Great customer service! From start to finish, Crash Champions provided excellent, caring service with updates and delivered my car back earlier than originally quoted. Everyone there was friendly and kind. Crash Champions was an AAA recommended body shop, but I d certainly use them even without it!

Thanks to Mike s auto body in Walnut Creek for doing a terrific job on my Honda insight. Jason was my contact person and he always kept me abreast of what was going on. Mike s is my go to auto body shop unfortunately.

I recently had my car repaired at Mike's Auto Body on Broadway in Walnut Creek. There was minor damage to the front bumper area. While I was there, they showed me what things they could see that needed repair and emailed me a repair estimate. While doing the work, they discovered a bit more than needed to be done, so upped the estimate proportionately. During the week my car was there they were great at communicating with me, primarily via text updates and an occasional phone call. Everyone was courteous and efficient, and so this ended up being a very positive experience. Based on this experience, I can recommend them without reservation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Crash champions gave me a quote of over $5000 to repair my rear spoiler on my CRV after I backed into my garage door. My local service shop (A1 Tire and Brake in Walnut Creek) just did the same repair for $950.

Horrible communication from the auto body side of this business. What should ve been a simple bumper replacement took four weeks due to the lack of planning and communication. Called after 3 weeks to find out nothing had been done to the vehicle yet, and that they were waiting for parts . After 4 full weeks of waiting we showed up at the business to ask, and found the vehicle done and ready but no one called to let us know.Come to find out, they finished all the work in the course of a few days. That meant we spent 3 full weeks struggling with carpooling, spending money on Ubers, running late to work, even walking home, and the entire time they had our vehicle not doing any work to it.I ve never used a shop that has worked like this, they ve always made sure to have the parts and paint ready before they make the appointment. Our vehicle was 100% drivable and did not need to be held from us for such a long time. When we came to pick it up we were given no information or explanations.The lack of communication added so much stress to our lives, and we re very disappointed and regret coming here.

They were absolutely great to worn with and my car looks great. They went the extra mile in so many ways including touching up other scratches unrelated to the accident and offering to detail my car for free. I also missed their text that my car was ready- and then had a little medical issue and they were very understanding about my picking up the car 2 days late.

Unfortunately I've needed a body shop a few times over the past 20 or so years and have used only Mike's on N. Broadway. The first time it was because the insurance company sent me there. I was so satisfied with the work I've used them ever since. Good communications, thorough estimates, timely completion, and excellent results. Plust the people there are very nice. My wife recently gave her year-old Volvo a minor "owie". In a week we had it back looking brand new. Recommend.

Tried to get my vehicle fixed after being authorized by my insurance. The guy spent 20 minutes grilling me on the damage, said it was drivable and called my adjuster to cancel authorization of my rental. Told me to drive the vehicle, that is clearly making clunking sounds, for the next 45 days because that is how soon they can get me in. Do not use them!!! Horrible experience.

INSURANCE FRAUD - go elsewhere.Mike's charged my insurance company for OEM Toyota DENSO parts and then loaded my Sequoia up with cheap Chinese made knockoffs. My Toyota radiator went 12 years before accident and no issue. Mike's radiator leaked after 15 months and failed after 36 months. Mike's idler bearings lasted 18 months. Mike's also installed the power steering line incorrectly rubbing against the engine causing it to fail after three months while on a trip.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I normally don t like to write negative reviews but after my recent experience with Mikes Auto Body I knew I had to. I brought my car in for a simple passenger mirror repair. They first messed up my reservation and booked me at the wrong Mikes Auto Body. They then started my car 6 hours after my scheduled time, which made my car not ready until the following day.I arrived to Mikes Auto Body on Broadway after I received the call that my car was ready. I paid my bill and was handed my key. When I got into the car, I noticed the camera on my passenger mirror (which was working when I brought the car in) was no longer working. I notified the staff immediately. They checked my car out and let me know that they will take care of it and get back to me the following day.When I received the call, they let me know that I had to pay an additional $300 to get the mirror calibrated and that they wouldn t take care of the cost.So after they called me to tell me my car was ready, which was wrong because it wasn t, and then they told me they would take care of the cost, which was the wrong. I have no choice to rate them one star.This is a terrible company, they are dishonest and have horrible customer service. I will never bring my business back here, nor would I recommend anyone coming here.

Excellent workmanship. Had my Cobra painted here. They were able to match my Mystichrome paint perfectly! If I ever need paint again this is the first place I will go. Very happy with their work. They even decreased the price from the initial estimate. How often does that happen?

The service and workmanship is the best in the bay area. I have had work done over the years at Mikes a few times for a couple of cars and always done perfect. They are very accommodating to your schedule and your needs as well

Mike's is where AAA has sent us over the years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Great customer service even during the pandemic. My little RAV 4 (crunched by an automatic gate!) left Mike's looking better than the day I bought it. I always recommend Mike's! (This reference is for the shop on Broadway; I haven't used the other locations.)

After being turned away from Jim's body shop with a burnt out headlamp at dusk, Mike's body shop on Broadway in Walnut Creek saved my day! Ruben was super nice; not only did he replace my headlight and daytime running light bulbs for free (I had my own spare bulbs), he went out of his way and had my foggy headlights cleaned. Definitely a place to come back to!

definitely the best auto body repair shop in the entire Bay Area. Multiple locations, and the staff understands that they are there to help you as the customer. Truly a satisfying interaction and experience. And the cars look fantastic when they're repaired.

I was highly impressed by the customer service! Very professional, excellent communication, and sufficient level of detail provided. This is a place that I would do service with again. Really bad service it took them more than a month to get my estimate, and even after that my insurance company still doesn't have the estimate, so I can't repair my vehicle, would not recommend to anyone

They're incredibly rude. I called them to check on my car and the woman was extremely curt, saying she couldn't find it and she didn't know what to tell me. I called the other Mike's and they gave me the info I needed to give to her because she refused to look anything up herself. Disgusting customer service isn't worth the trouble. Will update when I call them back and get her name.
