Take from me I bought a car here at best priced walnut creek worst people ever make sure you test your car really good and on the freeway please. I would never buy a car from this location they said they will get some parts for the car for example the back seat head rest he b.s me about that the color interior for head rest was not available so they bought some cheap ones from ebay that are black our car color interior is saten brown. I told him the dealer has them for 300 something bucks they can't spend 300 bucks to keep there customer happy. By far worst people and place to buy a car. That's why I'm rating them 1star

Their prices and conditions seem fair. However, it's incredibly annoying that I did a whole full inquiry AFTER they e-mailed me and then after I submitted a whole hard loan inquiry they just never got back to me. They could have told me if I was rejected or even worked with me, given I was pretty flexible, having access to many strong co-signers and increased down payment. I really wanted the car too.

Wendy went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for the little we had to work with. There was complete honesty and transparency which is hard to find in used car lots. The cars were all beautiful and well maintained. Recommended for all price brackets!

Was looking for a reliable, somewhat inexpensive car. Went to about 8 car lots and the cars were fair at best. Came to Best Prices and saw an older 2001 MBZ. The car was impeccable and fairly priced. Wendy let me test drive the car and she gave me well over an hour to take it home, show my family, and inspect the car on my own. Went back and purchased the car. Wendy was great. All paperwork completed in less than half an hour. Thanks Wendy!

Myself and my brother husbands showed up to look at an Audi S5 and were able to leave with it! Wendy is so accommodating and she knows her cars. They offer great prices and are willing to work with everyone. Will definitely go back when we re in the need for another car.

I have some mixed feelings about how things went down with my last purchase. There is still some time to potentially give a higher rating. But here is what happened, and I will start with the good things.I was able to get a relatively good deal for a car I really liked (2013 Audi S4) with roughy 120k miles. I know German cars are expensive and it's high mileage, but the car looked great and had only one owner. The salesman was also pretty nice and helpful with getting a loan. I paid roughly 15k for the car and I also got a 3 year / 30k miles warrantee (PRco is the name of the warrantee) that is supposed to fix all issues from wear and tear (including engine and transmission) for only a $100 copay. This sounded too good to be true, but I knew repairs would be expensive and figured it would come in handy.After 1-2 weeks, my car started lurching forward in 1st gear and that was concerning, but not enough to bring in yet. Then around week 2-3 the transmission problems became so severe that I could not even bring it on the highway and the gas pedal / gears would not respond together and it became a dangerous problem very quickly.I brought it to a shop, who recommended another shop, who recommended another shop and I had to pay about $600 for diagnostics with shops that couldn't help. Finally, German Sport realized that the transmission was trash. The dual clutch transmission works great when it works, but have a 120k-150k lifespan unfortunately, and it had to be replaced. This replacement cost about $18k. The PRco warrantee place only agreed to pay for $12k and they did not pay for the tax. I will take this up with them as well, but Udjur had convinced me that they would pay for the whole thing. This is not all Udjur's fault, but I was mislead.I don't think Udjur knew that there was a huge problem with the transmission, but this was the most I ever paid for a car and it broke down faster than sub $5k cars I've bought. The car is great with the new transmission, but I was out of a car for over a month after buying it and still paying on it.If Udjur decided to pay half of what I paid out of pocket, or if PRco agreed to pay half, I would increase my stars to 3 or 4. and if both of them helped, or the full amount was paid I would increase to 5 stars.I really like Udjur and I feel a little bad leaving a 2 star rating, but I did get kinda screwed financially. I hope the car ends up lasting a while and maybe I can get compensated for some of my out of pocket.

I was excited to buy this 2016 Ford Explorer . Everything seemed to have been in good working condition. However I noticed a couple day after having the vehicle my headlight was out. I took it to the Ford dealership and they informed me the housing of the headlight on the front end looked as though it was in an accident and quoted me $1,100 to fix it. A week after having the vehicle my air conditioner stopped working, my Bluetooth never worked, my back up camera never turn on and my radio went out. I reached out to the dealer and I was told I m better off taking to my local mechanic to fix these issues because they weren t going to help. If I was told about these issues before purchasing the vehicle I wouldn t have an issue but I wasn t. Here we are almost two months of having my vehicle and I get a phone call threatening to take my vehicle for non payment which was false. I spoke to the bank and they said they have record of my payments and the dealership is mistaken. I called the dealership multiple times and got no answer or an apology. I m upset that they accused me of lying and not making my payments. If I knew I would have had these issues before hand I wouldn t have purchased this vehicle.

We had been looking for the perfect mini van for months. When we saw a listing at Best Prices we knew it was the best van ever. They were fair priced and easy to work with. We actually drove all the way from Santa Clara to buy the van. But the best part is when we had a problem with the van later in the day after we bought it they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed without costing us a dime. I would recommend checking out their vehicles to see if they have the right car for you.

Wife totaled her car and fortunately there were no injuries. Last thing I wanted to do was shop for another car and ran into Best Prices and Nathan via Craigs List when searching for a replacement vehicle and consider myself lucky now. Great Experience! We found a great car for a great price online, and did our negotiating over the phone, so when we drove 2.5 hours the next day to pick it up, all we had to do was take it for a drive, and sign the papers! Everyone there was nice and not pushy at all.

It was the first time I bought a used car from a private dealership and I got a great deal for my 2010 Nissan Sentra hatchback two and a half years ago from this place. My credit was low at the time but I was approved for financing. The only thing that went wrong after my purchase was the battery but I already knew I may need to fix it after the purchase and even after the replacement you cannot beat the price I paid for my car. I'm very happy with my car up until today.

I ve been coming to Nathan for years (3 cars) and every time he has been so wonderful to work with and we will be coming back for for years to come. I ve purchased new cars from major dealerships in the past and it does not compare to the family like experience I received from Nathan. Best Prices really does has the best prices in town! After being in an accident (not-at-fault) my 2001 Toyota was totaled and was given a minimum value by the insurance company due to its age. I searched several major dealers within the Bay and Sacramento areas, but only found used cars that were priced way above Kelly Blue Book and NADA Guide values. I understand price points are typically higher with dealer sales, however I refuse to buy a 2008 Toyota Prius with 160K miles for $12,000 (example). A lot of dealers try to lure you in with finance deals as well. Best Prices was straight forward with no gimmicks. The prices were on-par with KBB and NADA and most of the time even better! The owner is very friendly and straight to the point too. I found an awesome Audi A4 at Best Prices for a very good price and could not be any happier. Thank you Best Prices.

Nathan was incredibly helpful in purchasing our first car.He assisted us with all of the paper work in getting our registration processed.Despite several issues with the DMV, he has been super responsive and assisted us from out of town in purchasing our car.Thanks Nathan!

Terrible experience, fuel pump went out when I was on my way to finalize the deal and Nate then decided he wouldn't honor the deal we made wanting more money for the vehicle. I used one of my tows to get the vehicle to his mechanics shop and never even got an acknowledgement from the guy for using up one of my resources. Ethics are important and this guy doesn't have any! He called me the following day still wanting more money for the car and when I told him I wasn't interested in paying more and that ethics are important he got belligerent and started yelling at me on the phone how he would take a loss on the vehicle if he kept his word. He owes me $30 for gas in the vehicle and refuses to acknowledge it. Rich the previous owner of the lot wasn't like this guy and wouldn't have done business like this. Oh and to his sales staff he was complaining about having to pay commissions, I wouldn't be surprised if this crook isn't cutting you out of some sales that you've started...

I have never bought a car from a dealership before. I drove by, saw my new truck, stopped, talked to a very nice lady, and shortly after drove off in my new truck. The people are amazing and will work to get you taken care of.

I bought. This car here.the transmission went out. After 2 months and 3500 miles.Still waiting for a call back. Also no plates on car it was towed in .SF for no plates cost. $500.for tow fees and the ticket
