My wife and I recently purchased a, new to us, Porsche and took it to PPM to have it looked over and refreshed. Eric and crew took excellent care of us, with great communication, estimates of the work and timelines for repair. They explained what work should be done immediately and what can wait. It s clear PPM goes the extra mile to care for these cars and their customers. I can t recommend them enough!

Excellent mechanics to repair your Porsche, BMW and Audis. Eric is a straight shooter with oodles of experience. Gabriel is the capable tech and trouble shooter. As good as the dealer but at 2/3rds the cost.

Great shop that knows Porsche s from basic maintenance and repair, to high performance modifications and track prep. The owners are very nice guys involved in the Porsche community. I will absolutely keep coming back with our Porsche s.

We have owned an SLK for 14 years and for most of those years we had it serviced at Mercedes dealerships. About two years ago we heard about York's Motorwerke, took our car there for an analysis, and have been returning there for service. We are happy with the change to York's. Dennis and Jeff are professional, straight-talkers, happy to explain "technical" work, caring, and friendly. Whenever there is doubt about a repair or concern that their effort did not result in successfully resolving an issue, they take responsibility and make it right with us, the client. We feel our car and we are York's priority and that we are in good hands with them as our car's service agents.

John York runs an honest and reliable car repair shop. York's focus is on Mercedes Benz, but I bring them all my cars because I trust them. He maintains high standards of work and customer service. Dennis schedules the appointments and is the front man for the shop. They stand behind their work with a warranty. Highly recommend!

Had my 996 in this shop several years ago for a 4 wheel alignment and corner balance after installing new coil-overs at home. Owner was really knowledgeable about these cars. He asked all the right questions to set up the suspension for me to make the most out of the car. I have yet to drive a 996 that feels as good as mine does. Will be returning to this shop even after I moved out of the area!Service: Wheel alignment

I have usually dealt with Dennis when taking my vehicles to York. However, this time I dealt with Jeff, who is equally capable. Both of these guys just get it when it comes to running a Mercedes automotive service business. They are straight, direct and very customer focused. There are never any unanswered questions. They provide high quality, cost effective service. This place is better than any Mercedes dealership that I have used in the past.

Dennis and Jeff are AWESOME. I agree with the other reviewers in this blog. It's a father and son shop and they have several times just looked at my car and gave me their advice (free of charge). They are people you can trust - which is VERY rare in the industry. Hands down would recommend them to ANYONE - my father has been going to them for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else now myself

Long distance conversation since I'm on the other coast but Eric was incredibly knowledgeable and advised me on what was really needed for a vehicle he was going to check out for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop.

I have been taking my '87 560SL here for more than 10 years and have been very happy with their service. They keep my car running extremely well. Their prices are fair and they have gone above & beyond when necessary to resource parts for my car. I cannot recommend them more highly.

All of the staff are polite and they listen well, especially when there is a problem. They stand behind their work without excuse. I keep taking my car back as it is now running better than when I first brought it in13 years ago. At over 220,000 miles it runs like a new car. This is still true at 250,000+ miles.

they provide the best customer service in the business! Straight forward, honest, helpful and very friendly. Treated way better than any other location even in the main dealership. Highly recommend them hands down! Either with Jeff or with Dennis. They know their stuff and always eager to lend a helping hand

I have been very fortunate to have met John York and Dennis Wong of York's Motorwerke for my SL500 Mercedes and I believe the Company is both very knowledgeable and fair in their pricing including their courtesy and professionalism in treating their customers. If you want to feel safe in driving your car, use YORK Company's excellent knowledge in maintaining your car.

I was a customer of this shop for a number of years before my MBZ was totaled in an accident. As a woman, I always felt that I was treated fairly and professionally by Dennis and his team. I never left feeling like I was oversold. Finding a mechanic you can trust is invaluable - especially when your car is expensive to service!

Had a PPI done here for a 911. They were extremely thorough and able to get me in with no delay. Eric walked me through the inspection and was very helpful. Would definitely not hesitate to use this company. Great job!

Great service and honest. When I went to pick up my car after my first service they were explaining to a woman that the reason her bill was $79 rather than $850 was because the problem was just a bad connection rather than a bad heater. I knew my car had found a home!

We have a 1984 300D and a 200 C230K, both of which have much benifitted from the expert service at York's. We've been going there for years and always are impressed. Great advice, always cost-conscious, and prompt thorough service. I'd recommend them to anybody.

I've been a customer of York's Motorwerke for a few years now and I am their #1 fan. They specialize in MBZ but work on all German makes (Audi, BMW, VW, etc.). In my experience, this is an HONEST shop with fantastic prices vs. the dealership. They are extremely knowledgeable, use genuine OEM parts and stand by their work. If you drive a German car, it's probably because you appreciate refinement and precision. York's exemplifies both of these qualities and I highly recommend to any and everyone. These guys are legit!

We have been using York's to service our various Mercedes ever since we brought them our 1986 560SL almost 20 years ago after the local MB dealer told us it needed a top end for a rough idle. John identified the problem as a vacuum leak and resolved the issue for around a $100.00 instead of the several thousand the dealer estimated. Many years and several cars later still the only mechanics we trust.

Really great staff, I was laughing while was there yet never felt like there was an absence of professionalism. Very honest on what is needed and not really needed yet, never felt like I was getting robbed like some other places I have been to. I highly recommend going here if you have a Mercedes.

i have an 83 diesel. i have dragged it in front of several peoole that claim to specialize in the old mercedes. Only York's has been able to deliver. Great service and integrity of business

I have been going to York's for nearly 20 years and have always found them to be fair, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I recommend them to anyone needing MBZ or even some BMW or Porsche services,
