Had my car towed to N service Japanese auto repair. Matt was very professional and honest. Unfortunately the diagnosis was beyond what I had anticipated (the repair would cost more than the value of the car). I was given options on next steps (very honest and provided explanations) and will definitely use them for my future vehicle needs. Highly recommend for honest and good repairs.

A great auto repair shop, I highly recommend! They were recommended to us by a friend. Staff was very friendly and very professional, they answered all our questions. A repair was needed to pass the smog test, they found the issue and fixed it. When I brought back my car to the SMOG test station, the guy said N Service had done an excellent job. We have used this mechanic/shop for over 30 years! We trust them with all our vehicles, and Matt, the General Manager is extremely knowledgeable. If anyone on the East Bay needs their car serviced and doesn't know where to go, please go see Matt and Jason at N Service!My Dodge 2500 went in this morning and I firmly expected it it to stay a week or so. I explained that I'd like to help rescue horses from Napa fires, so if I could get it back earlier, I'd appreciate it. They worked magic and finished it TODAY!THANK YOU guys so very, very much!Super reasonable, friendly, helpful and reliable
