Even though I didn't end up purchasing a car, I was thoroughly impressed with Julee's professionalism and knowledge at the dealership. Her dedication to customer service truly stands out. Highly recommend!

I've used this Maserati dealership a couple of times & I have to say the quality of customer service & workmanship is impeccable. Lynette is always great to work with. She deserves recognition for that. I'm a return customer mostly because of her even though I've used other Maserati dealerships in the past so I know what's out there. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is working smoothly & efficiently. And I love efficient people. Colin is always very knowledgeable which boosts my confidence in this dealership. Overall, I would definitely be sending my current & future cars to this dealership.

Very friendly straightforward. I went there to go by I used Maserati ended up leaving with a brand new one I was a little disappointed that they sold it but you know business is business when money is there you sell so I'm not even mad my 2022 is nice

This is the WORST dealership you can go to. I live 2 hours away from Walnut Creek, but because of the car I have I have to make the commute to get my car serviced and I try to make an appointment online and it said that I would be confirmed over email. Days pass and I still haven t received an email so I reached out and called the dealership. I talk to one of the advisors ( his name is Matt) and he s asking for information and so I told him to give me one moment while I grab the vin number off my car and when I get back the phone hung up, so I m think we just got disconnected, but no, he hung up the phone and when I tried to call back a lady answered the phone and I said I was just on the phone with Matt can you transfer me over? She says yes and she transfers me over and his line rings and rings and it sent me to voicemail, mind you, lady talked to him and told him that she was going to transfer me over to him and I can hear him in the background talking. So I leave a voicemail and he STILL never got back to me. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE AT ALL. That is not good customer service period.

My key fob wasn't working and I had to try to start my a car a couple times each try. I called the dealership and spoke with Lynette Wright she was super helpful and professional. She asked me to stop by and see if they can change the battery for me. I went to the dealership where Lynette and Nick were so nice to help me put in the new battery with smiles. Your help is much appreciated!!

Amazing car buying experience. The staff were super courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. Special shout out to Arian, Nima, and Henry for taking care of us. We LOVE our new 2023 Mclaren Artura!

After inquiring about a car almost a week ago I was told the car would not be available until today for viewing due to inspection. I drove nearly an hour, was allowed to take the car for a test drive, and upon return told them I was ready to purchase the vehicle. When asked if I was going to finance I said yes I would finance a portion, and then asked to visit the restroom period when I came out, I was informed that a wire risk received on the car and it was no longer available. Very disappointed with the level of communication.

I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL DAMAGED VEHICLES. THEY FALSIFY DOCUMENTS AND THEY LIE LIE LIE!!! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND MADE MY EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE. YESTERDAY THE ENTIRE STAFF WITNESSED NIMA (SALES MANAGER) LIE THROUGH HIS TEETH. ANNA, AMIR, AND DEBBIE WERE ALL PRESENT WHEN HE LIED NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT AN INSPECTION OF MY VEHICLE. HE BECAME SO EMBARRASSED, HE RAN INTO HIS OFFICE WHEN HE COULDNT LIE ANYMORE AND REFUSED TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS. I WAS FORCED TO CALL POLICE AND FILE REPORT OF FRAUD. ACCORDING TO "NIMA" THE COMPANY NEVER TOUCHED MY VEHICLE, ONLY TOOK IT IN, TOOK MILAGE THEN PARKED IT. HE WAS ADAMANT THAT NO INSPECTION WAS DONE AND REPEATEDLY STATED "WE NEVER TOUCHED YOUR CAR". I THEN STATED :THEN HOW DID YOUR SERVICE GUY MATT SEND THE INSURANCE COMPANY AN ESTIMATE OF THE DAMAGE TWO WEEKS AGO?" HE THEN RAN OUT THE DOOR IN THE RAIN TO THE SERVICE DEPT, CAME BACK AND STATED "WE ONLY LIFTED THE VEHICLE AND USED A FLASH LIGHT, WE NEVER TOUCHED IT THOUGH" LOL. THEY ALSO EXCLUDED ME FROM THE INSPECTION AFTER I MADE IT CLEAR THAT I WANTED TO BE THERE. HELD MY CAR FOR WEEKS AND CAUSED ME AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES. I HAVE SINCE SCHEDULED AN ALL OUT PROTEST TO MAKE THE ENTIRE BAY AREA AWARE OF WHAT THEY DID TO ME. POSTERS, FLYERS, PENDANTS, BALLOONS ETC. I ALSO PLAN TO SUE. I WAS LIED TO, MISLED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY. IM A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER. I SAVED FOR YEARS TO BUY THE CAR OF MY DREAMS BEFORE I DIE AND THAT DREAM HAS BEEN SHATTERED BY " MASERATI OF WALNUT CREEK". I WAS SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Since Sac dealer closed I was moved to nearest location of WC. Deric been great calling daily and making sure i am aware of what is happening with the suv ,towing and arranging a rental car all covered by the dealer.Suv came back washed and clean as well ;)Thank you ,

I've been to this dealership for service on my current Maserati, today I was interested in looking at the new Levante and pricing the Granturismo. I appreciated the no pressure attitude while looking at the models on the lot. However, there was a Levante I wanted to see the inside of, so I walked into the floor and asked if someone could show me the ones on the lot to compare. The salesperson pointed to one on the floor and said "well there is one right there". I wasn't interested in the one on the floor so I asked specifically to see the ones on the lot. His response was that the used one was already sold. It was really a pain to get him to just show me the one on the lot. Separately, I asked if there were any GTs I could see, he said no, they didn't have any but for the 2013 on the lot. Obviously they weren't interested in my business. I, right there, decided I would rather spend my time and money elsewhere and I will be going back to the dealer I bought my first Maserati from.

Went into look at the Giulia. Weren't at all high pressure. I then told them I was tire kicking and wasn't buying. They couldn't have been any more pleasant and accommodating to my son and me.
