Worst service , I had an appointment at 11:00 got there 10 minutes before my appointment and spend 40 minutes just watching how other cars get there and get service before me. I felt like they were avoiding me, after 40 minutes I decide to leave and find service somewhere else .

This has to do with the service department. They open at 8. I made an appointment for an o�l change for 9. At 11:30, they were just getting started. Something is wrong with the service.

Unprofessional Service DirectorI want to acknowledge the excellent service advisors who consistently deliver exceptional service. However, my experience with Jose, the service director, was extremely disappointing. Regrettably, he exhibited unprofessional behavior and lacked tact. It was baffling the extent he went to single handedly try to derail the conversation and deflect any responsibility on my "mess of a process,".Over the course of nine months, we encountered ongoing issues with our new Rav4.After a lengthy troubleshooting process, we received a new screen, which we made an appointment to have it installed. The replacement screen was defective. Rather than providing a new replacement, Jose proposed restarting the entire process, effectively disregarding the previous nine months of effort. I attempted to explain the importance of context, but he dismissively asked if I intended to dwell on the past. I firmly believe that understanding the context is crucial, I said. Unfortunately, his response was hostile, and he abruptly interrupted me repeating the same thing. It's puzzling that Jose wishes to restart the process, even though it was initiated at his own dealership back in December 2022. This experience has been frustrating and disheartening.

Worst service!! I was told I'm getting my car back February 23 then they said 24 then today the 27. Called today to see what's going on they told me Tuesday but they'll called me back to give me more info but they're not calling. Mind you they made me return a rental 2 Saturdays ago. Don't tell your customers a time and date and not keep it. Ppl has jobs to go to and things to do.

It never fails, JoseKia always has the best deals, his very professional has great knowledge doesn t make the process stressful or boring, his such a great person to come to we have bought more then 3 cars with him and he always helps us in an efficient and prompt matter 100% recommended.Thank you Jose Kia we love our cars!

My complaint is only with the parts department when they transfer my call when the parts people answer, they only answer me, I say good afternoon and they leave me on hold for 20 minutes and more. It has happened to me many times. I have to hang up and try again. I clarify it is only in the parts department. Poor customer service.Mi queja es solo con el departamento de partes cuando me transfieren la llamada al contestar las perzonas en partes solo me contesta les doy las buenas tarde y me dejan en espera 20 minutos y m�s me ha pasado muchas veces .tengo que colgar volver a intentar .aclaro es solo en el departamento de partes .mala atenci�n al clientes.
