Brought my 2018 DB11 in for the six year service on April 17th, needed it back by a certain time the following day and requested they not detail/wash the vehicle to get it back sooner. Got a text it was ready and while on my way to pick up my vehicle, I get a call from Alex that the technician was in a "fender" bender... They allowed some 19 year old child take my vehicle on a joy ride which culminated in a major collision which totaled out my vehicle. Now I have jump through the insurance hoops and fight to be made whole for my loss. You tell me if this looks like a fender bender? I will be looking into legal options.

I recently purchased a new car from Walnut Creek Luxury Collection and I had an equally amazing experience. The sales team, Anna and Wendy were attentive, knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. They were also patient in answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had over the past months or so.The dealership had a wide selection of cars and the sales team was happy to walk me through the various models and features to help me make an informed decision. The purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free.I am thrilled with my new car and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new luxury vehicle. The customer service was exceptional and the attention to detail was impressive. Five stars all around to Anna, Wendy, Stephen, Nima and Henry!

Our experience at this dealership was simply awesome. My wife has the 2023 Maserati Grecale Modena. She is really happy. We were given the red carpet treatment from the time we entered the door until we drove off with the car. The person that lead in this wonderful transaction is our super sales person, Julee Ross. She is very respectful, professional, knowledgeable and was able to immediately answer all our questions with amazing proficiency. Since leaving the dealership, Julee has contacted us several times to see if everything was OK with the car. Thank you Julee and the family of The Luxury Collections Group/ Maserati of Walnut Creek for everything.

I went to Luxury Collection today because I couldn't put the new plate on. When I walked in Nick greeted me and was very professional and helpful. He put it on for me with total ease and was so awesome. I've also been in before and Lynette in service has always been so wonderful and helpful too! Your dealership is lucky to have boh of these awesome employees. Your help is always much appreciated too!

The Luxury Collection of Walnut Creek . Is truly the most Prestigious Dealership in the Bay area . Rolls Royce , Bentley, Maserati , McLaren Aston Martin And the all new Alfa Romeo which made a Huge come back to the United States after 20 years . Considered now one of the supercars with a Ferrari engine that delivers 505 hp and F1 drive trans . The newest super car is GTA with 540 hp 2021. Now consider 1st place and the fastest Sedan built .

The customer service was absolutely over the top my sales person JULEEWas knowledgeable, trustworthy, with a real attention to detail, she even made the effort to come to my residence to educate my wife and I on the functions of our vehicle in summary, a real straight shooter that I felt very comfortable doing business with .Also wanted to put a word in for general sales manager, Nima, as well as finance manager, Henry, and their vehicle hauler Roger,all were all super professional This firm deserves all the accolades I m giving them .Iwould not hesitate to strongly recommend them to anyone.

I can t say enough good things about the service department here. This is one of the most professional and nicest service departments I have ever dealt with. Huge shout out to Nick K. who is super knowledgeable, polite, helpful, responsive, and organized. A true pleasure working with him. Another huge shout out to Nelson, their Detail Professional. Goes above and beyond on the detail services and truly cares about what he is doing and the cars he is working on. Also truly a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with this group in the future and they are a tremendous asset to the dealership.

I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and they always go out of their way to make you happy. The general manager, Sohail, is very personable and honest and has hired very professional staff to make it a great buying experience. Arian is a no pressure salesman who always approaches you as a friend and gives you his true opinion on vehicles for sale. Nima always handles problematic manufacturer issues flawlessly and in a timely manner. Collin, the shop foreman, is meticulous and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this dealership for your next luxury car purchase.

Nick at Walnut Creek Maserati works diligently for his customers, checking in with text updates, coordinating service items, ensuring nescessary parts/repairs are scheduled according to Maserati Manufacturing guidelines...Then when service is concluded, Nick follows up making sure you as a customer are happy. Truly a professional group of people who not only care about quality service, they care about their customers wellbeing.

Luxury Collection Walnut Creek is by far the best dealer for Lamborghini, Bentley, Aston Martin, McLaren etc in the USA. They do an awesome job in putting you behind the wheels of your dream car. I bought a brand new Urus couple days ago, a used 2020 DB11 an year ago and used 2017 Bentayga W12 two years ago from them and all of those buying experience was flawless. I recommend everyone to go and shop at Luxury Collection Walnut Creek. Special shoutout for Henry, Sohail, Nima and Arian. Keep up the great work.

We ordered a 2020 Maserati in July of 2019 from David Dupart. David was very easy to work with and the price negotiation took about 3 minutes. The car was expected to arrive in 5 months, which is did, almost to the day. We picked up our beautiful 2020 Maserati Lavente on New Year's Eve day with all the features we requested. It is a beautiful car. The paperwork to purchase the car was ready when we arrived and the process went very smoothly. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. We really enjoyed working with Walnut Creek Luxury Cars and David Dupart. If you are looking for a Luxury Car, I highly recommend Walnut Creek Luxury Cars.
