I recently had my car windows tinted, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The owner of the tinting shop was top-notch in professionalism. From the moment I stepped in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. His knowledge about cars was impressive, and he patiently answered all my questions. Not only did he tint my windows flawlessly, but he also took the time to educate me about the entire process. I learned about different tint options, UV protection, and how it enhances privacy. It felt like a mini masterclass in car aesthetics!Plus, the office decor is sleek and modern, creating a calming atmosphere.If you re looking for a place that combines expertise, warmth and a stellar tinting experience, this is it. My car now looks cooler! Kudos to the owner and his team for making this experience truly memorable.Highly recommended!

I brought my brand new Tesla Model Y performance to Ron and team for a PPF (full hood, fenders, headlights and mirrors) and custom window tint on all windows including the glass on top. He is just fantastic and a professional at what he does. The PPF is flawless and his customer service is what every car professional should aspire to. You really get what you pay for with these services and I am really happy I invested with him and his team and didn t take short cuts with anyone else. Any concern I ever had was addressed immediately and he really goes above and beyond and cares about his business, his clients and their cars. He is knowledgeable and just a nice guy!! Mixed experience. I've brought two vehicles here over time. My first experience was great, it was a Tesla Model S and Ron did a great job with that one, never had issues. My second vehicle has issues, 22 Land Rover Defender. Initial job was great. It's been a little over 12 months and I've got major peeling happening in various sections. After an inquiry email, he stated that it happens because of the local car washes. I only hand wash mine myself in my driveway, so that made no sense. After I let them know that I was not keen on paying to get it fixed and I'd just fix it myself.. I got a remarkably rude email back, stating that I should have come to my follow-up appointment to make sure these things don't happen. The Tesla never needed a 2nd appointment, had no issues. My friends also have PPF from other places, never needed a 2nd appointment to fix issues. The customer service experience left me speechless. I've probably spent between $15k-20k here, will be going somewhere else next time.Edit: I m glad the business responded, because this is exactly the type of reply you will get if you make the mistake of claiming warranty: pressure washer did this (no, it did not), you didn t come for a 2nd appointment (irrelevant and it wasn t peeling at that time) - I offered to trim out that area (per your own email: that type of lift is not covered under warranty ). There was also no attempt at follow up, that is completely false. Literally anything to avoid a warranty fix - just unreal and proves my point.

I came in and Gabe was able to squeeze me into the detail service. next door they have a golf simulator and brewery. I was able to hack some balls and chill while some professionals worked their magic on my whip. Gabe is also very knowledge on golf gear. he threw a new grip on may putter while I was waiting.

I m really blessed to have found Ron and East Bay Auto Spa for my recent new car. I had front end PPF and then also window tinting for most of my windows applied.EBAS has been in business a long time and has a great reputation, so jobs are often scheduled out about a month, as was mine. But, Ron had a cancellation and was able to fit me in a early, which he s especially keen to do for people doing front PPF work, because he knows time is of the essence. That meant so much to me that he actually cares so much about doing what makes the most sense. First come, first serve appointment-wise, but sometimes triaging for cancellations. I know now for any future purchases to schedule ahead as Ron says many of his repeat customers have learned to do.Anyway, I picked up my vehicle today and could not be happier. It looks amazing!! They did highly detailed, hard work, in order not to show seams or other film anomalies, even around difficult surfaces like side mirrors and such.I could go on and on, but ultimately you really need to engage with Ron to get a real sense for his honesty, integrity, in-the-trenches expertise, and his genuine drive to help people to make the right decision and trade-offs based on their aims and budget.I never feel rushed or pressured by Ron, and he even told me to call around for other quotes if I d like. I didn t need to, but if you do, that s great, but at least make Ron one of your calls, ask your questions and get a quote. I m pretty sure you ll be grateful you did even if some of you ultimately choose somewhere else to do your work for whatever reason.I know I will freely refer Ron to others and will definitely use EBAS for any future vehicle inside or outside film application needs.Thank you Ron, your attitude, integrity, effort and attention to detail is not unnoticed nor unappreciated by me. They did an awesome job! I have meaning to post this review for a long time. We did ceramic films for both heat and sun protection on my front windows. I am a HUGE fan. It has significantly made the front seat more comfortable during this crazy heat. I also work in Dermatology as my profession and love how my skin is also protected with these ceramic tints. I would totally recommend them and I plan to do the rest of my vehicle and our other vehicles in the future!Services: Sun control window tinting, Heat control window films

Great people to work with and the quality of the work is just as great. They did my 2017 Civic and it has turned out perfect and was done in a very timely manner.Even better is that when they did my windshield, it ended up being too low and curved for my personal taste. After talking with them, without any hesitation, they made me another appointment and that they'd redo the strip for me no problem.That's great customer service as it was my own personal taste and not the quality of work that was the issue.I'll be bringing my suv and my girlfriends car to them soon.Thanks guys!!!

I had a small job - to replace damaged clear bra on an outside rearview mirror. It was not an immediate issue, but Ron was able to find a convenient time for me. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. They tinted my front windows on my Mercedes GLA. They did a great job on matching them to the rear side windows and the back windshield that are already tinted from the factory; which is not as simple as it would appear. They looks like a factory install. They were very nice and knowledgeable, answering all my questions, and addressing all my concerns. They did it in a very timely manner, just as they promised.If you want your windows tinted, I would highly recommend them.

Clear bra and ceramic coating on 2023 Yukon Denali XL. First not only his professionalism, experience and attentional to detail evident in the final product but his overall appreciation for your business is apparent. Secondly, workmanship is second to none. If you don t go to Ron and Eastbay Autospa for your project, the only thing I can say to you is .your loss. Enough said.
