Honestly the whole process couldn't have gone better! They were very considerate about scheduling the repair, ensuring parts were ordered ahead of time, kept me informed of progress daily, and when I got my car back not only did it look brand new but it was spotless inside and out. If I ever need to get my car repaired again, I'll definitely be going here.

Excellent car repair and their customer service is wonderful. They didn t get upset when I had to delay dropping off my car . They even provided transportation when mine fell through. Everyone there is professional and they are understanding of how stressful the situation can be.

This is the shop recommended to us by our insurance company to repair a "fender bender" 1-2mph bump to the right rear bumper/car panel. Small panel and bumper were replaced for $1700. Labor was around $950 for 2 1/2 hours work as listed on invoice. Hence there were high parts markups and apparently about $350/hr labor charge, which seemed egregious. Work quality and service was ok.

The employees at this location have helped provide good service for me a number of times now. Service is always quick and friendly and they even provide coffee while you wait. You can't do better than that.

I took my vehicle in for a windshield replacement and Lester made it such an easy & seamless process. He kept me up to date with the process and explained everything that needed to be done. Great customer service with the Front Desk staff as well. Thank you everyone at the Pine St location.

Highly recommend this location for any repairs you may need done on your vehicle! The girls in the front are so sweet and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Amanda was my estimator and she was the absolute best! She informed me with every little thing that was being done and went over an beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I originally spoke with Briana who set me up with Amanda but 5 stars to her as well. I believe she is the manager so kudos to whoever put her in charge. I ve been to many repair shops before and all they try to do is overcharge their labor and repairs, but not here at Caliber! They are quick, straight to the point and they don t miss a beat! I will be bringing all of my vehicles here in the future and will be recommending this business to anyone I know!Thank you guys for such an amazing job!

The entire staff here were extremely helpful and kind. Lester was able to provide my wife and I with a quick estimate on cost of repairs after a break in and provided an honest timeline. The estimate and timeline were almost exactly as quoted. We will be returning with any future car related issues.

I can t understand how the people reviewing this company with 5 stars something is not right and it s not correct because I wish to give them 00000 for everything . I feel sorry for the owner of this company because he doesn t know how his employees treat the customer they rude and lie for everything because my car been in the shop for 3 months my insurance company gives them the approval to fix my car but because they are lazy and they doesn t care and they doesn t have time to order the parts then they lies about the shipment for the parts like I said before my car at the shop for 3 months and still not done and i been driving the rental car for ever because of them . I ask many company about my problem and how long it took to fix it all the company the same answer is two weeks not 3 months. I have very bad experience with this companyService: Electrical

Had an amazing experience at the Walnut Creek Caliber Collision on Pine Street. I worked with Rory Harrington on getting my car repaired and he made a very unfortunate incident into a very pleasant experience. I had never been in an accident before so I had no idea what the process of getting my car fixed would be like. Rory walked me through every step and thoroughly explained the details of getting my car repaired. I had a car accident believe it or not 4 months apart one from another. Bad luck I guess First time my insurance was given me as reference Caliber Collision from Walnut Creek on Pine St.I don t have enough words to say how easy they made the whole process. From having set up the shuttle to take me to the rental company, to keeping me updated almost every day, been able to simply leave the rental with them and of course best part my car was ready in no more then a week .Clearly the second time I asked to go there . My car was brand new and each work was perfect.Jessica and team you rock!I would definitely use them again.

I went in to see Will to get an estimate of what it would take to repair my car which was rear-ended. Will was very friendly and professional. He quickly gave me an estimate of what it cost. His estimate was very close to what another shop took all day to deliver. Unfortunately, as happens, the cost to repair was more than my car was worth. However, I needed access to my trunk which was stuck because of the damage. I told Will I would be willing to pay if he could fix the trunk so that it opened and closed. I brought the car back a couple of days later to have the work done. Will had it working in just under an hour and then, nice guy that he is, refused to accept payment. I won't forget Will. The next time I need some body work done I am taking it to Will. I will also recommend him to my friends.

When I had an accident I was devastated. I was rear ended by another vehicle which did over $11,600 worth of damage to my car. Caliber Collision fixed my car back to its original condition. The damage was extensive it took them 2 months to fix my car, but they did it!!! The staff are kind, professional and supportive through the entire process. Having an accident Is very stressful. I am a Nurse. I work 12 hour shifts. On the day my car repair was complete I was at work and couldn t pick it up. They delivered my car to my hospital where I work and picked up my rental. I can t say enough good about this business. Thank you Caliber collision for helping me!

This is really an outstanding place. Here is my story. I was unlucky to get into a car accident. Among other things I got two chrome rims damaged. While the shop provided me with a pair of loaners so I could drive the car, they found a matching pair and sent it out of state to match the chrome shade perfectly. That was way beyond my expectations. But, as they say in infomercials, wait, it's even better. In 14 months I've realized I have uneven wear on the damaged wheel. The body shops usually give life time warranty, but not on alignment. So it was hopeless but I gave them a call. They took it seriously, scheduled an appointment, pulled the old records, took the car to the alignment shot, double checked and fixed everything - free and without any hassles.I worked with different people at this place and I it looks like it's really the company culture to listen to the customers and try to address their needs. I'm very impressed. Highly recommended.

Thomas and Tim where super helpful. My totalled vehicle was brought here by the other guys insurance, and because I'm not settling they left it here. Tim isn't charging me for storage and graced me with extra time if i need to find a tow truck. They even gave me a ride when I showed up at the wrong location. Wonderful staff at both places. Would recommend for anyone.

Cooks Collision was recommended to us by our Volvo dealer in Walnut Creek, after my wife's car was rear-ended near Clayton Road and Bailey Road. They took excellent care of our car, resolved all of our issues, handled all of the paperwork for insurance, and overall made it very easy for my family to deal with the required repairs. Would definitely do business with them again, although I hope I won't have to!

4/5/17Car repairs don't usually excite me. There's not a lot of fun in taking time off work and putting your vehicle in someone else's hands for a few days, but Cooks made this experience as painless as possible. It was so pleasant, that I'm now scheduling another repair there only a few weeks after my first one.An inebriated driver hit the Rav4 I drive in the parking lot of JJ's Dive Bar in Arnold. My parents recommended Cooks to me and it's close to my work office so I took my car in for an estimate. They emailed me the quote (because although I would have loved to wait in their comfy lobby and snack on food and drinks, I really did need to get to work). Brianna also arranged for the repair to be scheduled, with a rental car reserved for me as well. I was offered rides to and from work and Enterprise. Their entire staff is very friendly.A few days later I picked up the car and the exterior was once again like-new! I did have to do some re-arranging in the spare tire space after hearing a loud rattling upon the car's return, but I figured it out and made it better without much hassle.I am so happy with the job that another small dent (hit and run at the back of the vehicle) is now also going to be repaired, under a different claim, with my insurance this time. Looking forward to seeing the car dent-free (and excited to get to drive another rental vehicle for a few days!) Very happy with the work done at Cooks!

5 star all the way. Firstly, Breanna and Jessica rock! Leave it to women to better run and Auto body shop. Hands down best service, organized, expectations set and met. The car looked great when done and had a couple minor adjustments that were addressed immediately. Received regular updates on progress, TRUSTWORTHY, managed all insurance process, set up car rental pick up, warm comfy waiting area with coffee, tea and cold beverages...superior service. This is your place for body work...GO NOWHERE ELSE.
