Friendly and easy service, though expensive. KBB recommended that my Fusion Hybrid 60,000 mile service should cost ~$200 in the Bay area, and Walnut Creek Ford charged ~$700.

Attendant of parts super rude! I Don't understand why be so rude with customers! Next time I need parts for my Ford I prefer drive 50miles than go back at this store! If you don't like what you do just move and give opportunities for someone else

Worked with Service Advisor Joe. His high integrity and honesty has changed my attitude about car dealerships. He will now be stuck with me as a customer for all of my Ford vehicles. He has been nothing but professional and has a solid attitude and can take a joke! 2 of my 3 Ford vehicles were purchased from w/c Ford. Since I am unable to crawl under my cars due to a recent health issue.. Joe has been selected by Me to help me keep my cars on the road. The quality of work from the technicians has been above par. I'm happy to say W/Creek Ford has my business.

Took almost 1 month to replace transmission under warranty and they didn't even provide rentals.Their Ford and Lincoln 10 speed transmission is a joke. Worst transmission ever build.After parts arrived it took them 10 days to install the transmission when in another shop they did the same job on a expedition in a 4-5 hours.They keep delaying cars under warranty repairs since they don't get paid much for warranty repair

This is my go to Ford, John is always a pleasure to work with. He answers all my questions and just overall help me feel confident in whatever needs to be done. Also, the Lady s at the first desk are always friendly and in good spirits. All around good customer service from anyone I ve ever spoken to here. Great team.

Always reliable fast service. Appreciate the ride home. They wanted $250 to diagnose tightening a little looseness in steering and I don't know how much more to turn the screw, which is what a gas station mechanic informally said was needed. Uh, no.

I've been taking my car here since I bought it across the street in 2014! The service staff are always so nice and welcoming and ready to explain any questions. Today, I tried out their free shuttle service to go get my car when it was done. Between placing the call for the service and getting into my car to drive home took less than 30 mins. Great service!

Made an appointment for an oil and filter change and upon arrival was quoted $120. I asked if that was for full synthetic oil and was told my car didn't take full synthetics and a full synthetic would cost $170. I went elsewhere for an oil change.Update: A ford representative gave me a call and walked me through the pricing breakdown and mentioned coupons that could be located online. I appreciated the personalized touch greatly. Thank you Walnut Creek Ford for your continued service.Service: Auto maintenance

If you need service on a Ford (or maybe anything else) go to this service department, definitely do NOT go to the similar brand 20 miles east off of Highway 4. The difference was that John actually seemed interested in helping me and once my truck was in he called twice with updates plus they gave me a ride to get a rental while my truck was being worked on. I've been here twice, and I have now left both times feeling very good. Today I had help from Talion who was very nice and seemed to really care about me and value my time. He also seemed to really care about his work, and my vehicle, and so did the mechanic who was also very nice, and helpful. I would deem the people to be very honest, if they weren't, they would have jumped on all the opportunities presented by me in which I have expressed good reasons for there to be problems about my vehicle that might have to be fixed. They looked into all my concerns and found nothing despite insisting that there might be something. Overall the price was very fair, will be back.

Dealership prices without dealership service. Repeatedly told me they would call me back tomorrow with an update on my car and then didn't. It took them weeks just to diagnose my problem. Told me my car was ready to be picked up and then I had to wait around for fifteen minutes while they gathered my paper work. A disappointing experience overall.

Working with the service drive is like being married. Sometimes they lie, sometimes they give you the run around, and sometimes can get you livid.However, just like being married, don t take the easy way out, work it out.This is where service advisor Eric F. comes into play. Not wanting to make this review longer than it should be, I ll forego the minute details, we had our ups and downs. Eric is in it to win it, and will own up to mistakes when need be, as well as going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.Within my 5-6 visits in a span of 1-2 months, he is growing and becoming the best service advisor that I have come across (comparing to American/German luxury brands I previously encountered). From keeping my up to date via text/calls, to making sure I got a shuttle, rental, or any other transportation needs.I am grateful to come across an advisor like Eric F., and will definitely continue my business with Walnut Creek Ford solely on my interaction with him.Although this service drive is a fraction of the of other Bay Area fords, Walnut Creek got heart. This is where the customer wins.This marriage with Ford will continue for the foreseeable future, as long as I don t go through another transmission

I started coming here because where I bought the car, a 2017 Escape titanium, in Concord future ford, never had time for maintenance. This dealership can always scheduled me. However I was not happy when I called about a missing key fob. I understand that they have to charge to program it but I think their charges are rather excessive. 237 for the key and another $200 or more to program it per key. That means if I wanted two keys it would be well over $600. Instead I called key hero and got everything done for $275 for one key. Which is all I needed. Plus I didn't have to have the car towed anywhere which is what Ford wanted. Plus they wanted my pink slip. Which I don't even know where that is. I read online that some dealerships don't charge for programming as a service to their customers but obviously Walnut Creek Ford is not one of those dealerships. This is why people don't go to dealerships. I still go to them for warranty work but I was very disappointed that they couldn't help me out any better than this.Service: Engine repair

Thanks for the price adjustment. I came here with a coupon from the online ford manufacturer. Which they don t accept here because the Ford Walnut Creek dealership is privately owned. Nicole went above and got me after market rear brakes due to the ford part was out of stock and no eta. I am so grateful for the service here. Thank you.

Hard to get in and out of but friendly staff and helpfull willing to help a lot more then all the rest of The Fords I have been to as of late!! And boy howdy let me tell you guys I have been through it with this company Ford now i cant honestly say anything good bad or indifferent about this particular location but that they are all independently franchise owned and committed to being unwilling to help the customer out when the one store completly ruined Fords name and reputation and has all but ruined a brand newly purchased vehicle in the Ford name as well!!! Still sticking to the company moto we don't have to make it right for you we didn't mess anything up!!! Ford is independently owned and can not see the maintenance notes even!!! from what one service center did to almost break a brand new car to one another service centers!!!Needless to say 10,000 miles only and I have a very bad taste in my mouth for ford!!!!!

Went in for a recall service, was told it could be a long time. Got in at 7:30am, out by 9:15am. Very courteous staff, great wait facilities. Will definitely go back for service for my cmax

I used to go to Jiffy Lube for oil changes. The service here is 10,000 times better. They got actual professionals working here.
