Went to Tire Pros in Vista at the last minute this morning because my back passenger tire was quickly deflating and going flat. I had bought all 4 new tires there a year ago. I did not have an appointment this morning. I was greeted quickly by several friendly employees. They got my jeep in right away and come to find out I had a large screw in 1 back tire and nails in my other back tire. They plugged the holes and rotated my tires quickly and efficiently. The customer service was just as great! I highly recommend that if you're ever in need for any tire service, brake service or alignment that you give them a go!

Hit a curb and bent rim on a rental car. Pulled in to Vista and they helped immediately. Quick and courteous. Didn't even charge!!!!!!

On a trip to the beach from Tahoe, hit some road debris and blew a tire, 8:00 Thursday morning. These guys hooked me up! And fixed the tire under warranty ! On my way with no delay! Great service, great crew!

These guys are awesome. Got my 1940 truck with a 1990 S-10 chassis aligned when everywhere else was either clueless or just plain rude. They earned my trust and respect. Steve is a REAL car guy and his crew are what we should expect when it comes to auto repair /tires

My daughter had called me needing help because she was stranded due to a flat tire. She had pulled off to the side of the road on a busy highway with no roadside assistance and unfortunately no spare.. The 1st place we called was Vista Tire Pros And they stand by their name because they are truly professional and were so helpful and went above and beyond to help my daughter in her time of need. They wanted to make sure that she was safe and that she wasn't alone and they took care of her and helped her in her time of need. I am so grateful for them as I was unable to help my daughter for I do not live in the same state. I would recommend these men any day. They are truly heroes in my eyes.Not all heroes wear capes

Alex and Anthony really professional and helpful been taking my cars there for 2 yrs. They are very friendly too would not take my cars anywhere else and they try get you back on the road quick Highly recommend this place if I could I would give it 6 stars

On behave of the Morse family Anthony thank you for all the help and understanding you have given us. My uncles health has gone down but Anthony was still very helpful and extremely understanding. My uncle hasn't been the same since his wife of 13 years passed and he was amazing and patient. We definitely recommend his shop.

I highly recommend this shop they are professional and friendly. They help answer all the questions I had about my suspension. I like to thank Anthony for helping me out. He is the manager there and hes the guy to speak to if you need any help, I will definitely keep doing business here! If you want your lift kit installed this is definitely the place to stop by. Anthony helped me out on getting 4 new tires and alignment on my 2008 Ford Focus SES. My quote was still the same price I was given out the door. Anthony was really helpful! I also used the SNAP FINANCE program which they have to offer and it really helped me out. Thank you again Anthony and Vista Tire Pros! :)

Got me in and out quick was the only plus. Over charged me the price I was quoted. Young kid used a high torque impact gun to install my lug nuts which I took off and re-torqued with my torque wrench when I got home [could barely get them off with a pry bar]-I saw him doing it but didn't question as I thought these guys were professionals and maybe the tool was calibrated correctly??? Could have damaged my $5000 set of wheels and I may be back to ask for compensation. Didn't mount the tires correctly as I had instructed and forgot to give me back my lug nut key which I realized when I got home. I won't be back and will not recommend. Stick with the name brand companies that stand by their work.

Great group of guys great prices. Just don t let them align your vehicle. Got it aligned took hours just to be told they got it close. Told me rotate tires every 3 months to avoid uneven wear. Well a month and a half later the inside of my brand new tires I got from them are completely bald. Called let them know what happened said they did everything they could and when I asked about tires since I just dropped $2000 on new tires and wheels from them and they are bald due to their bad alignment said we can only charge you $450 plus tax for 2 more. Took my truck to 4 wheel parts and they confirmed the bad alignment so now out 2 tires that should have lasted years for their mistake.

I was in desperate need of new tires and alignment after incurring a double blowout and still over 100 miles from home. I saw this place had decent reviews and cannot give them enough stars based on how i was treated. I had a small budget to work with and Anthony scoured his inventory in order to get me back on the road safely. He treated me like a VIP and has gained a customer for life. Everyone working there was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this establishment and Anthony's service is impeccable.

Had a lift done on my f-150 not even a year later my brakes went out, took it to ford and turns out the installation of the truck lift bent hard line and was rubbing on the steering shift, causing brake fluid to leak. Almost crashed with my 2 daughters, after all I had to pay for all repairs because they're warranty said they'd reimburse me. Never did.

I went here to get a 3.5 Rubicon lift, tires and wheels. They were great helping me find and order everything I needed for my Jeep Wrangler. The lift is awesome looks great. The few minor adjustments needed they took care of immediately no hesitation. You guys rock. Thank you for taking care of things and I love the new look on my Jeep.

I had my truck lifted here. Had to bring it back do to a noise coming from one of the shocks they installed. Noise came back!! Now I have to take my truck to a Real shop to get it fixed!!$$. I also had my suv lifted immediately came back cuz something was really off. They forgot to tighten something! Didn t test drive it and sent me on my way. I also had a appointment to get tires installed on my M3. I couldn t take it anymore.. I just pick up my tires that were all thrown about! And took to the dealer to get them installed. I spent over 6k here.! This is what you get for trying to help out small business! If you value your vehicle, take it somewhere reputable! Ps.. he quoted me for a full lift on my suv. I ended up not wanting to lift rear.. still changed me the same. Quoted me for tires and install for my bmw. Didn t install there. Still changed me the same.and yes.. this is vista tire pros. Not some other shop.!so don t don t try to say it might have been another shop!!

If you need your car fixed right or tires and rims bring it to Tire pros, Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff Anthony was great help and got my car in asap and done correctly. Definitely recommend Tire Pros in Vista

Nothing but great things to say about these guys. I had some unfortunate events take place at another tire shop which lost all trust so I brought my truck to these guys and asked them to rebalance all the wheels. A few hours later they called and said the truck was ready and they gave me a great deal. Highly recommend this shop as they go above and beyond.

I had my tires replaced here and it was a great experience. The prices are great and he really put me at ease. I tried to do all my work here because they do great work. You should definitely go see the Vista tire pros if you need any work done

Do not use this company. We purchased 4 new tires from tire pros and paid over $100 per tire for the full warranty. We were promised that the warranty covered wear/damage/etc... Tires started to fall apart 19000 miles later and they will not honor the warranty or return the money paid for the warranty. COMPLETELY SHADY --- AVOID

This is the second time I take my Toyota for brake replacements and I am very satisfied with the quick and efficient service Vista Tire Shop provided. Top notch service! I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back next time my vehicle needs to get serviced.

Called Steve early in the morning to have my 5 tires changed with tires I had already purchased. Told me to come in later on in the afternoon. I did so and he knocked them out as soon as I arrived. We held a few different conversations regarding our rigs and I was out pretty quick. The thing is you have to come into garages know what you want done with your cars and the mechanics will specifically take care of that.

Decent price and they were able to give me road hazard protection on my other three OEM tires. (Why don't dealers offer that on new car purchase?) The service was slow as they only had one guy at the desk. I will repeat due to the road hazard protection

I've just returned from picking up my vehicle after having four new tires installed. The agreement was for four 225/60x17 Kelly All Season Radicals rated 45,000 miles warranty. When I got home and looked closer the brand of tires they installed are not made by Kelly. Instead they are made by a third tier Chinese company called SALUN that is not known for quality but instead low price. I called and spoke to the owner who assured me this brand is owned by Kelly tire. A quick internet search revealed they are not owned by Kelly they are owned by a Chinese manufacturer called Mesnac. He also said the tires I got are just as good when they're not and that he made very little off the sale. Another internet search revealed the wholesale cost for the tires I got which is $43/each. Lets see 43x4=$172. I paid $395. He made $223 profit off of me and lost a customer for life. They advertise buy three and get the fourth free. If you want to get bait and switched and left feeling like you got ripped off then go here. Hopefully there's still a reputable tire shop around here but these guys aren't it. If they had just done what they promised I'd be giving them a glowing review. They had every opportunity but instead decided to take the low road. You've been warned don't take your money here. Take your business anywhere else .

Always been taking care of here. Never any complaints. Wheels and tires with a great price. Alignments are the cheapest in town. Especially for oversized tires. Never again going anywhere else!

Great communication and service. I have taken my car to 3 other shops, but the front end problems were never resolved. Tire pros fixed it! Actually, saved me money because another tire shop told me I needed new tires, which wasn't true. Very thankful.

Worst tire shop ever ! I had to wait two damm hours so they can change two damm tires only /no alignment. That is completely pathetic .... the workers were just killing time and they were inspecting my car under the hood without my consent. I am aware of scams that happen so I was kind of skeptical of that. Overall I thought they seemed sketchy but hey, you can't trust any mechanic because at the end of they day they just want to get in your wallet.
