My parents had an oil change at this place and later found out they never did the job. We checked the oil three days after the service and it was still dark and not filled to appropriate levels. Even if there was some residual oil left, the new oil shouldn t have been as dark as it was. They charged over $300 for an oil change. Make sure you check your oil after getting service from this place. They cheat. I will never come back to this place. They take advantage of people they think don t know any better.

Thank you Cole European! I ve had a teammate work here in the past and have ordered parts in the past here on his recommendation.Just recently AAA damaged my car and I took it here for service. They caught a code my dad s shop didn t have the software to detect and said to bring it back if the check engine light came on. It certainly came back on so I brought it back. I was informed of a PZEV warranty that I had no prior knowledge of. This meant they replaced or repaired my turbo free of charge. I was grateful for the knowledge and integrity of the service manager and techs. My little truck drives like new and I love driving it again. I will certainly be back. This is my second Range Rover and I think I ll stick around for a while.

Not the best service experience - for a $1100 service, don t even expect them to clean the windshield of the car or vacuum, let alone a courtesy car wash.

Had to have my ABS Module rebuilt for my 2001 Jaguar, not an easy job. Cole European did an outstanding job and the price was very reasonable. Bernard was extremely helpful and made sure everything was in perfect working order before I left the dealership. Great customer service and great work ethics.

I took my car in for a recall-repair. The check in process was fairly easy. Unfortunately, everything after that was incredibly disappointing and I left not only frustrated, but vexed. I hate to confirm what has been previously said by a previous customer, but Bernard was extremely rude, and unprofessional... All ending with, There s nothing we can do for you! Much as the Walnut Creek location is my neighborhood Range Rover service center, I d happily drive across the bay for better service. This was completely and totally unacceptable!Service: Body & Trim

Got my Jag fixed by Jeff and his team within a day with something that could have taken days if not weeks in another shop I'm sure. The part needed was delivered from Peninsula shop to Walnut Creek in the same day! Thanks Jag team! You're the best!!

Great service, great loaner. I was able to locate a coupon online which helped with the final bill also. It's never fun having to have your car in the shop and anticipate the expense but the team in the service department helped alleviate all the stress.

First couple visits, I didn t have great interactions, but then I got a different service advisor who completely changed my view of the whole department. Thank you Kevin! You have been awesome.

I have had several Jaguars, 3 XK's and now this f-type, driven them more than a quarter million miles and serviced at four dealers. My experience here was the best. The service tech, Michael, believed me when I told him about rough shifting. The service team seriously looked into the problem instead of telling me "Well, this car shifts rough" as Sacramento had said, and ultimately they replaced the transmission - under warranty. My car runs better than when I bought it. Throughout, Michael kept me apprised of what they were doing and got me a loaner of the same model as mine.

Service from Cole European is simply SUPERB. I cannot say enough nice things about them. This is the 5th car I have purchased from Cole and somehow they manage to improve each new car!

Have 2019 I-Pace from Marin dealer. The 12V battery went flat multiple times and the Marin service dept never found anything but I went to Cole this time and they found a software update for the BECM that is likely the source of the problem. Car is now updated; we'll see if the problem (which is aggravated by staying home all day every day) has gone away.Edit: the first fix didn't work but I brought it back and the second software update did the trick. Don't know if it needed both, and having to go back was annoying, but it's fixed for real now!

They worked on my friends Jaguar. My Silverado needed no work. Well qualified staff. Did not offer to wash my Silverado. Go figure.

Always a pleasure dealing with Cole European service department. The staff is very friendly and walk you through all the steps during service. Great loaner fleet everytime!

I Wanted To Love Cole s, But It s Really a Hit or Miss with this Service Department Helpful, Not Helpful, this Service Department Lacks Consistency and appears to be Stuck In A Rut (most staff members, have been in service for a gazillion years and it s Evident) Lethargic and Un~Responsive

Always customer service oriented. Typically get my car in and out as promised. The only service department I use.

We drive about 60 miles to use Cole for our Jaguuar service because their customer service is outstanding!

The worst place to take your car . Please don t go there . Too expensive They will try to sell and if you don t do what they recommend they will refuse service . Bernard is the worst and if you decide to take your care there Ask for Michael don t go with Bernard .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
