Genesis Auto does incredible work. Had my driver seat repaired. It looks like a new seat was installed. Great customer service and very fair price. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Loved the service and how fast they were. The receptionist / quote lady Erika was very helpful in getting me an appointment and getting my window fixed. Great prices. And got me going on my day. So many break ins its nice to know theres a business out there who is understanding and does great work. I hope i don't have to go back for a break in lol but if i do i know i have the right people.

I was looking for a reliable auto glass company as I got into a severe accident and the car's windshield was damaged. I got windshield replacements from them, and their technicians did a superb job. I was amazed to see how well they fixed the windshield. Highly impressive services.

I had Genesis replace my sunroof in November 2019.I used it normally through the spring and summer months. Feb 2021 on a warm day I hopped in my car and tried to open the sunroof. Nothing, it would not open. I went back to Genesis and he told me that it only had a 1 year warranty and that it expired lastNovember 2020. I asked him who checks their sunroof weekly when you don t use in winter months,If you purchase a sunroof you would certainly expect that it was going to last more than a year for the amount of money they charged me. He said he would look into the cost of another one and have not heard back from him in two months. I am a retired widow and do not appreciate being ripped off and taken advantage of. You should expect an item like this to last a reasonable amount of time without worry or having to check up on it weekly.There are other businesses out there that treat customers as they would want their families treated.

Had my challenger tinted here a while ago, and the job was just sloppy. There were obvious inconsistencies, and the cut did not follow the lines of the windows appropriately. It was okay, but I won t come here again unless offered a serious discount and guaranteed the job is done right this time.

Worst shop!!!! If I could I would give them no stars. To start off, I called last Monday to schedule an appointment for a sunroof installation I got scheduled for Saturday at 9am. Got there at 8am. They started to work on my truck around 9:40am. They had told me they would be done in 3-4hrs. I was there from 8am to 5pm!!!! And they didn't even finish the sunroof installation because they had cut the headliner panel wrong. I told the owner that I wanted them to replace the headliner because they ruined it. He told me that he was going to glue the pieces back. What??? I told him I wanted a new one because I was going to take it to real professionals to fix it and he told me that he wasn't going to get me a new one. Now I need to buy a new headliner panel.STAY AWAY THERES WAY BETTER SUNROOF SHOPS OUT THERE AND FOR BETTER PRICES!!!

We took in our 2000 Toyota Tundra truck to have an after market sunroof replaced great customer services both times I had to bring the truck down to have them measure and order the correct parts for it. Keep in mind this was one of the only places in our area that worked on SunRoof repairs since I called many place that would only replace the glass but not the sunroof track.

Despite it unassuming appearance Genesis Auto Glas replacef my RV windshield without incident. I did have to bring it in on Saturday at 6am due to very limited room around the building on week days. They left my vehicle clean and seemingly put back together. We'll see how it holds up in the rain

Took my A5 in for what I thought was just a leaky sunroof drain. They quoted me a price then fixed it for exactly the price quoted. I found that it was still leaking the following day so I took it back later that week. They continued troubleshooting eventually finding two completely separate leaks from the sunroof seal and the windshield (which they texted me video evidence of) then fixed both for no additional charge.

Erick did a great job fixing my sunroof. The dealership quoted me $3700 to fix it but Genesis did it for about $1500, and they did a great job. I highly recommend this place1

Genesis replaced the plastic rear window in our 1999 BMW Z3 at a very reasonable price and in very little time. Seeing what was involved in the procedure, I am glad I didn't try to do it myself. I highly recommend this shop.

These guys don't deserve your service. Though they adequately fixed the issue I came in for, they caused twice the value of damage to my bumper in the process. When I went to pick up my car, the damage was hidden from me, instead of told to me straight, and it wasn't until after the 2 miles it took to get home that I found the damage. After calling and trying to be reasonable I was cussed out and hung up on. I will not see that $1.5k ever again thanks to Genesis.

I had the bench seat in my 1973 F250 completely re-done by Genesis and it came out perfect. Right on time and at a very fair price.

TODAY, 11/1/17 2:49pm, I called to see if I could get any kind of idea of an estimate, the guy answers the phone with an attitude, and once he spoke, I was done! I told him, Just by your attitude, I do not want to do business with you". My opinion......BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE stands for BAD SERVICE. No thanks!
