Crash Champions is a terrific company. I had a rear windshield replaced 4 years ago by Mike's Auto Body Shop which Crash Champions seems to have taken over. Recently, I found that the installation of the windshield was faulty - and even though there could be an argument that this is not their responsibility, Crash Champions honored the warranty for this windshield work. I could not be more impressed and grateful. I highly recommend Crash Champions, and would go back to them again if ever I needed auto body work. Many thanks to Vincent, in particular, who handled my case with professionalism and grace.

This place is terrible. They had my car to fix a front fender bender and had my car for 3 months. They finally totaled my car because they did not want to work on it. They say my car estimate was more than allotted but my insurance was going to cover it with 1k left on the budget. They are lazy and choose which cars to work on. They promised me a 2 week turnaround and it became 3 months! I do not reccomend this place.

Last week during the storms I hydroplaned and caused some damage to my car. With the adrenaline of the accident I had my car brought to Crash Champions to make sure that there wasn't any further damage done. The next morning I spoke with Vince who let me know that the damage to the vehicle is only cosmetic and that I can come pick up my vehicle. They sent a shuttle for me as I didn't have another vehicle handy. Once I got to the shop, Vince went over the details of the car - they had popped my headlight back in, straightened the bumper, and even washed off all the mud. When I asked what I owed them, Vince let me know they had done the inspection as a courtesy. In a scary situation, this was the light in the darkness I needed. I DO NOT recommend.anyone take their car here . They ve had my car for 2 months and They told me it would take 2 weeks . My insurance company has paid them out and they re still just telling me a bunch of stories and haven t returned my car yet. This is the worst service and business I ve ever dealt with, and they still have my car .The sad thing is ,there wasn t even that much damage to my car. It was a slight bumper. They don t communicate with me.. I have to call every week & they tell me a different excuse .Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job on my repairs. I am only giving them 3 stars because it took 3 weeks to get my car back. Not sure who's fault it was, theirs or car parts, but, when I expressed my disappointment, the Manger's response was unprofessional and unnecessary. A little compassion goes a long way.

Very friendly & attentive manager. He left a kind & thorough voicemail regarding repairs & came right out to greet when I came to pick up my car. Beautiful body work on my Camry & they even vacuumed the inside & gave it a wash. Very impressed with the good energy & precision.

Mike s autobody replaced my bumper and hood but zip tied the shield instead of replacing it to save money. I was initially offered a rental and then they took it back. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost.

This place has horrible customer service as far as the receptionist is concerned. They scheduled a spot that was already a month out which is a long time but I used them before and work was good so I said ok I ll wait. When I arrive a month later they have no information on my car. The guy that did my estimate and had the papers remembers me but lost the papers and said he didn t keep any. So then the lady which was speaking in a rude tone said I have to start the claim all over again and have my estimate emailed over again from my insurance. I said ok but I m gonna need this expedited because it was there mistake which she wouldn t acknowledge. She rudely responds with she s not gonna move around other repairs to accommodate me for there mistake. She must feel entitled as she stated she s family and there 24/7 I wouldn t recommend this shop because of her attitude and entitlement. Go to Broadway if your gonna deal at all with Mikes.Service: Body & Trim

I was very happy and satisfied with my experience at this shop. It s never easy going through a repair on your vehicle but the staff made it as smooth as they possibly could and it s very appreciated. I would definitely come back to this location for any repairs I need in the future.

Repairs to correct body damage from rear end accident. All work performed was high quality and resulted in new car appearance. All hidden damage repaired. Excellent communication during repairs. Estimator and staff friendly and went out of their way to assure me all would be done on time and correctly. I would recommend this business to anyone requiring accident repairs. They took great car of me and my car. Everyone there was professional, friendly and helpful. Great work on the car, it looks like new and they washed and cleaned it. It was pristine when I picked it up and it was done a couple of days early.

Mike's had to re-skin a door for me on our 2015 Dodge with dark metallic paint. We had to wait a little bit to bring the car in after the estimate, because this is a busy shop, but it was worth a little wait. Their color matching is incredible and once they had the car, the repair was completed before I knew it. It's been almost 2 years since the repair was made and it still looks as good as it did when we picked it up.

Well established body shop in Walnut Creek. This location is one of the smaller ones from the number that they have. They are extremely busy and booked 2 months ahead. If needed, they will provide you with an estimate for the repairs at no cost.

When I picked up my vehicle, a worker left a used coffee cup, and used hair covering in vehicle. My gas cap was all taped up with masking tape and paper.Didn't notice it until I had stopped to get gas.I also noticed someone had ever so slightly dented my rear bumper. The shop is very loaded with cars so I can see how it happened but not say anything is wrong.Their job order was to replace a side mirror, and two small scratches on drivers side.I would never go back again nor refer them to anyone.

I took my 2018 hrv 3yrs ago to them when someone hit the front of my car and they left it looking brand new again( I had just purchased my car from the dealer a month ago).They did such a good job that I had to bring in my new 2021 HRV that someone had scratched/hit driving drunk at night I believe.They brought my car all the way to the house and even took my rental back for me. This shop is staffed by Anti-Maskers, out of 5 employees I saw none were wearing masks (including the receptionist). Avoid if you are at risk for covid. The other Mike s auto body down the street is much safer, all employees were wearing masks.
