Always top tier service. Roger and Nick make it an easy, seamless experience end to end. We have other options that are closer, but always choose to use this location. Great communication while the vehicle is in the shop, and the pick up and delivery is always punctual and friendly. Thank you!

Roger is amazing. He was here to transport my car for a smog check. He took great care of the care, explain the process but most importantly he is very on time.He will give a 30 mins estimate and arrive on the dot, not something I m use to in my deliveries as it s usually a 6 hour window and they just make your waste your time waiting.It s service like this that will encourage me to buy from them again!Thank u Roger!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I contacted Nick at Mclaren in Walnut Creek for an issue on my 600LT to see if it was covered under warranty & luckily it was. Nick sent me a transport tow to my home to pick up my 600LT. The gentleman Roger, is who picked up my vehicle. He was very professional & took good care of my car. If you guys need a transport for your vehicle to the Walnut Creek dealership, I highly recommend you ask for Roger. If you need your car serviced or help with your car I would recommend to contact Nick. Both of those guys are great & professionals, thanks again guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Roger came extremely quickly both times that I needed my car picked up! The first time I was in Dixon and he came in an about an hour and a half, where as other services I have used in the past took more than 6 hours. Also he is very nice and friendly!

Thank you once again for the excellent care provided to us. Roger McBride picked up the car for service, and returned it safely, fully serviced and detailed. Roger was very professional, he arrived on time and communicated with us throughout the entire process The experience was seamless and worry free. Nick & Roger have been very helpful & professional in helping me get my Maserati transported down to Walnut Creek. I feel 100% confident in their service department to complete any repairs needed. Communication has been awesome!First attempt to leave review, I was trying to give 5 stars. I tapped the 1st star & was unable to change the error from 1 star.

This review is in regards to the transport of my car from my home to the dealership and some warranty service. The coordination and logistics were excellent, Roger the transport driver was amazingly friendly, and even taught me a few things I didn t know about my car!!! Such a wonderful human :-)

This is my second owned Bentley and The Luxury Collection Walnut Creek is the best place for service. I had a great experience with Nick, he always kept me updated throughout my service. The service manager kept me up on when parts were coming and when the job would be finished. It was overall a terrific experience and I highly recommend it!
