I had such a great experience buying my first car! I talked with Angel on the phone and it really helped me gauge where I wanted to go and look at cars. Everyone there was super friendly, especially Bao who guided me through the process as a first timer! He was super friendly and had such a positive attitude. If you are a student in college looking for help with buying a car talk with Bao, he really took his time and made the experience less stressful! I super grateful to have found my car at this dealership

My rating is actually a 0 and do not service your car here. I bought a 2023 GLC from this dealer. This car has lot of issues - UI screen crashes, seat adjustment does not work and now recently the car wouldn't start and throws a bunch of errors then after 10 mins it starts, happened twice and both happened during critical time of the day. With all this frustration, I try to book an immediate service as this was a serious issue and also request for a loaner, they say if I need a loaner I need to book after 2 weeks even without showing any concerns to this serious issue. Then I go for the first available service appointment without the loaner and drop my car, the service advisor was rude, not listening into issue, does not commit on time of delivery and now no communication whatsoever on the status of the delivery. I figured out that this issue of not starting is already known to Mercedes and there is a recall for this which was not communicated at all. Even the service advisor pretended as if the he was not aware of what was going on with my car. Overall a very frustrating experience with the car and then with the Service. Very arrogant people at the service, I am never going to go here again. Also do not buy a 2023 GLC, please google for all the issues this car has before you make the decision.Update: Delivery promise date suppose to be last Friday 11/10 at 6pm and after 4 calls today the call was returned by the service advisor with an ETA sometime tomorrow 11/14. I was informed that software loading is still not done. I am wondering which software takes 2 days to upload?? I am handicapped without a car and no concern whatsoever from them and saying will see what they can do. Just ridiculous. Very unprofessional communication and unfortunately this is Mercedes.

We came to this dealership for a first time car purchase for my 20yr old daughter. From the moment we walked in everyone was very kind and helpful. She was so worried about making her first time purchase but wow we were so lucky to work with Bao today!Bao was funny, optimistic, gave her great advice and worked FAST! He helped her through every step of the purchase and we re out of there so quick. It s very difficult to get approved by the banks for a first time buyer but he worked his magic.Overall, such a wonderful experience and I m happy we didn t waste time going to any other dealership. She can drive to school on her own tomorrow which makes me so happy too! Thank you so much Bao! Anyone who works with you is definitely lucky because he s definitely an expert and it shows.

I highly recommend Tim Crane if you re looking for a Mercedes. He s very friendly and easy to work with. He didn t give me a false sense of urgency and didn t play cat and mouse. Great guy.Side note: i love my new EQE 350

GREAT EXPERIENCE 10/10 RECCOMEND! I've been to many dealerships and this is the best one, hands down! I was assisted by Bao Ngo, Caleb Go, Hany, and Shawna. This team is friendly, professional, and caring. My mom also recently came in to purchase her EQB 300. The pic is of me with Bao and my CLA 250. I highly recommend going here ! MB Walnut Creek was such an amazing dealership to purchase from. I purchased my G550 in 2019 from them and now I just purchased a new G63 from them. They are such a breeze to work with which is why I chose to purchase from them again. My salesman Ali Fereydoon was such an asset and made the process very easy and convenient. Kevin was also great to work with when it came to the paperwork. The entire team has been great from start to finish and I highly recommend them if you want a seamless transaction A++++

I have a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek! Not only they sell the best luxury cars in the planet, but also all the staffs I worked with are so friendly and professional. A big shout out to Marjorie Jimenez! Marjorie is very professional, attentive, respectful, and such a sweet lady to work with. She answered all the questions I had and worked so hard to find the dream car I want. At the end of day, MB Walnut Creek made the car buying process easy and smooth. My husband and I had a great experience here! Jessica was very easy to communicate with, and worked really hard to find the vehicle I liked and the deal I m happy with. After having unpleasant experiences at MB of Oakland, we were pleasantly surprised how nice the finance person, John, was. Overall impression - efficient, friendly, great team, and great products. Highly recommend!

10/10. I highly recommend them! Got a Mercedes-Benz EQB from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek two weeks ago. Exchanged a few text messages first with Chau Nguyen in Sales to finalize the numbers and told her that I could be in the dealership only for a short amount of time as I had to go back to work on the day we had agreed for the purchase. Not only did Chau have the car fully cleaned, charged and ready to go, but John C from the Finance department called me on my cell when I was in my way in an Uber to clarify all the financing details before I got there so that there wouldn't be any delays. The team was extremely professional, honest and didn't play any games like many dealerships tend to do. All the paperwork and numbers were exactly what we had discussed. They got me in and out in about an hour, which is the fastest I've left a dealership. I will gladly buy my next car again from them!

Yesterday I went to see my options about my coming lease ending in February. Maybe it was meant to be that Bao NGO, took the opportunity to meet me and discuss what my needs. Initially all I wanted was to surrender the car and just use Uber from thereon after assessing it ll be more economical for my situation but open to still lease if I meet my current monthly or less. Bao and I discussed a lot even at times sounding argumentative. But I m glad after all that over 5 hrs of discussion. Bao has provided me some options I m loving as I drove of today with my new EV. Thanks to you Bao for your ears and perseverance and diligence to provide me the good deal I can live with. You are a good man that MB of WC should be proud of! Vey knowledgeable of his product.

The service would have been great except that when I went in to pick up my car, I had a very unprofessional encounter with my service advisor, Richard S.1. My car ended up being at the shop for 3-4 extra days, because they had not ordered the correct part initially. But I only found out about this when picking up my car. Initially when I had inquired about this delay, I was told it was because I had brought up a few additional issues when dropping off car. (I had been waiting for over a month for that part to be delivered which was supposedly on back order!)2. One of those issues was the fact that the app on the car wasn't syncing with my phone. The solution to which was just updating the software on the car! (obviously he had no idea that was going to be the solution when I dropped off the car)3. The other issue was the driver side camera being blocked and leading to an error message. When I showed it to him when I dropped off the car, it was such a strange thing to him (because of his lack of knowledge about the car),that he had to take a picture of it as he had never seen that error message. On the day I was picking it up, he informed me that it was because the windshield was not clean enough and next time if something like this happens, they have to charge me for it. But this time he did me a favor and not charged me for wiping the windshield!!!All that being said! I still keep getting the same error message and have to take it back again!It's totally disappointing that an unprofessional and ignorant person like him is assigned the job of a service advisor at one of the most prestigious car dealerships in town. Next time when I go there and I find myself stuck with him, I'm definitely going to reschedule rather than trusting my car with someone like him.

Terrible /illegal / immoral car sales tactics at play today at this dealership on the used car side. Adding $1,500.00 charge which for seat treatment which could not be removed from bill which is clearly over-sprayed and unevenly applied Armor All. Shame on Sonic Automotive Corporation for applying these tactics and Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek.

My first experience with Mercedes Benz was great. The staff that did our business, Ali Fereydoon, was very helpful and supportive. He clearly explained all the details and convinced us to buy from the store. The deal was very fair and much much better than the other car brands.I am very happy to get my first electric car from Mercedes. Thanks a lot to Ali for his generous and perfect support, I would not have bought this excellent car without his help, the Mercedes should be proud of him.

I would rate this zero if I could. I bought a car and it was dropped off to my location. The sales rep told me the car would be detailed- it was not and there is dog hair all over the vehicle. I have been calling the dealership for 4 days and every time I am told someone will contact me back. I have received 0 call backs. Once the check cleared, this dealership has displayed absolutely NO customer service. I am shocked- not what I would expect from a Mercedes dealership!Update: it s been 10 days now, and still no one has gotten back to me with anything finite. I am now looking into returning this vehicle because of the poor customer service

He had a recent client who bought an EQE and I messaged Jerel asking if he could help me get out of my current GLC 300 and into a new EQE Sedan. Very unprofessional dealership. I had coordinated to purchase a car and have it shipped to me. We were waiting on the bank to open the next day to close. I talked to them at 6PM and was told we are all set as soon as the bank opens. Then I get a message the next mooring at 9AM saying they sold the car that night. Their response to me wondering how they sold a car that had been agreed to purchase was "sorry bro were 25 sales people here at a high volume dealership". They are not interested in giving you a good service, but simply looking for whoever will pay the most and buy the most after sale services. I would steer clear if you want a good experience. If they are this shady with a simple sale I would bet they do the same about cars with problems.

I have just been in the United States for just over two months, and I urgently need help from a reliable merchant and service staff to buy a used car. I am very happy with the car buying experience. Danny Baptista from Mercedes-Benz is very enthusiastic to help with many big and small things. From the test drive, He explained the performance of the car, car usage history, CareFax and vehicle maintenance records, all listed in detail. He also patiently explained the differences between buying a car with cash and buying a car with a loan, as well as the importance of establishing a credit rating for us new residents. Danny Baptista from Mercedes-Benz answered all my questions very carefully when he delivered the car on the same day. The most important thing is that even after the transaction was completed and I went home, he would still care about my usage and whether I had any other questions in the future. He could help I'm a busy person, so I'm grateful to have such a friendly and attentive salesperson.
