I bought a vehicle from Gus the bus and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, knew the vehicle features inside out. He also waited hours for me when I had an unexpected work delay. Would definitely buy another vehicle from him and this dealership! All the other staff members were friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Immediately upon my arrival I did not feel overwhelmed or followed. I was greeted by Gus immediately and I instantly felt a great vibe with him. He was honest, patient, and understanding of MY wants and needs in purchasing my first car. I am thankful to him for allowing me to have the day to go home and think things over and when I returned the next day with my father, he allowed us to walk around and look at the cars I liked without him being present; which I felt really helped me find the perfect car without a salesman being pushy or trying to persuade me. 10/10 recommend this dealership and Gus as the process was very easy and everyone was very professional.

First time out shopping for cars, the entire experience was overwhelming but the people here made it really enjoyable compared to other VW dealerships in the area. Nanika helped guide me through my first purchase and worked to get me everything I need. I m excited to own a 2019 Jetta that I have confidence in. The entire staff are all so personable, and make you feel like you re important and not just a $$$ sign. Highly recommend. I ll update in a year after I ve had some time with my car and the service here.

Zack Tziolis helped me when I purchased my vehicle there. He pulled the car I wanted to test drive, gave me an estimate for monthly payments and got me straight to Eddie for financing. Everything went by really fast, which I liked because who wants to wait at the dealership all day. Both Zack and Eddie were really personable and I am really happy w my vehicle.

Real easy, non hassle process! I came in, test drove the vehicle and spoke to Cole. He was very upfront and honest and sealed the deal with a follow up phone call the next day.Erin in finance was clutch. I was able to get extended warranty at a reasonable price and she explained all the details.They take care of Military Veterans and 1st responders. I greatly appreciated that. Looking forward to doing more business with Dirito brothers VW!

I had a very pleasant experience at the walnut creek Volkswagen dealership while shopping for my new car. Everyone there was very friendly and I had a great experience working with my salesperson, Alex. I immediately felt very welcome and comfortable. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying. I walked in knowing what kind of car I wanted and we talked about what things were important for me to have in the car. Alex listened well and found one that had all the things I wanted minus most of the things that I had said I did not need. Since I had a family member pick up my car, I couldn't go over the options on the car that day, but Alex set some time aside on another day to do that with me and he was very accessible when I ended up with more questions later on!

Hello, sharing a few details about my second experience at Dirito Bros. of Walnut Creek Ca.Went in to view an amazing line up of vehicles including the Tiguan and the ID.4. Recently had sold our vehicle so was apprehensive about a new purchase so looked into the sign and drive option finding that to make a possible opportunity for us. After being greeted by my original sales associate Andres Garcia from a previous purchase he explained the details of the vehicle being the ID.4 we took interest in and explained in detail this amazing car and features. Never before at any dealership have I experienced no stress, no pressure and an ease of a simple test drive with him simply handing us the keys and go have fun!Fell in love instantly after what was a 10 minute drive and had made our decision to move forward. Long story short we decided on this extraordinary vehicle and sealed the deal!! Super friendly staff with no hassle, smiles and was in and out quickly!! We had a great experience with the entire team at Dirito Brothers! Met the GM, Kyle, he was super nice and very welcoming. Nanika, our sales rep, was very helpful! She helped my wife get everything set up on the car, and did a full walk through of everything including downloading the app. The sales manager, Sterling, made the process quick and easy. And Erin that finalized the paperwork was also quick and explained everything to us in detail. Very happy with our purchase!

Buying a new or used car at a dealership it s often time-consuming and a bit painful, but our experience was very positive. Our sales person (Zack) and the entire staff were helpful, courteous, and got us out of there - with a trade-in and a certified used car, relatively quickly. 5 stars.

Cole was fantastic. He was sweet and personable, extremely knowledgeable and never pushy in the least. He made the process easy and smooth. The finance department was great too. Great dealership, should disclose all costs up front before doing paperwork. Take the time (even if it's raining). To go over ALL the features of the car. Maybe a 10-15 minutes class for the customers that have bought cars and would like detailed instructions on the cars features.

Made an appointment for 11am for an oil change and new tires. Was told they'd have new tires by 3:30. Arrived and was told they couldn't get to it that day. Hasn't done the oil change (or anything else) either. Had to bring it back the next morning where I sat and waited for nearly 3 hours so that they would actually get to my car before others. Wouldn't have been nearly as annoying had I not made the appointment several _days_ in advance and if they'd communicate better. I'm always blown away by how terrible _most_ auto-related experiences are. Great customer services would go such a long way but sadly no one cares.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the Dorito Brother's VW Location. We bought our VW Golf at the Boardwalk VW in Redwood City (a bit far now that we live in the East Bay), serviced only once at the Han Lee location at Hilltop (never again, they were absolutely awful), but have happily been coming to the Dorito Brothers Walnut Creek location ever since. Sean and Phil have helped us out with everything from oil changes and tire rotations to recall issues with our car. Most recently we had a situation where the blue def sensor on our car was failing. Due to production halts and delays, our car ended up sitting at their dealership for well over a year. Thankfully, it was still under warranty, so they hooked us up with a rental car and Sean continued to keep us posted throughout the process. We did have conversations with VW Corporate as well, I won't go into the details, but just understand that Sean and Dorito Brother's VW were doing everything in their power to help us out and communicate with us as time ticked by. When the part finally came in, Phil installed it and made sure our car was up and running in tip top shape. They were so kind, respectful and understanding throughout the entire process. Obviously, you never want to be in situations like this, but I couldn't imagine it being handled any better. I have never felt so much trust in a dealership before. I truly feel that they value us as people first at this location and are not just trying to make upcharges and extra sales. It's comforting to know there are honest places like this still in the world. Thank you Sean, Phil and everyone at the Dorito Brother's VW for everything, we really appreciate you all!

I've tried many VW dealers throughout the Bay Area and Santa Cruz. Dirito is by far the most professional and honest dealership I've experienced. Well worth driving almost 100 miles for my major maintenance work on our Golf R. The service management staff is well trained. Their customer service skills in terms of fully explaining the work needed to keep your VW in top shape is unmatched. They're honest and have integrity. My service consultant was great. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant, very efficient. She kept in touch to give me status of service being done. However I have to rate the overall service a 3. Nothing was put on the floor to protect my mats. The driver side door handle had something dripped on it (Marina cleaned it off). The steering wheel was covered with dirt/grease from mechanics hands. I had to ask for it to be cleaned off.

Nanika made turning in my lease and leasing a new ID 4 such a breeze. She was supportive and listened to what I wanted and what my budget was and made it all happen for me! I'm so happy. Last year, we purchased a used car at Dirito for our daughter. We were very pleased with all staff we encountered. Recently, we found ourselves needing another car. Based in our experience, we went back to Dirito and found no reason to shop elsewhere. Again, we made a purchase and were impressed with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend Nanika Orgil. She is extremely knowledgeable, zero pressure and a pleasure to work with.

Was greeted courteously and then discussed my service needs. Kevin went through the services available for my egolf and we decided on the best course of action. He asked if I needed a ride and sent a text to me later with his number if I needed anything else. I was texted when the car was ready. Everything went well, everyone was courteous and helpful. A 5 star experience
