting right now like I made an appointment long time ago this is just ridiculous place..

Although I purchased my car at this dealership, I had been getting it serviced elsewhere except for manufacturer recalls or required repairs. The dealership had changed ownership but the only improvement was aesthetics and offering free pickup and drop off of your vehicle, but did not use that service and waited for this short service to be done.* service manager was good but overworked because she was the only one who seemed to know how to do the job.* mechanic because we was good, was constantly interrupted by some shop manager to drop what he was doing on my car and help someone else! Shop manager didn't really serve any purpose or add any value, and if anything created a mess by telling everyone what to do and interrupting work to solve someone else's problem, like lost keys!*From a pandemic protocol perspective, only the mechanic should drive or be in or touch each vehicle. Not the shop young guys who just looked at their phones, lose keys, talk a lot but didn't really add any value.*I had my tires rotated and serviced elsewhere recently but mechanic wasn't informed, and proceeded to put incorrect air pressure. Affected my mpg.*no brief test drive of vehicles by mechanic to listen and feel for unknown issues.*no list of what was needed upcoming maintenance or parts*the work order system and payment management system are not integrated, and very labor intensive, which causes delays to being able to pay and leave quickly, and there is no electronic payment system terminal that accepts Apple Pay or Google Pay, so it's old school lack of security credit or debit card or cash payment.

They failed to tell me that my free 2 year service was up when I called to make an appointment for my leased 2020 highlander. So when I go there, they said I would need to pay $288 for a oil change and tire rotation! Place is a rip off.

Too bad they don't get your car done on time. Since this isn't the first time, I feel compelled to write something about my experience there. Today I brought my car in at 12:30. Appointment was at 1:00 for tires rotated, a new key, and 30k service which mainly includes checking things out. (It's a Toyota after all!) I just got a call from the service manager, Diana, who has been very nice, but my car won't be finished until 8pm tonight! They still haven't worked on it and it's 6:00pm. They seem to have a scheduling problem...too many vehicles scheduled each day, so if a couple of them take more time than estimated, that creates a huge backlog. Diana said they would give me a discount due to the inconvenience. I hope so.

When they did a tire rotation they mess up my tire hub cover. And this past last visit I found my tire hub was half way out so I snapped it back in. But as I was on the freeway it fell out somewhere I'm so sad and disappointed. Now my tire have no rim. I'm driving with one tire without a rim due to these unprofessional Toyota service peoples.

The staff was friendly. There is a nice waiting room, while your car is being serviced but after an hour, I had to go check on my car and it was already ready to go. If I had not gone to check on my car, I would have been waiting even longer. People who came after me, left sooner, what a drab! Also, I wasn't shown the oil, so I truly have no idea if the work was actually performed. Further, they changed a bulb without my permission first. I wasn't aware of any bulb being out! Please ask and show the customers what's wrong first and get permission to perform other work.

Run by people with no manners and no intelligence. Not a "thank you" or "have a nice day" and the billing outrageous for a diagnostic. Time for independent business.

We have been going to WCR Toyota for 20 years. The last two years have been frustrating. Our last visit for routine maintenance ended up with a big stain on our driveway from whatever leaked. We brought it back in and they couldn't find an issue (so they said). They sent someone to clean the leak as best as he could, we appreciated that. However there is still a stain and after the leak the transmission was sticking. We brought it in again they drove it around the block and said no issues. They tried to up-sell everything that wasn't necessary but did a messy job on work. It was our third and final disappointing visit after many years of being a satisfied customer.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Their service department is open 6am to midnight, Mon thru Fri, this is so helpful because I work long hours. Their employees are friendly, helpful and have great communication skills. Also, they let me know if I need something other than what I came in for. I am completely satisfied.

So today I decided to take my truck into Walnut Creek Toyota. First off I want to say when I pulled into the driveway I was quickly greeted by Mike Morales. I had recently went to a shop in San Jose to get off road tires put on my 2018 4X4 Tacoma. I put a 3 inch suspension lift with 285/75R18 BF Goodrich KO2. $1300 in tires. When I was leaving the shop the guy told me my tires are rubbing a little bit but not to worry. As I was driving back up the bay I started to smell burning rubber. I quickly realized my tires was rubbing the upper control arms. I was so mad I just spent $1400 for tires and alignment to be adjusted the wrong way. Mike was so patience to listen to me rambling about my issues and told me it can be fixed not to worry. As I got out of my truck he ask me if I need a ride out from the shop so I didnt have to wait. This was beyond my expectations but I told him I had a ride waiting on me because I didnt think this was going to be a eazy job. So I handed over my key to him and he said have a great day as I walked away. About 30 minutes later I received a call from him telling me the tires were to big and may rub once the alignment is finished. I was expecting that anyways as the Tacoma form said I have to cut into my finderwells if i put on 33s. So i told him not to worry just get it done. So about an hour later he calls me saying my truck was finished and ready to be picked up. This blew me away it only took about 1 hour to do the alignment? I was shocked. I thought it would take all day with the mess I brought him. Once I arrived at the shop it didnt take no time to get my truck back they even sanitized it due to the whole Covid19. This guy " Mike Morales " definitely got me surprised due to the knowledge and skills of him and his technicians. Definitely worth the trip and money spent. Clean business office and warm environment. Will definitely go back to this place. Great job Toyota Walnut Creek. #letsgoplaces
