Numan was very friendly and he kept the price the same as he quoted me. He was very fast, efficient, and waited after hours for me to get there when no other shops would. I'm very happy with my experience and highly recommend them. ( 2004 SRT4)

STAY AWAY. MONEY GRAB.Had a small tear in my air intake hose that any other tech would've either let go or simply tell me to replace and come back. Failed visual and paid 60 dollars for nothing.

I refer here for DMV smog test. It was fast process but their price was very high almost 2x compare to other places.

They didn't complete the smog certification document and DMV sent me right back. I called the guy and he told me he was busy but would get to me in 10mins. He never did. So I drove over. He closed his shop door in my face and told me to wait-that he had to pick up his children from school. He said wait for 20-30mins. I was at a loss of wordsService: Smog certification

After my car failed, I took it back to them after a drive cycle as they recommended, it passed without takin to a mechanic.

Horrible experience, got sucked in with a 50 off coupon, their machine broke, took over two hours, they were not honest about it, I watched someone come in and try and fix it. No communication until I asked what was going on. They then told me my car didn t pass and would give me a deal $70 on a retest.I went to the station closer to my house and paid $89 which was the same as the coupon deal and my car easily passed.Long story short I don t trust these people and would absolutely avoid this business.

I brought my car in to get my car smogged and was greeted by Bill, the manager. He was polite and friendly. The work was finished in about 15 minutes. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. He was honest and smogged my car at a fair and reasonable price. So nice to find someone in the smog business who doesn't try to trick you into paying more than agreed to.Service: Smog certification

Go here if you want to be scammed. Had a coupon presented during payment, was told I needed to present before the smog. (doesn't say this anywhere at all)Also chipped the paint using some stick to hold up the hood.

Steer away from this place and here's why...My registration renewal was due next month, so fortunately, i have called around to get the best quote. Cheapest quote i got for my 2011 Honda Odyssey was $49 (out the door price). So this was the price I was willing to pay.Then I heard of this place by word of mouth, and decided to call to ask for a quote. To my surprise, i got quoted $29.95. When i asked if this was out the door price, they added that it was another $8 for the certificate. So around $38 was a good deal. I made an appointment. When I pulled up, there were two cars parked by the bay and was asked to park on the side. Gentleman comes up with the paperwork, asked if i had an appt (in which i said "Yes"), then asked if i have a quote already (in which i said "Yes for $29.95 + $8 fee). He then responded "Oh, you have a Van. Thats another $50, so it will be $90, but i can do it for you today for $80. Nope! Told him its not going to happen and im going home since this was more than what was quoted. Next response was then " I can do $75 cash, best deal i can do". Nope! told him the lowest price i got quoted was $50 dollars, so im just leaving and please give me my paperwork back". After some hesitation, he was willing to do $55 cash. Nope, i have $5 cash. He proceeded to tell me that there is an ATM across the street. I still said "No" im heading home. Long story short, he offered $50 with a credit card. Since i was already there, i went ahead and made a deal.On top of this, the customer waiting there was also scheduled to to come in exactly the same time i was, and then it turns out that a "Walk in" cusotmer pulled right up and was cue'd up before me...This is when i told the guy to just hand me the paperwork and im heading home. After this, they moved that car out and pulled my car in to get done "in 10 mins".Remember the customers before me...yep, they were charged $60 (Small sedan) and the customer after was quoted $75 (Large SUV).What about the waiting area? NONE. You are asked to wait in your car or there is a "shaded" area next to the building outside with two old folding chair...So, I hope that this saved you time and effort by avoiding this place. If you do plan to go to this place, just call ahead and ask about the "Extra" charges or the out the door price, and be willing to hold them against what they quote you over the phone.This is a legitimate business with very terrible tactic of getting customers in their shop. They provide a "low price" with "appointment" but fail terribly at that.Service: Smog certification

New manager here, Bill, is very nice, up front about price and gave me the opportunity to mention the coupon on the website. Went in to get my star smog cert and it was a very nice experience. He broke down the pricing and knocked off some fees which I didn't expect. He even offered me water or lemonade while I waited. Very nice experience here and affordable.Service: Smog certification

Scam! Tried to make appointment. Guy told me call back in a week once i told him i bought groupon! Called back he scheduled me a week later! After two weeks when i arrived got surcharged more than what i would've paid altogether without groupon. TOTAL SCAM TO GET YOU THERE!!!And btw when i arrived for appointment attendant told me 3 others booked same time! On top of all that had to wait an hr. BEWARE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Sucks super pricy!! $24 coupon is really $80+ dont expect to use a coupon he will be "too busy" or machine broken but not for the next person... Read the other reviews I'm not the only person. Went to another shop super 15 min and way cheaper.

The owner of this smog shop is very unprofessional! If you tell him you have a coupon he will turn you away and tell you that he is booked all day whe. Most of his business is walkin ins. He also turned me away because I have a ca carb compliant aftermarket cat converter. I called the manufacturer cat and got him on the line with the owner of quick star smog. He was very rude abruptly got off the phone and wouldn t tell the representative what he needed to pass smog. He refused my business and I will be contacting the arb to report this business for lack of professionalism.

Told I failed the smog tech and needed to take it to my mechanic. Mechanic said everything was fine. Took to another smog tech and passed . Guy who did test does not know how to test older vehiclesService: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

Called for a quote on a smog. He told me $29.95. Then I found a 50% off coupon in the mail and called back and the quote changed. He said a normal smog costs $89 then he said $109 and refused to give the discount. Told me to go somewhere else and hung up.

STRICTLY AVOID THIS SMOG STATION. This guy is a fraud. He pretends to be very busy to avoid your questions. He constantly avoided when I wanted to clarify what is included. He quoted me $34.95 for smog test, VIR, Certificate and Transfer fee, but later asked for another $20 for being Star Certified. After smog test, he gave just the Vehicle Inspection Report.

This is a new smog place, smogged both my cars here , Bill is courteous and punctual, prices are competitive as always call ahead for pricing, Works by appointments so it worked out well for me

Don't go here. They kept loosening bolts under the hood of my BMW and kept it on the dyno for over an hour. They wouldn't answer questions. Not professional at all.Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification
