I ve been a loyal customer with Toyota Walnut Creek for over 25 years. I just bought a 3rd car from them, for my grandson today. Kenny, who is not an official sales person, spent the whole afternoon with me to ensure I found a good, dependable car. His willingness to find out what I want, and don t want, is very important to me. Excellent customer service from Kenny, and Chris, who took care of the financial business for me.

Out dealer Bryan was absolutely amazing! He made the process so fun and smooth! I loved his sense of humor definitely make the process way better than I thought it would ve been. He was very honest and whole heartedly wanted the best for us and was genuinely excited right along with us too. I love my new car it s amazing and everything that comes along with it. My wife and I had a great experience at Toyota Walnut Creek. We worked with Stephanie and she did an outstanding job making sure we were taken care of. All the sales team work off of customer satisfaction, not commissions, and it really shows! Everyone in the dealership, even those not involved in our purchase, were friendly and looking to ensure we had the best experience. We highly recommend Toyota Walnut Creek. Been doing business with this dealership since 1984. Each time I buy a car the process becomes more efficient. the sales staff is excellent and knowledgeable. they give you what you want and don't try to upsell you with things you don't need. Each step in the buying process is fully explained before anything is signed. Our sales rep, Nick was great. He didn't rush us, making sure we understood and were comfortable with the deal. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable.

I couldn t have been happier to work with Jose and his team. They are very understanding and patient! Not only did I not need to do any haggling, but they actually offer you a 3 day return or a 7 day exchange program at no cost! I highly recommend this dealership.

I just wanted to say that Lenny is such a wonderful sales rep. I had no intention of buying a car just to view cars in the lot, and he helped me a lot by talking to me about the car and gave me a wonderful experience. I also wanted to point out how pleasant it was to talk to him as we went to the brand new cars and used car lot! I would recommend asking for him at the dealership as you will find him very fun to talk to as you're browsing at potential cars in the lot!

We reached out to Josh and told him what we wanted and he delivered. We put a down payment to hold it, was told it be here in about 2-3 weeks. It came sooner we drove to the dealership from Redding, Ca. We showed up and was very impressed with the place. Josh was very pleasant to work with and the technology is amazing. Very cool process! We will definitely recommend and support this business! Thank you

Always impressed by the customer service here. Of all the dealerships I ve experienced in the last ten years or so, Toyota Walnut Creek outshines them all. I don t live close but will always go the extra distance to work with Ron and/or James. This is my second purchase with them and I couldn t be happier. Will be back for a third in the very near future.

We were well taken care of by Amer. He helped guide us to a gorgeous Highlander Hybrid Platinum after I had initially reached out regarding a Grand Highlander. I wish I could give more stars, really. Jared was so great, he helped us from start to finish, which was actually really quick, we wanted a certain truck and he found it for us. He didn't pressure us into getting more than we wanted, was super professional, really friendly and also helped us set up the truck before we left. We are so pleased with our experience, couldn't have been better.

One of the smoothest car buying experiences I've ever had. Chris 'ginger' Pelofski was awesome. Confirmed the Tacoma we saw online was available, answered all of our questions (and was honest when he didn't know something) and humoured us while we waffled between the Tacoma and a larger Tundra. Chris was upfront about pricing, did not make us uncomfortable when discussing add-ons (we got the maintenance package and nothing else) and kept us very informed about what we were signing and why. I would absolutely come back for our next vehicle, and would 100% recommend Ginger Chris.

My family has been really wanting to get a new car. We had a Toyota Camry but have outgrown it and wanted to move up to something larger. We love the Toyota brand and reached out to Walnut Creek Toyota to inquire about trading our car in for a new Tundra. The sales manager Chris called me promptly and was very helpful. Not your pushy salesperson that you may have come across during a trip to a dealership. We made an appt to meet him the following week and he took his time explaining everything with us and made the process extremely smooth. I would highly recommend Toyota of Walnut Creek and when you are there ask for the Sales Manager Chris as he will get you taken care of without the typical salesman pitch.

Very satisfied with the service and professionalism we received in purchasing our new car. Stephanie was great to work with. She was honest and knowledgeable, and she didn t try to sell us something we weren t interested in, unlike other salespeople at other dealerships. I purchased a 2024 Toyota Camry Nightshade at Walnut Creek Toyota. I am very happy with my experience considering which vehicle to purchase. Amer Mushtaq was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and patient with my questions. I highly recommend seeking him to help you with the process of deciding which vehicle needs your needs and desires. He helped with the financial considerations and efficiently had me complete the necessary paperwork projected on a large computer monitor on a table! He spent time setting up my iPhone for voice activation and helped me understand important safety features before I drove my new Camry home. I give Amer and Walnut Creek Toyota 5 s.

The easiest and most pain free car buying experience we ve had over the 33 years I ve been buying cars. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy the car. All of the staff there are very helpful and it felt like everyone there genuinely wanted to help answer questions. If you are in the market for a Toyota, this is the place to take your business so you can witness this first hand! This dealership should be the hallmark that others dealers are judged by!

Toyota Walnut Creek, and in particular, Kenny Koeppel, are wonderful! Kenny spent a tremendous amount of time with me when I went in to check out a new vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and so incredibly helpful every step of the way. He was super easy to work with and just a delight. He patiently showed me all of the features of the car I was looking at (and ended up purchasing), and ensured that I understood how each worked and what its function was. Go here! Look for Mr Ricky Campos! Top notch service. He will give you your options straight to the point. No haggling, no back and forth with my supervisor , no this is what we can do for you none of that sales hook.Made my car buying experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Matt and Mondy. Not only did we get a great deal, Matt was very easy to work with and made the process simple and fast. I really like how their simple process works. Overall good experience. Only one downside for me was the way my car was detailed, it felt like it was rushed and wasn't clean thoroughly but it was almost closing time when we close the deal so I understand.

The whole process went smoothly. I emailed to verify the car was available. We were contacted very quickly by email and phone. They had the car ready for inspection and test drive when we arrived. Our sales person, Mike H, was friendly, open, and easy going. Absolutely no pressure.

Nicole was great to work with, and the entire staff was great as well. All the employees are super friendly and are obviously having a great time working with each other, it s a great environment. I also loved the fact that as a buyer, I only dealt with a single sales person. There was no finance guy in the back room to deal with, no back and forth where the sales guys leave and then comes back with an amazing offer . It s just you and the sales person for the entire process, and everything is very transparent. Much more odd a pleasant experience than most other dealerships.

I leased my 2021 Venza for 3 years from Walnut Creek Toyota best interaction I ve ever had! I went in on Monday to buy out my lease, and the service, professionalism, kindness I received from Carlos Gonzales was like no other. In my many years of leasing and buying cars, I have never experienced such excellent service. A big shout out to Danny! He explained many things to me as well. They treat seniors with such respect and you don t always get that type of service especially buying out your lease - but I did! Thank you Carlo and Danny!

My fiance and I were looking for a new ride for our growing family, I reached out online and got in touch with Brian when he texted me, lemme tell ya he is absolutely amazing and was super patient with our timeline and answering all of our questions and concerns, and we had a lot of them!!! We never felt rushed or pressured whatsoever! He graciously addressed all of our concerns and was absolutely the best to deal with!I highly recommend Walnut Creek Toyota we got a brand new (10 miles!) RAV4 XLE Premium for a good deal and good payments that fit our budget, and most of all we absolutely LOVE our new ride! Thank you so much Brian you rock man!
