Really happy with their work and honesty. My CEL came on over the weekend. Called Monday morning and Simon said bring by the car. While I was their he diagnosed the CEL and informed me of the suspects. Left him the car, early afternoon he called to inform me it was suspect number 1 and the issue has been resolved. Approved additional work to be done. Was back in my car by 2:30. Highly recommend these guys.

I was worrying about my Mercedes, since some services are not using proper oil for engine and transmission. For my car (transmission 7g tronic plus), Mercedes changed recommendations regarding transmission oil, now it has blue color and some services still use an old oil (red color)!!!, but those guys have done high quality job! Service B was done very well and cheaper than at official dealer. Highly recommended!Service: Oil change

Simon is a knowledgeable, competent, give it to you straight type of mechanic. That is truly refreshing and rare in nowadays when compared to BMW dealer services locally who tends to lie cheat and mislead service customers to spend unnecessary money for services not warranty. I certainly will not miss BMW Concord services.

I've been taking my 2008 BMW 328i to Simon and Orhan since I bought about 4 years ago. They are the most professional mechanics I've ever done business with. They are very fair priced and won't ever recommend a repair unless it's actually needed.. I would not trust my car repairs with anyone other than European Werkstatt! If you have a BMW or Mercedes I'd highly recommend these gentlemen!

Brought my 2015 BMW M5 here and after everything was said and done, I will never service my car at the dealership again. The owner of the shop Orhan took great care of me and was extremely honest and fair. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get the best work done for the right price.

European Werkstadt is a great place! . I was impressed by the professionalism of a small shop compared to MercedesBenz of WC..however it lived up to y expectations. Simon is wonderful & work was completed as promised on time. =)Services: Air conditioning, BatteryServices: Air conditioning, Battery

I recently ask Simon to do a pre purchase inspection in a car that I was interested in buying. The experience could not have been better. Professionalism and honesty ! Qualities rare to find in this business. Keep up the good work guys !!!

Awesome experience with these guys. Honest, and ridiculously less expensive than the dealer! Saved me a ton of money already, I'll definitely be coming back to here for all my BMW service! Imagine that... Great customer service and honesty, why is this so hard to find? I certainly found it at European Werkstatt.

Nice people, very small shop. Broke a heat shield of mine and placed a very large screw to fix it in the hole, this expanding the hole now. Not sure how I am going to repair it.
