My 2 back to back service experiences with this dealership could not have been better! My service advisor, Matt Bolt, was just amazing. My new SL63 was in for a recall involving several significant issues and Matt stayed right on top of each one. As such, my car was returned to me with every item addressed to perfection. At that point, I decided to add an accessory which required an installation and Matt got me in the next morning. Once again, my car was returned to me with the accessory installed beautifully! Matt, once again, oversaw the process for me and stayed on top of it all the way through. I hope that Mercedes of Walnut Creek realizes what a find they have in Matt Bolt! He is the best of the best!

I was more than satisfied with the service John deserves 10+ star he was an advocate for me today and went above and beyond. I am so thankful John was my advisor because I m not sure my experience would end as it did without his support. He went above and beyond in assisting me yesterday and today for the services I needed for my car. I even witnessed today when I came to pick up my car, the lady before me was praising him and gave him a hug as well because of the service he provided. That s how I feel when John helps us. John Mendoza, of the service department, is the ONLY reason I feel taken care of here at MB of Walnut Creek. He s always patient, kind, thorough, and attentive to my needs. I ve had various issues with my vehicle, and he understands that bringing in a car multiple times can be a hassle, so he makes sure to address all my issues as well as run his own tests to make sure everything is up to par! Plus he reserves me loaners comparable to my SUV, because I m a pretty big guy, and that means the world. Thank you John! The definition of perfect customer service!

Our advisor was fine. We were able to get our problem fixed. But we paid over a thousand dollars to get our airbag issue repaired. Eleven hundred dollars for a seat belt relay is unbelievable! Thats probably one fourth what our vehicle is worth! Thus should be a safety recall issue. This is why we are currently shopping for a new car and are NOT including Mercedes in our current search!

I usually have a superior experience with Mercedes-Benz Walnut Creek, but however this time was very different I bought my automobile in at 10:30 a.m. I was not contacted until 4:00 in the afternoon about the repairs need it for my vehicle. I called your service department twice trying to contact the mechanic helping me with my repairs . He did finally call after 4:00 p.m. I decided not to have any repairs done because I would not have my vehicle back to me until the next day. I will continue to come to Mercedes-Benz Walnut Creek but I hope my next experience will be better.

I would like to send a big thank you to James at the Mercedes-Benz service department in Walnut Creek for taking care of everything with regard to my car repair. I tend to panic when something goes wrong, but he was so calm and reassuring. He let me know that they would take care of whatever was happening. And as it turns out, true to their word, they did exactly that!! Their service department is just amazing and they treat you so well when you go in there, like you re the most important customer they have! I love that . As for James himself, he is the utmost professional and I so very much appreciate him and the work he does there. So thank you so much Five stars!

Not sure what has happened with Mercedes-Benz Walnut Creek, but its service department has been great during the past year or so.We have had a string of bad experiences at MB Walnut Creek over the years and switched to Mercedes Pleasanton for a while. This until we got the same, not so great results there and decided to give MB Walnut Creek a new opportunity.Since this decision in early 2023 we have had five different occasions in which we have needed help on our three Mercedeses. Each of those visits have been great. Things get resolved in a timely fashion. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. All around great service.Keep up with the excellent work!

Jose and Bobbie are fantastic! Jose helps with getting best new car deal and making sure I get all the perks being offered, even those I m not aware of. Bobbie made sure I had a loaner while my car was being worked on and kept me constantly in the loop as the work was being done. I m so glad I made the move to Walnut Creek Mercedes!

I cannot say enough good things about Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek Service Center! The entire experience was excellent. Everyone on the team is so professional, courteous and friendly. The service manager that I was assigned to was Sergio and he was absolutely wonderful! Sergio always has a smile on his face and is so kind and helpful. I have never had a good experience with this dealership. The service advisors are pleasant enough, but the dealership is crooked. I prepaid for a service agreement on my car. All was well and I would get yearly service with no problem.When I went online to book an appointment, there was a service special for $100 off the price. There was a link to schedule the service which I used. When I arrived the next morning, I was told they would not honor the service special because I had paid in advance and the special was only for customers who were paying as they received the service.As with a lot of deals , there was a disclaimer link with terms/conditions. Nowhere does it say it does not apply to prepaid service or only to those paying at the time of service.Basically, they dangle the carrot in front of you to get you to make the appointment, then refuse to honor their advertisement.

Got some warranty service done. They provided me with a loaner car because the repair was expected to take a couple of days. I received updates from them as things progressed. The service adviser who helped me is Von. He is an outstanding individual - treated me with respect, explained what was going on, ensured I got my rental, sent me updates, received me when I went back to pick up my car, made sure everything was right before I left the dealership. Thanks, Von.

I met my sales expert, Uri, in 1992 when he was selling Fords. I was so delighted when I ran into him at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. I have purchased every Mercedes I have owned with Uri at the helm.unfortunately, my husband passed away in November 2023 and he always worked with Uri to find me the perfect car time for me to buy that perfect car and Uri s knowledge of my husbands choices, transferred to me getting the perfect car

Von, my service advisor, is one of the best advisors I have had the pleasure in which to work. He was extremely helpful and diligent about communication. Also, the use of a courtesy driver to take us to the mall while we waited for the service to finish was an added service. Suggest that small bottles of water on the waiting area would be nice for people that don't drink coffee or tea.
