I like the customer service here the girl willow showed my 8 year old daughter a photo of her pink mustang and it made her day I appreciate her taking the time to do that and all i did was go there for some coolant

Very rude employees on the phone. I will not be giving them my business any longer nor would be referring any of my customers to them. I have been in the past and I've heard nothing but bad things for my customers when they've returned from this location. I refer my customers quite often to other Auto places advanced Auto and O'Reilly's are very professional unlike the store is.

I recommend skipping this Napa if possible. Nothing is priced and way too small. Old school parts counter type store with very low inventory. Even checking out was difficult. One obsolete credit card reader that we all waited in line to use. Seriously go somewhere else.

After being totally frustrated by AAA and Ace Hardware who did not know what I was talking about regarding tamper proof screws for my license plate (AAA Oakland once told me about them), Napa Auto Parts was my last hope - I didn't want to risk going to an O'Reilly or Auto Zone. And, boy was I rewarded with getting exactly what I needed, including clear protective plate covers. They knew exactly what I was referring to and had everything in stock! Prices are not excessive at all - what is it worth to you to receive knowledgeable and kind help? I left the shop relieve and happy.

I wasted too much money on my way to school the tool / code reader did not work to tell me what I needed so I drove all the way from walnut Creek to Oakland O'Reilly's by technical please tell me what it was about the parts I put it in myself in a gave me two kit for 18.99

I was treated very unprofessionally the staff there was very disrespectful respectful. I was told that they had a part in stock 45 minutes later they still hadn't brought it downstairs then they called us UPS called us up to the counter and told us we they needed our phone number to call us when they found it. We went outside I called another store they gave me a part number for less expensive one which they said the store was that had 2 of them in stock again again 40 minutes later they still hadn't found it and then they accused us of stealing when we were sitting there holding the parts in our hands I would like those people there reprimanding

you really can't get a better bunch of guys. they know their stuff, and they always take great care to make sure that you get the exact correct part. great team can't recommend this place more. you really shouldn't shop at the lesser quality parts stores because that gets really expensive really fast

This place is small but the older staff seem knowledgable and helpful. Unfortunately I just dealt with one of the younger staff who s customer service was so poor that I would not go back and I will make a point of letting my friends know that this is a place to avoid.Looking at the review before me, it looks like I m not alone

PARTS ARE SUPER OVERPRICED. I AM ATTACHING THE PICTURES FOR COMPARISON. NO PRICE MATCHING SERVICES, UNBELIEVABLE NOW DAYS HAVING SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES. WALMART SELLS SAME REFRIGERANT FOR $7.97 AND NAPA FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON SELLS IT FOR $18.69

Went in for wiper blades, not only did they have my size, Jim came out and put them on for us, 1st time with the new car, and he knew how to get the old ones off, which I couldn't figure out, thank you Jim!

Great customer service. Todd even helped me put in my brake light. He also recommended a great cleaner for my headlights and showed me how to apply it. Also, people dropped off some essential goodies during this tough time and he gave me some of the supplies. So sweet and helpful!

Very small store with a typical items on the shelf, decent selection for basics. Looks like the place caters more to the dealerships and repair businesses. BUT, do your homework before buying anything here, they are way overpriced. The part I purchased was in stock, but happened to notice afterwards, exact item on their website was $10 less. Shame.... on them and shame on me for not looking beforehand. I've never had this problem with their other larger stores.

They ripped me off.I came in for an ordinary halogen H7 headlight bulb -- they charged me $18.48 for a no-name bulb. I protested that it seemed like too much, but was assured that the price was right.When I got home I looked for these on Amazon -- The unbranded ones can be bought on Amazon for $2.59, and Hellas are $5.79. Philips and Osrams are about $7. I can understand them being a bit higher than Amazon, but I can't see paying 18 bucks for a 3 dollar part.I have been buying parts from NAPA for 50 years. I won't be back.

Traveled from the Midwest and needed a new battery after having our car jump-started twice. Bought an Interstate battery from this store, and the staff was extremely helpful and even let me borrow tools I needed to change out the battery that I didn't have with me. One guy even came outside to help. Great, helpful, and friendly staff and service!!!

These folks were incredibly helpful and generous. I thought it was a blown fuse but they helped me diagnose the problem and turns out both headlights were fried. In and out in fifteen minutes and I did the install myself in the parking lot. Couldn't have asked for better help. Thanks so much!

Great parts store with extremely knowledgeable staff behind the counter. Jim, Paul, Ted, and Steve are the best in the area. Its fully stocked and has all car, truck, industrial parts you need. If they don't have it, they can get it quickly. One stop shop!

This is not just a Napa Auto Parts, this is a store owned and run by automotive veterans. I've been going here almost 20 years now and it's all the same people still there. Their prices and quality beat out anybody and they give honest advice that will save you money, even if it means you don't buy anything from them. I'm a loyal customer for life.

I agree with other reviews, staff is pretty rude and shop is pretty sketchy. Two of the the first three photos in the gallery are stock images, not the actual store. In addition I learned today that though they all say Napa, each one is independent. So you can only return or make inquiries to the store you purchased from.

Rude and arrogant. Won't honor a battery warranty. No returns. The Lafayette NAPA store was great, but they closed. I guess you have to be a jerk to stay in business. Nothing in the store has a price and they won't tell you what the price is until you buy it. The quality of the parts is a joke. I will never shop there again. I get better service and parts from the other 3 chains: Pep Boys, Autozone, and O'Reilly's..

Every time I come in here it is a very pleasurable experience. Helpful and friendly staff, and they make awesome recommendations based on needs. Also was able to recycle used battery for me.

I've been to may auto part store but never got this level of professional advice and service from any other store. I highly recommend going there first rather than running around for miselanious parts. They are super organize and you won't be waiting around like other places.

Place is underrated!!! Easy to miss!But Very knowledgeable group and friendly people.While a smaller shop, they were extremely helpful!!!My first stop shop.
