I went to do an oil change this morning 12-06-23 here in Walnut Creek they guy told me I need some filters changed and some other things done, and I said not right now just the oil change is good, so when it was time to pay he told me he couldn t reset the oil change light because I didn t get the filter so therefore he couldn t reset it I said ok that s fine. Later in the day I was in concord and seen a jiffy lube pulled in and asked they guy there if that s something new that they re doing, he s said he s never heard of such a thing he came right out and even showed me how to reset it. Guess I will be coming to the concord location from now on.

My car stalled while I was turning at this stop sign. One of the mechanics ran across the street to pop a part back into place for me so I could get driving right away. Saved my bacon, thank you so much!

Couldn't remove my oil filter on 2009 Audi TT because they were missing a socket. I'd never heard of this problem before, but they said they couldn't find it.

The manager greeted me and said he had to check that they had what was needed to service my 2023 Kia Niro Hybrid. Eventually, he found they did and my car was serviced quickly and efficiently.

My 1st time ever at any Jiffy Lube. No complaints at all. Actually, they were all very cool at the Walnut Creek location. I got lucky in that nobody was waiting so I got in and out. All the people that came in after me got taken care of in a very efficient and professional manner. I was taking my sons car in. I just wish they could work on my 65 Ford Thunderbird whenever I need it, but I don't think they deal with cars that old. In any event, all good. Go to them.Service: Oil change

I've changed my review from a year ago because my last experience with Jiffy Lube Walnut Creek was anything but positive. The entire seems to have changed. The whole place seems like a party place. Some street vendor came by and everyone dropped what they were doing and came running out to get fruit or something. They spilled oil all over my engine block, so I get wonderful smells in my car. And they topped my coolant off with water. Not going back to this Jiffy Lube. If you do, do so at your own risk.

Clean! Efficient! & Friendly!The gentleman who helped me, Logan, was super nice and efficient. I called before arriving and he answered my questions with a happy tone & encouraged I come in.Upon arrival, Logan immediately greeted me and advised how the process would work. While in the waiting area, I witnessed Logan assist other customers with kindness, respect, and efficiency all while still answering the phone and completing checkouts for customers. Logan asked if I had a coupon and explained the difference between an oil blend & full synthetic- I chose full synthetic. My service was done within 30mins and the team even vacuumed my car. I ll definitely be going back!Service: Oil change

What a jock is Willi here they waited me one hour and then coming and saying we don t have this oil right now for your car? Really and I see 3 persons working. You should let me first if you don t have oil before waiting me for one hour.

I went there for an oil change and battery installation. I brought my own battery and they told me they get 185$ to install it for me which only take 10 minutes. I left right away and went to a smog check near by which did the battery installation for 30$ only!!In addition to be pricy, the staff were rude specially the lady working there.

The technician was apologetic for the wait time. The one suggestion I have for when they rotate tires. I saw the tech out my hub caps face down, and would move my hubcaps with his foot, so now I have a few scratches on them. If he would have just put them right side up, I would have had a better experience. Overall I d say they are always nice there.Service: Oil change

Ok for an oil change. Employees try and up-sell everything. If you are prepared for the up-sell on services that you don t need, this place does the trick. Customers should know that the in-cabin air filter is cheaper pretty much anywhere else and is easy to replace.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had two coupons that Jiffy Lube emailed me. The guy wouldn't apply them and kept telling me they would at the end. Got home realized they didn't apply them and when I called they said theres nothing they can do. When asked for a manager they said there is no manager. Just trying to rip you off and upsell stuff you don't need. Big O will serve you better

We came here on our way back to LA from Seattle with our newly purchased preowned BMW M6 for an oil service. Thx to Nico and crew, it was done in no time; we are back on the road within minutes!

This facility damaged my vehicle then lied to my face about it. When I questioned the employee about the damage, the manager confirmed that the employee damaged my vehicle but did not apologize for their conduct, only saying that he would talk to the employee about lying. The manager did repair my vehicle and I appreciate that.

WOMEN BEWARE. Initially seemed very friendly...but did not give me a coupon. I asked if the windshield wipers were $26 each he said yes. I said that's way too expensive they are $7 ea on amazon. He said it works itself out..."the coupons they have behind the counter are higher than the ones you click on the computer" (to be clear, he clearly said there would be a 40% discount AFTER the estimate). Oil change is done and windshield wipers replacement comes to $120 no coupon. When I asked about the coupon on payment he said there wasn't one (another guy behind the counter laughed when I said 40%). So now I'm paying $52 for $14 wipers. Very annoyed wonder if it is because I am a woman.Service: Oil change

Do not go here. Total rip-off. Got the Synthetic Service because that is what my car has been using which I understand but to charge me extra for synthetic oil? Doesn t Synthetic Service imply use of synthetic oil or they are using synthetic employees for this service? Also got an oil filter up charge. I never asked for an up-charge filter, was never offered one but I guess they figured I needed one. I guess that is how they offset their $16 coupon by giving you a discount but up-charging you.Service: Oil change

Place is rough...I watched the guy in front of me get run through the wringer with upsell after upsell and the poor dude fell for it. When it was my turn I told them I just wanted an oil change, no need for everything else and was told they didn't have conventional oil (at an oil change specialty shop?) and that they only had synthetic which would be 90 dollars after tax. I guess they wanted to squeeze some extra money out of me because I dared to not pay for tire rotations and stuff. Look a little longer for some place that isn't trying to lie to rip you off.

I had a tire rotation and a high mileage oil change done. I was very happy with the service and the team who helped me was amazing they were very time-efficient and well-organized. I highly recommend coming to this Jiffy Lube! Most of time my windows are done really poorly at this location that they were done really well and I really appreciate that!

This is where I always take my car for oil changes. They help in between appointments when I need air in my tires or have to check my fluids. They're efficient and accurate when providing ETA's for wait time/service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Lyft inspection on brand new vehicle on 100 miles 2023 year take a 2 hours and pay $63 ?!What you guys inspecting that much? Next time will go to Oakland lyft hub it cost $0 and take 1 min with non appoitment need!
