Walked in and purchased a 2023 Escalade Sport - Onyx Package. Deal was completed over the phone and delivered to my home within a couple of hours. Justin was my sales person and Jon Perry the sales manager made the process easy. Minor issue with the front bumper but the service manager Rafael was all over it. Will definitely purchase from this dealership again in a few years. Ask for Justin, he will take care of you.

From the moment we walked in we were acknowledged and treated with respect and thoughtfulness. Justin was are primary contact and he was wonderful to deal with. was sable to answer all our question and was kind and patient. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had.Justin Medeiros was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our new XT5. He was professional, courteous, and answered all our questions which gave us the opportunity to make an educated an informed decision with our purchase.He listened to our story that we have purchased 2 new cars in the past three years and are still looking for the right fit. In addition, gave us information regarding a lease purchasewhich is something we have never thought about and ultimately decided was the right fit. Since our purchase he has followed up with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase and if we had any questions that he could help us with he also made sure we knew to call him anytime if there were questions. This car buying experience was enhanced by the Sales Manager Jon Perry who came out and congratulated us and made sure we were satisfied in addition offered us Cadillac gear (clothing, hats), very nice. One more person we must mention was Dominic Hanecak the Finance Director who handled our paperwork he was so knowledgeable and completed our paperwork quickly and efficiently. Brought in our vehicle twice for a fuel leak. Both times they had the vehicle for 2 weeks. All together a month w/o the vehicle and the techs did not keep us updated we made several calls for an update with no response. My vehicle still has the same issue. We paid to get the vehicle fixed and ended up with time wasted, money wasted, and no solution! We ended up having to repair the leak ourselves! Worst Cadillac service center do NOT recommend don t waste your money.

Rafael is the best and has a good understanding of the customer s needs and customer relationship strategy which he can meet the customer s expectations well.The sales manager, initially, was courteous, attentive, and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring a smooth car-buying experience. However, my perception shifted after the contract was signed. It appears that the level of engagement and responsiveness significantly decreased, and I no longer felt the same level of customer service that was extended during the sales negotiation phase.Effective communication and customer engagement are vital components of any successful business, and I believe that maintaining a positive relationship with customers after the contract is signed is equally important. It is disheartening to experience a noticeable change in the level of attention and assistance provided post-sale.I understand that the sales process is just one aspect of the overall customer experience, and I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement. Strengthening the post-sales support and maintaining a connection with customers can contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and loyalty.Friends from limousine business s please see Rafael for excellent client service, he is incredibly educated about customer also he is skilled communicator who understands the importance of effective management and customer service. not recommend for buying car from here.

We recently got a Escalade at this Walnut Creek Cadillac. First off we had went to Fremont had a horrible experience so we said let s try Walnut Creek. Kiel helped us not only was he super professional but helped us out and was above and beyond and wasn t trying to get over on us as the Fremont location was. We really appreciate Kiel and the customer service he provided us with!

Our Cadillac SRX was in need of extensive repairs and, after doing some research, decided to try Michael Stead Cadillac in Walnut Creek. We were given a quote after extensive diagnostics, and I authorized repairs.The repair was fraught with unexpected problems and ultimately a new engine was needed to fix everything. The dealership and service dept. bent over backwards to work with GM to get the new engine and honor warranties, plus extra parts and labor not in the original estimate.Of course this took extra time to pull this off. But Jack, in service, kept us informed and let us know what was the best course to take to make the vehicle run like new again. He genuinely cares about his customers.When the job was finished, and we came to pick up the car, we hoped that with all the extra parts and labor they would stick to the original estimate. What a pleasant surprise it was that they kept their word and stuck with the original estimate although the repair was obviously much bigger.It s rare these days that an auto service dept.would go out of their way to make things right for its customers. I highly recommend this dealership because of their personal service and caring mechanics.And if you re lucky enough to get Jack as your service consultant, be prepared for the best Cadillac auto service has to offer. I highly recommend Michael Stead Cadillac and if they had more stars to give, I d give them six.

Another great service from the Michael Stead team. They take time to listen and go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need and they are never pushy! I ve been to plenty of places that will aim to sell me bells and whistles I don t need, but never here. Trustworthy, polite, and efficient! Martin has been especially helpful my last few visits I highly recommend him and this store.

Phenomenal! As a small business owner in Walnut Creek, I was running late to my store with customers waiting. I was on my way to work when I heard a weird noise coming from my breaks! I stopped into Cadillac Walnut Creek which is near my business, without an appointment and they were able to assist me right away!! They inspected my car for all safety issues and fixed my brakes. Thank you to service advisor Jack Kicki and the entire staff for being so flexible, friendly, and accommodating. As a business owner I know good customer service when I see it! I love my 2022 XT5 SUV and have it regularly serviced at Michael Stead Cadillac Dealership! The service advisors are very friendly and explain recommended upkeep on the vehicle per the manufacturer. Some people say that going to a dealership for service is way too expensive, but I know that the service technicians are trained on the very model of my beloved SUV and I wouldn't trust any other shop to service my Cadi!!!! I found everyone at Stead to be very friendly and willing to assist me!! Thank you guys!!!!

Update: I tip my cap to Michael Stead. I was quickly contacted by the service manager, who was willing to have an honest conversation and was very responsive in working to a solution. This was the service I remembered, I appreciate Michael Stead for stepping up and reminding me why they are my chosen service provider.I have had great service with Michael Stead Walnut Creek previously, today was a terrible experience, which will change my view moving forward. As usual, I booked my service more than 7 days in advance, this occurrence almost two weeks, requesting a loaner, as I had meetings to attend. I was not informed loaners were not available until I showed up for my appointment. The loaner was requested as a need not a want. I was unable to leave my vehicle and further caused me to be late for my appointment. If someone had communicated that loaners were not available, after I was giving the option to request a vehicle I would have been given the opportunity to make other arrangements. Poor customer service on the service team with Michael Stead. Time to go to Dublin.

i did like my new car that i got it from this dealership.. and Eric was very good in finishing the great deal.. next day i got my car delivered to my house and there were no mates in the front seats so i called Eric and he said that he is going to order me a new floor mates .. i just got a brand new nationwide mates .. they took time because of they are back order.. but thanks Milessa and Eric for the quick response for my request.. i recommend this dealership for everyone..

Jack in service was great to work with. He really understood the issue on my CTS-V and helped diagnose from prior experience, reserve a part early, and get an extremely quick turnaround which was earlier than quoted.Sales and Staff are always very nice to speak with and recognize the customer and car. thanks for everything you do!

My experience with Michael Stead Cadillac was SUPERB, OUTSTANDING AND AMAZING!! The General Manager Melissa Kangas and Sales Rep. Kiel Bonner were heaven sent!! My situation was unique and very stressful and they were reassuring and supportive throughout the entire ordeal. Melissa and Kiel went above and beyond representing me and Melissa was very active in assisting me and gave me a GREAT DEAL!!! I will never buy another Cadillac from any other dealer, but Michael Stead Cadillac in Walnut Creek. I recommend this dealership for all you Cadillac needs!! First and foremost.. Probably the Most relaxed atmosphere and attitude i have had the pleasureOf doing business with in The Car business.. I!!Special mention to John Perry *( Sales manger)* His professional attention and excellent 10 StarAttitude is why I pulled the trigger on A 2021 Ct4-V , when I was Really just starting to shop around,,.However,,. The whole staff *as well *( Trevor and Shaun) were Extremely professional IN every Aspect!!The Most surprising was When the astonishing Numbers came through IS WHY purchased it right thenAnd there!! As well as there No pressure attitude..I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market,,.**UPDATE 10 MONTHS..LATER.., Special thanks to David Johns.. Awesome customer service by the Service Manager Bobby and Service Advisor Brain. They took care of an issue I had with my air bag light coming on intermittently. The service department is very efficient and the staff goes above and and beyond the two times I've had to come in. BTW they also work on all GM cars. Nice, I can bring my Chevrolet here for service because of the customer service experience that I don't get anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Very odd interaction with the receptionist, cannot remember her name however I asked to talk to the parts department to see how much it would cost to get a replacement part I need to work on my car and she kept asking me questions having nothing to do with what I was asking for just get me to who I want to and be professional, I don t want to have a conversation. Usually Stead is good about these things however first odd interaction

Excellent service as usual at Michael Stead Cadillac. If you're a Cadillac owner this the place to go for assistance. All of the employees are friendly and willing to provide top-notch service. I made an appointment, and upon arrival, they began the check-in process immediately. There was no messing around or unnecessary waiting, whatsoever. I highly recommend Michael Stead Cadillac for their effective and efficient service.

Michael Stead Cadillac's sales team, Jon, Rich and Sean went above and beyond to make our first Cadillac purchase be the best experience we have had. We love the quality of our Escalade. They even called and checked on us the next day to make sure we were satisfied. They never pressured us and always asked what we wanted. I can't say enough about this dealership!! The shuttle drive to and from was great was a nice friendly in house employee I'm not good with names but she said she from Philippines that I do remember laughing about talking to someone from the future since technically we live in the past if you call someone who is over there. Overall friendly service took care of all my recalls in a timely manner. All cleaning precautions were taken while I was there i dont know if my truck was wipe down after because I wasnt there but I confident it was. They also did a 31 point inspection which was great. Do recommend..
