Recently, our Tesla induction wheel was damaged by hitting metal debris on the freeway. It caused major damage to the wheel and steel had to be added and welded to save the rim. Rite-Way Wire & Wheel was recommended to me by Big O Tires in Benicia.Called and spoke with Mike, told him I ll drop off the wheel. Sent a pic of the damaged wheel and he gave me a quote over the phone. He said it should take 2 business days to fix it. Note: they do Not take a credit card, so bring a check or cash.2 days later, Mike called and said the wheel was ready. Went there to pick it up. Had the wheel rotated and Mike noticed the wheel hadn t been straightened on the inside. He said to come back later today, told him I couldn t since I m coming from Fairfield. He said he would get his guy to drop what he was doing to fix my wheel. Waited an extra 15 min and it was completed.Met the owner Jose who apologized for the issue. As I was leaving, he gave me $10 for my troubles. That was unnecessary, but a nice gesture. Ended up buying lunch at Morucci s Deli (see separate review).The wheel looks almost brand new with the steel wheel repair and powder coating on the rim. Very happy with the results! The rim went from unusable to now being a spare rim for my Tesla.

This will be the third set of rare BMW wheels I've brought to Riteway and for good reason. They have always been professional, friendly, and "local" feeling from start to finish. The owner Jose will often discuss exactly what needs to be done with the set of wheels, expected outcomes and expectations in a clear and personal way. There really is no other shop I recommend that has such fair prices for the high quality work, fast turn around, and ease of transactions.Thank you Mike, Jose, and the rest of the crew! I'm sure I'll be seeing you again.

I went to other rim repair places and they told me they couldn't fix my rims becoz of the way it was damaged, they wouldn't even try and sent me off my way . But at riteway they couldn't give me a guarantee they could fix it but were willing to try. They not only fixed it but did a great job doing it. Good as new. I definitely recommend this place. 10 stars if could go that hi!

*Incredible* Chris is such a great dude. Very understanding and definitely knows how to treat customers. Two of my wheels were pretty much useless and they brought them back from the dead. I'm immensely impressed. As soon as I saw them, I said "Wow, you can't even tell" and Chris said, without skipping a beat, "Well, that's the point!". Highly HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing to repair a wheel or even a set of wheels. 3/3 pic - Original on the left, reconditioned on the right. They were able to get as close as possible to the original color. I actually like the reconditioned color better.

After searching in vain for an affordable solution at major tire stores, I had my doubts. However, the folks restored my bent wheel to like original condition. To my surprise, they accomplished this job within just a few hours of my initial call.

Jose fixed a damaged OEM 19 specialty wheel for my 2011 MZB 550SL to perfection and saved me a lot of expense, because a replacement -wheel, whether new or used, was close to impossible to find.

Jos� is literally the best in the business. People come from all over the world to have him work on their rims (or get new and/or custom ones) for a reason! As a self-proclaimed car guy who very much appreciates talent, honesty, and phenomenal customer service, I can t recommend Riteway enough!

Not sure if I would ever spend money here, they don t fix cracked wheels but will middle man to help you find a replacement at a nice premium, if your willing to middle man your own issues it will be cheaper. However, they do paint/powder coat wheels, might as well just buy what you need from the source. But granted their location they should be in business for awhile. Customer service lacks big time. I DON t recommend this places

EDIT: Brought a wheel here for some curb rash and they return the car completely unbalanced. Care was shaking itself to death at 50mph. Brought it back a second time and they said it was fixed but wasn t any better. Took it to a real tire shop and they remounted and balanced tires and now it s fine thankfully, but one star for Jose and his customer service.

Last year I curved one of my custom rims, and they were able to fix the curb rash and paint it in about a day. This time I went back to them because the same wheel got scratched and they did an amazing job for a reasonable price! The communication was superb as they were able to give me exactly what I needed in great detail! I would definitely do business with them again!

While the work here is fantastic, unfortunately your possessions are not safe in your car. On February 20, 2023, I left my Cadillac overnight to have a rim repaired. Two weeks later, I went to Walnut Creek Broadway Plaza to use my $400 worth of gift cards at Nordstrom's and my $200 worth of gift cards from Lululemon to pick up some items that I had ordered. When I went to grab my gift cards that I had left in my glove compartment, only $100 of Nordstrom's and $100 of Lululemon was left in there. The only time that I have been without my car was overnight (I have proof as my employer has GPS at all times on my car) at that place. I know I should not have left my cards in my glove compartment, but I had forgotten them and wanted to make sure that I had them when I went to pick up my items. I'm so upset. It is terrible that I can't trust people at a business that I m paying money to and have items from my car stolen. There s no reason they should ve been in any part of my glove compartment or consul in my car- they had the keys. I m going to make sure to check the video surveillance as they better have it. I am very disappointed. I will see how the management handles this.... I will update once Jose- the owner or Mike-the manager respond.

These people at Riteway Wire & Wheel are pure pros, from the office staff to the craftsman that work on the wheels. Highly recommend them for any type of wheel work.

They have mounted and balanced several sets of tires on our BMWs over the last few years. They are very conscientious about taping up your rims so they don't get scratched. If fact a chain tire store scratched my rim during a flat repair and paid RiteWay to resurface it like new. I have come to RiteWay ever since. On my last visit Jose showed me how much my rim was bent (likely from a pothole) and explained the process for how they would fix it. High quality work at a fair price!

This place is amazing...I talked to Jose and a few other people there and they all know what they are doing...I know where I will go from now on with anything related to wheels....I went to 2 different America's tires and the dealership and no one could get rid of my steering wheel shake after putting on new wheels and tires... This shop did a wheel on car alignment (and FYI no other places can do) and they got my issue 99% fixed ...something else is wrong which is out of there control..I recommend everybody to come and check this place out...FYI I have a 18 subaru wrx

Jose' & his crew are Master Wheel & Tire experts. Customer Service is always tops. I've been a customer at Riteway for 30 yrs (8 performance or luxury vehicles) for wheel work or repair. Going back next week for severe curb rash & (post accident) bent rim repair on wife's Tesla. I'm counting on Riteway to exceed expectations once again.

The owner and employees are polite, patient and quite helful while providing the customer with good and easy to understand information regarding wheel repairs, etc. Also, they do excellent work for a reasonable price.

Horrible place. I think most people here got lucky or they where paid to place a good review. The owner is very rude and a lier and did a horrible job. In top of that he Scratched my front bumper.
