Recommend anyone who needs their car repaired to come to this shop. They do excellent work and are very professional. Brian kept me updated throughout my repairs and was very kind and helpful. Julie who works the front desk was also very sweet and helpful. My car was done within a week of bringing it in and the work is excellent and looks as if I never got into an accident. Caliber made this whole process easy and stress free for me and I really appreciate that.

After an unfortunate accident, I took my Audi to Caliber Collision and couldn't be happier. Flawless execution and the best communication. I have been in the Customer Support industry for a long time and I was thoroughly impressed with Tim Collins. I recommend Caliber Collision wholeheartedly with no reservations.

excellent customer service. Delays were due to the complex work and needing new parts. One delay was due to poor workmanship that I noticed when I inspected the car for pick up. Unfortunately, I had to turn around to go back home and leave the car there an extra day to have this fixed. However, the service manager and the General Manager were very apologetic and the GM even took time out of her day to meet me personally. Mistakes happen- it's how they handle it is what matters so I truly would recommend them again.

Very professional. Service rep communicated with me through out the repair process. Estimate I received was significantly lower then some other shops in the area. Very kind customer service and top quality work on a very timely manner. There is one minor complication but they promised to follow up on that as soon as they track down a replacement for this classic, hard-to-find trim part in order to complete the fix.Totally recommend this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wouldn t recommend going anywhere else. Heather provided me with excellent customer service which included timely updates on my repairs, as well as facilitating contact with the insurance company ensuring I didn t have to worry about a thing.From the moment you walk in the shop you are greeted with a smile from Julie and put at ease. Hopefully I don t get into anymore accidents but have confidence to use Caliber Collision again if I do.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This Caliber shop performed a very bad and unprofessional job not the repair of the body but on quality of work because they created a new problem by letting paints fell on the Electrical Ground wires that go to the Windshield Washer Sensors, and to the Speedometer. This carelessness and negligence had shut down the computer system to my Toyota Yaris 2020. The Speedometer needle or poitnter could not function or move because of this issue. Lights like Engine Check, ABS, Tire Pressure, Brake Light, etc., lighted up as soon as I started to drive. I lost 5 days of work because of this problem they created. I think they have careless or inexperience bady shop worker or workers in that shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here to get a trim on my rear bumper replaced and was recommended this shop by a friend who got their car repaired here. Heather was my service advisor and she was extremely nice and helpful to me. The process was quick and easy and they just snapped the part on my rear bumper and now it looks as good as new again. I will be recommending this shop to anyone who needs to get their car repaired!Service: Body & Trim

Caliber is a big business that does a lot of volume, but is one of my insurance company's preferred shops, and next door to Enterprise. I wanted "mom & pop" service, but took my car to Caliber for the convenience of it all. When I picked my car up, it was washed inside and out and looked great. Within a few days, I noticed a few problems and brought the truck back in. I was spring-loaded to have to argue, but the manager came out to meet me as I pulled in. She diligently wrote down all my complaints, thanked me for bringing them to her attention, and was genuinely interested in getting my car back to 100%....to top it off, my car was shipped off to their Vallejo location for the work (Vallejo was also great!), but Caliber Walnut Creek was still happy to address my concerns and work with Vallejo to fix them.I can't recommend Caliber Walnut Creek (and Vallejo) enough. I was a little cynical, thinking that it would be a fight to get my issues addressed; both Joanna (Walnut Creek) and Tony (Vallejo) really wanted to get me on the road as quickly as possible, as happy as possible. Terrible terrible terrible customer service, the girl receptionist, Julie and Heather, are some of the rudest people I ve ever encountered in the business world, what did they wake up on the wrong side of bed? I was supposed to get my car fixed here, but the general manager came and politely encouraged me not to stay, not directly, but just threw suggestion. So I felt very unwelcome, especially because I am a black man and I definitely felt a very prejudiced atmosphere there, I would never ever ever go back there

Brian and the whole team has helped me since the beginning, they communicate on time before, during and even after the repari on my 2014 Honda Accord. They provided the information that Farmers needed on time and willing to work with me on minor issue after the repair.
