Enjoyed my experience with Prestige! Got an appointment quickly using the website, discussed my needs regarding my BMW and was given a quote before proceeding with the work. I received messages with updates while I was at work and received a detailed report of work performed with my receipt upon payment. Happy to have used their services, would recommend!

Off Main Street in Walnut Creek so not so easily visible on your casual drive by. Pretty much need to find Torsten by word-of-mouth. He s a gifted mechanic and can take on the most complex jobs on any car, routine of exotic. Very efficient, pleasant, available, and honest. Can t ask for anything more. We are lucky to have him in our community.

Got my Mini battery replaced by Torsten. He was very efficient and honest about everything and was able to take care of my car that very day. I m so glad that there is a place nearby that I feel comfortable bringing it to for any future issues.

Eureka! I have found a great place for care and maintenance of my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia!! Torsten at Prestige Autohaus took great care of the Alfa for the 30k maintenance, addressing all the items in the official Alfa Romeo maintenance plan and replacing some worn parts he noticed during his very thorough examination of the car that were not on the 30k maintenance list. He also did some impressive troubleshooting of alignment issues resulting in a much smoother ride with noticeably more control and solidity on the road. These were issues that other alignment shops coached me to tolerate. The shop loves Italian cars and it shows. The Berkeley and Walnut Creek dealer Alfa Romeo garages that have closed didn t really specialize in Alfas anyway. There was no passion. You ll find passion for Italian and German automobile marques at Prestige Autohaus. Highly recommended!!

Torsten is a conscientious manager and service provider. I own a classic 2002 that was experiencing a lot of things that only a 46 year old car can experience. Torsten Brune has a mechanical passion for sorting out these kinds of things and doing his work with attention for detail and an appreciation for old fashioned technology. He (and his sweet dog) are a delight to know and his work is outstanding.

I would give 10 stars to Torsten at Prestige Autohaus! I live in SoCal and bought a used Porsche Boxster sight-unseen from a Walnut Creek dealer. I called several mechanics in the area to see about doing a Pre-purchase inspection and Torsten stood out from the bunch! Unlike the other mechanics I spoke with who didn't want to talk much at all, Torsten answered all of my questions and was happy to talk as long as I wanted to. Not to mention that Torsten is actually German so he KNOWS Porsche! Even after the purchase, I still call Torsten and bug him with additional Porsche questions and he is still happy to chat with me =)

I truly can t speak anything wrong but excellence about Prestige Autohaus. As someone who has never stepped foot in an autoshop, Torsten did a phenomenal job in making me feel welcomed, explaining what exactly the services they ll be performing in a clear and concise manner, and illustrating what specific issues came up. First time at Torsten s shop. Had an oil change and battery replacement/programming on our 2008 BMW 135i. Torsten was great, promptly completing the service along with doing a complete once over of the car, noticing previous repairs and advising on what to keep an eye on going forward. I could not be more pleased with Prestige Autohaus. Having bought an Audi from Concord Audi, I assumed I d have the car serviced there as well. Excellent friendly customer service, knowledgeable technicians!Torsten cares about his customers, He is very knowledgeable about German autos. I brought my 2016 Audi in for service after I refused to go back to the dealership. Work was completely in one day, follow up calls to ensure everything was good with issue they addressed. The team completed front and rear rotor and brake pad change on my Maserati very efficiently. Service was excellent and fast. Pricing was competitive compared to main dealer.Highly recommend this team for your Italian baby. Torsten knows what he's doing.I felt confident letting him do the repairs on my pre-owned Maserati Quattroporte.He is thorough and gives good advice.The work was not cheap however.I didn't get another bid. He used official Maserati parts and said he would not consider other brands. Probably a safer(but more expensive) bet.If you have a foreign car in need of fixing and can afford it I recommend him highly.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I could not be more pleased!!I did not know Torsten, except by his excellent reputation, when I called him. He agreed to inspect a car for me that could not be bought to his shop and required that he travel to Oakland. Torsten was great, he did a full diagnostic of a classic car that needs some attention, he repaired the items that needed immediate attention and made a list of items I can work on myself or bring back to him as needed. He was able to get my car in and out in a very timely fashion. Service was top notch and very thorough. Thorston is easy going and he explains and takes time to what needs to be done and the process in how to do the job and what parts are need.My Ferrari was there longer than expected but I guess, It's to make sure there wont be any issues and have to bring it back. I would rather have it there a few months longer and take the time to do a thorough job than to come back with issues.Great shop and excellent service.. Thanks !Service: General repairs & maintenance
