Robert is a real pro. Everything about this service was great. I had a small smashed window on my Tesla. Robert got the genuine Tesla part, came to my house, and installed it the same day I called him. He carefully aligned the chrome trim, which now looks more flush than when new. He cleaned up all debris too. I would highly recommend him.

Caught a rock on the driver s side windshield this morning. Called Robert, who could meet up within the hour. Robert went right to work and did an excellent job at practically making the entire crack disappear. Robert was professional and great to deal with. He will be my source in the future and I highly recommend his services.

Fantastic and so easy to work with. Very reasonable price for the repair and came to my work office so I could still be at work and just step out to get my window fixed. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a window repair in the Walnut Creek area. As you can tell from my before and after, it s a huge difference to have a window again!

Highly recommend! Robert was so knowledgeable and professional. I called on a Sunday morning and Robert expertly diagnosed that I needed a window regulator; I picked up the part and called back and we were able to schedule a same day appointment by 2 o clock! Robert came to me and had the part installed in under an hour. Very reliable and professional service, thanks guys!

This is a long overdue review but, like they always say, better late than never. Auto Renu Auto Glass serviced our 2015 BMW X5 about 6 mos ago last years summer. The business owner & technician, Robert, did a great great job in completing replacing our damaged windshield. And I must say I give more than 5 stars for the service Robert provided. I can describe him as very professional technician and takes pride in the work he do. Just want to share a story about what transpired. Robert was able to accommodate my service request on such short notice.My car got hit by a flying rock one early morning, did a good crack on the windshield & just thought of calling in somebody to have is check & repair it the soonest. Robert was able to accommodate and was able to come past noon that day. He checked the chip on windshield and recommended replacing it with a new one instead of just repairing the crack, which I totally agree. He offered if I wanted an aftermarket or an original BMW Windshield. I to told him that I would prefer an original BMW Windshield. However, due to his limitations, I have to personally purchase it directly at the nearby dealership to which I don't see any issue with that. He suggested that he can pick it up next day at the dealership & bring back to my house & do the replacement.I mentioned that I really wanted the job be done the soonest that day and without hesitation, he replied that since his schedule isn't that full that day, he agreed to accompany me to the nearby BMW dealership. So we both drove to the nearby BMW dealership and I paid to purchased a new original BMW windshield. Robert carefully hauled it to his truck and went back to my house & finished up to complete the repair.So if this experience will not convince you to choose Robert for your windshield repair, I don't know what else. I'm sure the windshield repair company with popular ad on TV with a catchy tagline won't even come close to the 5-STAR ABOVE & BEYOND WITH EXTREME PROFESSIONALISM SERVICE that Robert provided. Again, Robert, my apology for my late online review. I mentioned I promise to make one but, I don't really do this often. Thank you again for the excellent service you provided. Wishing your business more success in your industry.

Robert was early for our appointment and provided fantastic service. I had a windshield chip on the drivers side and his repair fixed the issue, was performed promptly, and completed at my home which made everything easier. He s also a really nice guy!

Robert was amazing. We had a smash and grab destroying our back windshield. He gave us a fair quote and came out the next morning to fix it on-site. Robert was kind and professional. It looks like it never happened. Having such a quick response during the busy holiday week was especially appreciated. My nephews were terrified when we saw the break in and having the car restored to normal helps us put this behind us and focus on being together.

Auto Renu Auto Glass did a terrific job replacing the front window on my Truck. Same day service, really nice tech that installed the window and fixed a chip in another window. Great place! If I ever need another window or window repair I will call these guys again!

Finished the work quickly. Came back to replace motor after diagnosing the regulator wasn t the issue. Very satisfied with his work and would absolutely come back for any windshield or window repairs.

Robert is the man that you need to call if you need something done ASAP he was the only person I know that could provide same-day service. Everybody else wasn t available until the middle of the week very professional and on time will be referring Robert for anybody I know that needs window repair

Unfortunately I had my car window broken into on a Friday night. I called Auto Reno that same evening expecting an answering machine because I called after hours. Instead, the owner, Robert, picked up my call and offered to make the repair the following day (Saturday) at my home. Finding someone who is willing to make auto repairs that quickly is almost impossible. His customer service was incredible. He fixed it the next day like it s brand new at a very reasonable price. I had Robert repair a chip on my m3 before. I had another incident on wonderful 580 and took it to bmw to have it repaired since my moulding was cracking. They said the crack was not repairable. Called Auto Renu, sent pics and had it repaired the same day. Robert does top quality repairs and I will continue to give him my business. Thanks again!

Made me a duplicate key , for a vehicle I purchased used with only one key.Mr Robert arrived on time to my place of business and performed the work as estimated. and exceeded all my expectations, Programming and cutting of keys all performed and tested to ensure a exact duplicate were done. I'm very pleased with his customer service and will recommend Mr Robert to all my family and friends.

First, their pricing is competitive and the original reason why I chose Auto Renu over other competitors in the area. However, Robert immediately made it clear I made the right choice. He arrive precisely when he said he would, was wearing a mask, performed the replacement quickly, and provided excellent customer service. Could not recommend Auto Renu enough for the Walnut Creek area.
