The owner, salesman and Ash, the manager were all fantastic. Very gracious, accommodating and very straight forward. They were even kind enough to release an expensive car on trust, which made all the difference. Bought an immaculate Tesla Model X P100DL fully loaded. in extremely pristine condition. Top quality car. Not an auction beater lot. Truly an exceptional experience. My wife and I highly recommend them. A+++

I would highly recommend M Sport Motors to anyone looking for great vehicle! Their customer service from start to finish was amazing and very genuine. I didn t feel pressured at all. Masud and Hector did a great job!

When I arrived at M Sport Motors I was prepared for the typical sales run around and pushiness I'd had at other car dealerships but NOT HERE! Abe (sales/management), Masud (sales manager) and Brian (owner) were all wonderful. I was well taken care of all around; not rushed or directed to any particular car/decision. All my questions were answered with patience and knowledge, and, when I decided on a car, the purchase process was smooth. It was my birthday the following day and they even gave me cake! I highly recommend doing business with these guys - I'll be referring everyone I know - thanks so much!

We've purchased 3 great low mileage cars from M Sport Motors in the past 3 years cause they sell great cars. First car was a 2011 Mercedes Benz SL550 Roadster....great fun car....second car was for my family a fully loaded 2013 Mercedes GL550 and the family loves it to death, third car is a 2014 Jaguar F-Type Convertible....my weekend toy :) I want to give a huge thank you to Hector for helping us each time we purchased a vehicle from their establishment on top of Masud who helped us with the financing. Great people with great attitude and great customer service. Thank you again and will reach out to you in the future should we need another car to add to our collection :)

Bought an R8. Domenico was my point of contact. Excellent price. Exactly as advertised. Up front about everything, even the car's downfalls. I flew in from the midwest to drive it home. It performed exactly as advertised and I look forward to many years of enjoyable ownership thanks to Dom and his team. A disclaimer for any buyer. Used cars are sold as is. Do your research. Ask the right questions. Know exactly what you are getting and plan accordingly. You can find a great deal. No one will answer a question you haven't asked. M sport motors answered all of my concerns thoroughly, but I asked. Dom will be honest and will tell you exactly what you are buying and admit what he doesn't know. Happy buying, and thanks M Sport Motors. PS: I have to add, the next lowest price I found on a similar car was about $15,000 more.

Chris C has got to be the worst internet specialist whatever that even means lmaoEvery paycheck he gets is borderline robbery. By the way he speaks I m sure he s never helped in bring new business to this company.Awful customer service. Highly suggest finding someone else to work the computers because he s horrendous

I worked with Alexi to find the right car for me, tried a Boxter ended up with an M3. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable of the cars, we had a good laugh on the test drives.Masud then finished of the sale expertly, with no pressure and a lot of honesty.I highly recommend this dealership for your next luxury used car purchase.

What a fantastic experience! Masud was amazing. I was able to work with him from start to end. Masud was prompt and quick to answer of my questions. Hector and Ash were also great too! Buying a car out of state isn t an easy accomplishment. My RR Sport was just as expected. Low mileage and clean in the inside and outside. I added an extended warranty and the inspection from Land Rover came back spotless! I would definitely buy my next car from M Sport Motors! Thanks again from California to CHICAGO!

I want to thank Hector, Brian, and Masud. I picked up a 2010 f250 super duty. Very clean truck very well kept from past owners. Everything went smooth and they gave me a little extra for my trade in which was very helpful. Great job M sport motors. I was able to purchase the 3 year extended warranty in hopes that I will not need it, but if I do, I ll come back with another review. Older truck with over 100k miles and still were able to put the warranty,I trust it will all be taken care of once warranty is needed. I do recommend M Sport motor to anyone looking for a vehicle. They do have very nice cars, and they well do extra to make things work and make you happy! Thanks again- much appreciated!!

This review is well overdue, but better late than never I suppose.I had the BEST experience at this dealership. I came in with not so good credit and high expectations. With the hard work, attention, and dedication of Alexi, I was able to drive off the lot with the car of my dreams!! It has been just 2 months shy of a year and my Range Rover Sport is still a beauty. She drives well and I have experienced zero issues. There was even still a almost a year left of the manufacturer warranty on the vehicle; which is was a plus!Thank you to Alexi and Management at M Sport Motors for making this happen for me! You made my car dreams come true.

I highly, highly, highly recommend working with this dealership. They have a "no bs" way of doing business (my words not theirs). I have the opportunity to work with the Sales Manager Masud directly and it has literally been the best dealership experience I've had. They are open and transparent throughout the entire process and work towards making a deal that mutually benefits both parties. I purchased a car from here and had it shipped to my home hundreds of miles away. Masud and his team were extremely patient within the entire process beginning and until I took the delivery of the car. The car itself is immaculate inside and out, so you can know through my experience they don't buy or sell cars that junk. They have expressed respect and integrity to the highest degree from what I have seen from not only buying from dealerships but working at one myself. Masud states that he wants to make sure that all customers are taken care of so they can become a customer for life. And to build relationships within and outside of the community. I could not agree more. If I am EVER in the need of a vehicle I will not hesitate to reach out to them. Again, I fully recommend this dealership wholeheartedly 1000%.

This dealer definitely deserves the 5 star rating I'm providing. We arrived at the dealership 2 hours before closing and Alexi and Ash worked diligently to secure a deal. We were able to leave with our purchase same day! The cars on this lot are in exceptional condition. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the market looking for great service and sure deals.

Steer clear from this gimmick dealershipIf I could give them 0 stars I would. ZERO stars for wasting my time. They didn t value my time even though there email says. Don t believe there Contactless car purchase gimmick. It didn t work even when I was pre approved from my bank and live 2,000 miles away. They will waste your time. I searched far and wide for a particular SUV with the options we wanted. From the moment I saw it, I wanted to make a down payment to hold vehicle. I ve done all my due diligence before contacting them and wanting to buy. The sales person Hector told me I ll email you the contract for method of payment to secure down payment TWICE and I never received it. Then he had the audacity to ask my email again after we had initially spoke via email then to text. Completely waste of energy and time, would not recommend them from anyone out of state looking to purchase.He said that someone came in, test drove vehicle and bought it within the day on a Wednesday. I inquired about this vehicle on a Monday evening ready to buy, had payment secured with the bank for them by Wednesday and he passed me like I was dirt. They will only cater if you re in house and show up to the dealership to buy. Poor customer service skills and poor follow-up. First and last impression.Drive away!Be careful who your sales person is too.

I want to thank you all the staff working in this dealership. This is our second time purchasing car from them. They are well organized and disciplined. Especially I want to thank Ab and masud. They are the best one. Ab is a customer service specialist and extra ordinary customer service.Masud is high skilled finance person. He did his best to get our Range Rover sport with awesome finance options and help us a lot of things to get the deal done.That are all fantastic!!!!!!!Thank you

I purchased a 2016 GSF from them earlier this year. The dealership told me that it was in "great" condition. When the car arrived, it had hail damage on the doors, hood, roof and trunk. It also had mismatched brake rotors; 3 slotted and 1 solid/unslotted. This made the car unsafe to drive. When I called them to discuss the issues, They told me that neither the salesman nor the mechanic knew anything about the mismatched rotors, despite the fact that they claimed that they had replaced all the brake pads after the prepurchase inspection done at the local Lexus dealership.

I had an appointment to specifically to see a Porsche. Don't remember the young salesmans name. When looking at the vehicle and starting it the check engine light was on. He told me it was because the car has been sitting for a while and it's normal. Then I asked if i could test drive it. He said we have to go inside and get everything finalized before I could drive. How could we finalize anything if I don't know how the vehicle drives?? That I thought was a red flag and I said thanks for your time and left.

AB the salesman never responded to my text after visiting dealer until the 3rd attempt the next day, so bought another car from another dealer. poor customer service from AB

Update/Response: The dealer response here is even more of a reason to steer clear of this place. A first generation Macan and 5-year-old BMW X5 are hardly rare exotics and probably worth less than the Mercedes I own and arrived in. I never asked to test drive an SL550, and you absolutely did refused to allow a test drive on either the BMW or Macan unless a full credit check and contract to buy was drawn up for the vehicle. I would have had some respect if you'd admitted that the interaction didn't go well and you could have done better, but your misrepresentation of the interaction has made me feel obligated to respond here to save someone else the same kind of hassle - I've since gone on and bought two additional cars since I visited your dealer 8 months ago. One of which was the same weekend at a local Volvo dealer.--Drove here specifically from the city to test drive a couple of cars I was interested in buying and was told after arriving and looking at the car I could only test drive once finalizing all the paperwork to buy the car (credit check, financing terms etc.). I called ahead to reserve the cars to test drive and wasn t informed of this. Walked away, horrible bait and switch experience that felt very sleazy.

Go to Hector! He s the best! He helped me get my 2010 BMW M6! I got exactly the right spec that I wanted and I was able to negotiate off an already good price. If it weren t for Hector I probably would have gone elsewhere, but I really liked the fact that he helped me throughout the whole process and told me my different financing options. I ended up leaving the lot with my new-to-me M6, thank you Hector and M Sport team for helping me with getting my dream car!

I had a great experience with this dealership! I purchased a Tesla and the transaction was very smooth! I had interaction with most of the staff and they were helpful and professional. My primary contact ROY was awesome! They honored the price that I had seen the previous week which was much lower (almost $4000) The car could have easily been sold for the higher price but they kept their word and they did not have too! Go visit for yourself, I am a satisfied customer.

Very welcoming Pleasant experience at M sport motors. I felt little to no pressure I just came in to browse wasn't in a rush to make a purchase they were very accommodating. I'm definitely going to make a purchase in the near future and I feel comfortable dealing with this dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone, friendly service and a beautiful selection of vehicles to choose from!
