They patching my tire as there was a screw in it.It was great I was about to do it myself.Pros: They can be helpful with patching tires.Great customer service and support.Cons: little space, make an appointment if you can don't just show or you'll be waiting for a while. They strongly insisted on rotating my tires even though I just had them done less than 6 days ago. Also watch out for any upsells get different options or quotes before buying.

Americas Tires In Walnut Creek ,Ca94596 was my hero for it was raining and my rear tire pressure light came on and was 5 minutes to closing time without any issues with helping me get the tire patch, balanced and was on before me even asking going beyond and above Kyle tech and Jake were there to save my weekend staying after 6 pm one hour after closing. @ 5 pm. All done for free they totally made my weekend better must go there and get your tires it s worth it. Thank you 5 stars keep up the great working hard GustheBus

I had a great experience here. They're obviously very busy but they did a great job unlike the Fremont America's Tire location. Everyone who works on my car says it's unique and can be tough for those who don't know but this shop had no problem. I got a flat and brought my car in over the weekend. There is no after-hours drop box for keys here but I was able to call them when they were open and they were super helpful, great communication, and on time. Shout out to Destiny for going above and beyond! And Shane for good communication in a fast paced environment.They also did a good job balancing and rotating unlike Fremont America's Tire who could not wait to get me out the door after a half azz job recently. Thank you Walnut Creek America's Tire!

I had a flat tire. Made an appointment online for 5pm. The shop looked super busy at 5pm, but their customer service reps were still friendly & professional. Staff seemed high energy & hardworking. They repaired my tires in half an hour, & at no charge since we had our new tires installed there recently. I really appreciate the excellent customer service & quality work; & will always return. Thank you America s Tire staff, for your hard work & great attitude!

I called about an hour before closing time the day before Christmas Eve with a nail in my back left tire. They said come right over, and they would take care of it. They lived up to their word. Within an hour of my arrival (and more than 15 minutes after their official closing time) my tire was fixed. Terrific customer service!

America's Tire offers free rotation & rebalancing on tires that they sell. I went in to have mine done without an appointment and it was complete in just over an hour. Michael was very helpful friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them for your tire needs.

It's no surprise that this place is always busy given the top-notch service they provide. My Tesla Model X had a double flat tire. I spoke to Michael, the manager, and he provided a reasonable quote and timeline. Later that day, I towed my car in, and it was serviced in the evening, ready for pickup the next morning. Unfortunately, my backup car also had a flat tire with a nail, but they repaired it for free. This was my first time using America s Tire, and due to their utmost professionalism, courteous customer service, and honesty, they will be my first choice for future needs. I'd also like to extend my thanks to Ryder for making the process very smooth and efficient.

I had been an America s Tire customer for well over 10 years, but they have finally lost my business last week. The service has been noticeably declining for the past 3 4 years. I kept hoping they were just going through a rough patch (as did many businesses due to the pandemic) and would improve, but the service has just become unacceptable. The store has become far too focused on cranking out as many cars as they can to provide decent service.I took my in car twice for the same issue: the low-pressure light was on. During the second visit, I bought 4 new sensors as recommended and was told this should have been done when I first I brought the car in. But I was told that even with the new sensors they could not get the low-pressure light to go off. And like the first visit, they said the light should go off on its own. I drove to Concord and back 3 separate times and the light was still on. I emailed America s Tire s manager but did not get a response. I tried calling but could not get through, so I called my mechanic, who said this is something the dealership would have to diagnose.The dealership ran a diagnostic and found a fault with one of the sensors. They contacted America s Tire who agreed to look at the car, and America s Tire confirmed what they had told me, that they could get the low-pressure light to go off. The dealership took the car to America s Tire on my behalf, and it took America s Tire all of 5 minutes to reset the low-pressure sensor to turn the light off.When I presented the invoice for the dealership diagnostic to America s Tire, they reimbursed me, but could not understand why I didn t just bring the car back for a third time. This included a sob story about a customer who brought their car back FOUR times only for America s Tire to just put the old sensors back on because they could not fix the problem. When I reminded them that it was their employee who told me they could not fix it, the response was they would talk to the guys in back .Additionally, during my last visit to America s Tire, they put the hand brake on so hard that I could not move it and had to go back into the store to get an employee to release it for me. He agreed that the handle was ridiculously high and should not have been put on that way.I do not recommend this business.

I am torn. Tire purchase through tire rack and installation set up was nice, and easy. Price for the mount and balance, and disposal of old tires very competitive. Customer service outstanding. I was super happy until I noticed they scratched my caliper probably when trying to put wheel back in place. They did not disclose this or honor to fix it, and for that reason I m posting this review.

Called early in the morning with a tire repair, they let me know that it was a very busy day but to bring the car in and they will take care of it that day. When I arrived it was visibly very busy, I was helped quickly and everyone was super friendly, especially Ryder. They gave me an ETA on how long it would take texted me a link to track the progress. When I picked up the the vehicle they told me there was no charge, I was shocked! I receive above and beyond service on a busy day and they extended free flat repair. They turned an otherwise frustrating car problem into one of the best experiences I have ever had. I will definately be back and recommend them to all.

The staff at this location are awesome. I pulled in on a busy day, to smiling cheerful employees ready to help me out. The parking lot was so full I almost turned around to save them time, but I was assured for air check they had me in a few moments. What is incredible to me is for how busy they were, the time they didn't with me and their level of friendliness was some of the best service I've ever experienced. Thus location, and America's Tire in general should consider themselves fortunate to have employees like this work here and I hope they get recognized often for their outstanding service. I had the most RIDICULOUS experience! Called them at noon to patch a tire off my track car. Dropped it off, and 40 minutes later it was ready. Picked it up and they WOULDN'T TAKE MY MONEY, said something about they'd always try to fix tires for free.This was not a tire purchased at their store.I WILL BE BACK! (with donuts, and actual business).In all seriousness though these guys are great.

Tire purchase through Tire Rack* and installation set up was smooth. Price for the mount and balance, and disposal of old tires very competitive ($109). Customer service outstanding from Michael and the install by Mason was A+. In and out in less than an hour with the appointment.*Note: Checking AT site seems like the tires were the exact same price if I bought it on-site. In hindsight, I would have just bought it from here in the first place (without TireRack).

Two nails in two separate tires was not what I had planned today, but Destiny and Ryder were so pleasant to work with that I feel very fortunate to have landed at America s Tires Walnut Creek. I was a walk in around 10am, was communicated with that they were busy and to expect two hour wait, and had my answers and solutions in exactly two hours. I observed many customers in those two hours, and I have to remind customers that while tire trouble isn t fun, the employees deserve utmost respect.

Service is excellent. I had done my rotation and balancing here. I had an appointment and did not get the service done within the promised timeframe. Apparently the guy Manny who checked me in put me on the regular waitlist even after assuring me I'll be done in an hour as I already had an appointment. He left for his break and I was just waiting there for over an hour.Michael is the guy you want to deal with, he's helpful and will make sure you're attended to as promised. I spoke to him and he made sure my servicing got done asap.

The nicest and most helpful people. I was told by my dealership that I had a bend on my left rim and that it would cost $300 for a replacement. Advised by my coworkers I decided to check out America's Tire and the people there were AMAZING!!! There ended up being absolutely nothing wrong with my tire or its rims and they checked out everything free of charge and with no appointment. Jake was especially great over the phone and encouraged me to get my car checked out even though they were closing so soon that evening. Manny was super helpful and informative as well despite having to facilitate so many customers. I was there for less than an hour and left so relieved I wouldn't be dropping cash over a nonissue. As a young woman who is new ish to town and always had her dad take care of car maintenance its so easy to get scammed out here so please check em out! They are really dedicated guys that are working past close to make sure everyone's needs are met :)

Spent 2 hours waiting for my turn when i had an appointment already. Their manager apologized for the mistake and gave me a business card for $100 off on my NEXT visit, which might not happen or be in years from now as i just got a new set installed. I would have given them 1 star, but I will give 2 because of the apology. They need to fix their process, thus the low rating.

I purchased tires and set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance for the installation. After arriving on time for the appointment, it took them 1.5 hours to get the tires changed. When I brought this to their attention, they rushed and didn't even bother cleaning/shining up the sidewalls. When I asked, the service rep said it should have taken no longer than 0.5 hours. 300% longer instead of 30% faster. Remarkable.

I love America s tire! Always the best customer service at any location and their rates are affordable and they always give you honesty.I had a pretty flat tire one morning. Drove on it to work pretty stressed out about it. I know these types of shops are super busy and I wasn t in the mood to wait around for my car. But I did only because they got me in and repaired it same day. Took a couple hours because they are super busy but I just walked to a restaurant close by and came back when they were finished. Not to mention, they found two nails in my tires plus my insurance plan helped cover it all. Imagine having a bad day and then having insurance cover everything. I almost thought I was in 1990s because nothing is free these days!! Thank you to all the staff here for making my experience and day so much better than I imagined!

Had my Tesla M3 towed yesterday here due to flat tire front driver side. All my tires have the certificate for repair, refund, or replacement. I was told by David that my tire tread was at 1 for both fronts and would need to pay out of pocket for the tire that needed replaced $427. Due to the tread being too low and for the free replacement it would need to be at 3/32. I payed and they recommended I take my car for a wheel alignment. Which I did today 12/20. When Firestone measured by tire tread the right front tire that Americas Tire recommended I also try to replace which this office said it was at a 1, was actually 6 outer, 6 middle, 5 inner per Firestone. After getting my wheel alignment today I went straight to my local Americas tire in Vacaville. When I told them what happened to me I spoke to David who s the manager here in vacaville office and he went with me personally to do the measurements and said hmmm I would of replaced it because it s right at the 3 almost 2 mark which qualifies for the free replacement and not sure why Walnut Creek would charge me if the tread is NOT at a 1 like David from the WC office said I asked David here in Vacaville if I would be able to get a refund, but he said he would not be able to as this office would lose money and I would need to go to the Walnut Creek office to get fully refunded for that tire.

Thanks to a leaky tire, I was a walk-in to America's Tire in Walnut Creek. While the place was super busy--phones ringing and people everywhere, they gave my an.hour and half estimate from start to finish.They kept to their target and had me out the door in no time. All the staff were friendly and answered all of my questions. The expertise and prices were both great. Thank you for your reliable service!

Matched my price with Cosco and adjusted my tire pressure to correct specs. Took about 2 hours for all 4 tires management was very helpful with the price matching.

Very good experience here. Had a flat and they took the nail out and inflated it right up put it back on for me. For free too which is insane. David was great, Ryder was great also. Free wifi, and a bathroom in the lobby for customers. Def recommend!

Truly thankful for the whole America s tire staff at the Walnut Creek location. Living in the bay, I ve got 3 flat tires within 5 years but super thankful it s never a hassle coming here. Special thanks to Jake an Omar on my last visit.

America s Tire had me in and out within 40 minutes as a walk-in. They checked my tire pressure, inflated with air, and patched the tire that had a nail all for free since it was my first visit. Michael was professional, courteous, and patient to explain everything.
