I would like to have a make-over on my 2013 Pors 991 and looked around in LA area who carried Techart products and installs but tried TAG Motorsports in Vista. Initially looking at their website, they mostly work on high end supercars and doubted that they are expensive but found out their prices are comparable. Sean Doyle helped me get the Techart exhaust tips and Rear spoiler from Germany and in no time had them installed including black stoneguards. I was very impressed with their work and the painting and installation looked like the spoiler came out with the car from the factory. It got a bit delayed but Sean made it up for it by delivering my car to LA in a flatbed:). These guys are awesome and I will definitely go back to them for my future satin black wheel upgrades.

Had a very pleasant experience with their customer service. Sean went out of his way to help with my product selection and payment methods. Prices are competitive. I would definitely recommend TAG Motorsports to everyone looking to mod their vehicles!

Top notch service! I dropped off my G80 M3 for suspension and transmission work and the team went above and beyond with service. This is a very highly skilled shop with excellent customer service. I took me an hour to get there from where I live but I do not mind one bit because of the level quality and expertise they offer.

I shopped around with many vendors for a set of HRE wheels for my RS7. Not only TAG gave me the best price, their customer service is A+. They are ready to answer any question you have. Absolutely well recommend. Lifetime customer here!

Durwin was fantastic to work with in sales. New wheels and tires on my 992. I am local so I went to the shop in person for the swap. This was my first time there. The shop was spotless and the attention to detail was obvious. Through the lobby to shop window I watched as they carefully put my car on the lift and then did the work. What really sold me was when I saw the tech hand torqueing my wheels down. It may seem obvious, but I can't tell you how many times I have seen shops just hit them with the impact. Great job TAG! You have a new customer.

First encounter with Tag was ABOVE and BEYOND expectations. Durwin was not only an expert but incredibly enthusiastic about helping me find the parts I was interested in for my potential build. Not only was Durwin friendly and professional, but he also was willing to offer additional help in finding other professionals closer to my region (since I m not in Vista, CA near TAG). As a small business owner you wish that your team interacted with customers the way that Durwin did with me today. 100% recommend whether you are local or out of state.

I purchased a Brabus LED light bar/front spoiler from TAG and had them do the install to my vehicle about a year ago. About 2 weeks ago the front spoiler/light bar started to vibrate at highway speeds and then eventually the front popped off and was flapping on the front of my roof. I thought it would be a simple glue job and took it to a local body shop and they quoted a range of $650-$4399 to repair it. I immediately decided to contact TAG and since I bought it from them and they installed it they took care of it 100% no charge. I thought they would want me to provide all kinds of proof and stuff for them to take care of it, but that was not the case at all. In my initial email I only showed them the deposit I put down for the spoiler/light bar and they had no problem taking it immediately and fixing/reinforcing it. Picked it up today and they thanked me for my business, apologized that I had to deal with the issue and I was out the door without needing to pay a cent. Fantastic customer service, standing behind their work and making it 100% hassle free for the customer. Would highly recommend.

TAG Motorsports is the best! My car looks amazing with the mods that were done. Customer service is A+ ! They really know what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for making their car their own.TAG Motorsports has done it yet again! My new car is incredible and the work that was done was perfect the first time. They are the best in the business and I would recommend anyone to them who is looking to make any sort of modification to their car.

Update: Sean the GM reached out and took care of my issues. Unfortunate it took a Google review to get a response however I am appreciative of his dedication to make things right. A part was sent overnight and my other concerns were addressed.I was initially happy with the customer service however after my order had arrived I had a few minor issues. Unfortunately, it seems I have now been ghosted as the exceptional service is now absent. I have not heard a response in almost 3 weeks. I was honestly willing to accept whatever reasoning TAG may have had for the mistake but being ignored is worse in my opinion.

Tag heavily advertised wheels on sale that were out of stock for a while and won t be in stock for an indefinite time but yet, they don t ever update their inventory status and worse they discount out of stock wheels that won t be restocked for a year. How tough is it to put that up front? Why have a big sale for items that aren t even in stock? I have no freakin idea. It s extremely frustrating but for such a reputable company, you guys should have live inventory status or block out of stock items from the order page etc.

TAG and their awesome staff has helped me with my last 3 project cars and is one of the most responsive, experienced, and value-conscious performance shops around.I don't live near their facility which is unfortunate but everyone there is just a phone call (or text) away and orders show up faster than any other dealer I've worked with in recent years.Their pricing, quality of service, and overall business is bar-one. Highly recommended for anything from service to tuning to parts.

TAG has been my go to shop for after market parts for my Audi S5. They do my service work, too. What is really great about going there is that my car is surrounded by many cars that cost 2 or 3 and even over 5+ times as much but I'm treated as though I own a supercar. Alex has a great team in place and Carlos goes the extra mile to accommodate my parts and service needs.

Ordered a set of wheels through Tag and they were quick and extremely helpful. Sean was quick to respond to all my emails and questions. I would recommend Tag to anyone looking to upgrade their car and want to be well taken care of in the process.

Exceeded all expectations! While shopping around for a car shop to get some work done on my Lexus, Sean from Tag Motorsports answered all my questions and concerns while other car shops barely responded to me. His level of communication definitely made it easy for me to go with Tag Motorsports. I couldn't be happier with how the car came out. She (Lexus GS 350 F Sport) came out beautiful! The entire team at Tag Motorsports are truly professionals at what they do. This level of customer service makes it worth the drive up to Vista from Mira Mesa. I would definitely recommend Tag Motorsports to anyone looking to get anything done on their car. I will definitely be back to have them perform my next upgrade.

The salesman Carlos was very knowledgeable on what i needed for my 2018 BMW I3. The parts were ordered and i received them within a few days. It is nice to make a call to a company and get a salesman that knows the business. I have dealt with tuners that have you leave a message and never get back to you, never again! I will give my business to TAG Motorsports.

I drove a little further to get to TAG than I had to from Orange County, and I m glad I did. There are plenty of other shops that are closer, but decided to head to TAG based on other positive reviews. They worked with my 991s until I was happy with the results, getting the exhaust, tune, backup camera, short shift, and other mods just right. Great feedback and input from the staff. A top notch operation from the lobby to the shop. Highly recommended.

I ordered a very expensive set of vossen wheels from these guys for my Tesla model Y. Their website says it would be a complete kit with center caps and lug nuts. When the wheels arrived in the mail I brought the car into the local shop to install them and discovered there were no lug nuts sent with the wheels, and you can't use the factory lug nuts on these wheels. What a waste of time and money and disappointment to find this out when you go to install them. I called Tag motorsports and was told that the wheels are drop shipped directly from vossen and they supposedly stopped sending them with lug nuts. Tag motorsports said they would overnight me some lug nuts themselves. Instead they sent FOUR lug nuts FedEx GROUND. I guess I'm only supposed to install one lug nut on each wheel according to these guys. I called Vossen directly in Florida and told them what Tag motorsports said about them no longer shipping lug nuts. Vossen said they NEVER send lug nuts with their wheels. I had to spend another $200 with Vossen to get the lug nuts I paid for from Tag motorsports, but at least Vossen sent them overnight as promised. What a joke. Extremely disappointed in my experience with Tag motorsports.

Picked up a set of Rotiforms for my Audi S3 from Sean. He was super helpful and always quick to respond to questions throughout the process. The set was previously a demo set on the Tag shop S3 and had a very minor scrape on one of the wheels. Sean made sure they were repaired by Rotiform before sending them off to me.Upon receiving the wheels I was very impressed with the packaging. I've ordered plenty of wheel sets in the past but never have I gotten one so carefully and thoroughly packed. There was no chance of any damage occurring to the wheels during shipping.I just installed the wheels today and I couldn't possibly be more happy with the end result. Excellent product. Excellent pricing. Excellent customer service.

Excellent workmanship and customer service. They are very knowledgeable on all aspects of customizing cars. They are currently working on a 3rd car for me, a MBZ GLE450. They have done excellent work previously on my Ranger Rover Sport and BMW X6M that included body kits, painting, wheels, tires, performance packages, exhaust systems, spoilers and trim packages. I highly recommend Tag Motorsports and will continue to use them on any future builds.

I can't say enough about the staff at TAG Motorsports. I drove from AZ to have a set of HRE FF15's installed on my Audi RS5. Sean took very good care of me and my vehicle while we were there. He fit me right in when we arrived and the car was done faster than expected. It was well worth the drive. Look forward to getting some more work done in the near future.

I have been a loyal customer of TAG Motorsports for over a year now having modified my 2013 Audi S4 to it's full extent. Sean, Alex, Ryan, and David have all been outstanding when it comes to customer care and service. I drive all the way from Phoenix, AZ each time I come. TAG has also made it possible for me to become affiliated with motorsport groups and clubs, which have become part of our family's fun and lifestyle. Thank you, TAG!!!

I had some wheels mounted a couple months ago. To their credit, they did a great job. No marks on the wheels due to negligence.I m writing this review because my close friend recently had some wheel mounted. After the wheels were mounted, the tech proceeded to launch the car out of the parking lot. My friend asked why they did it, and they gave a poor excuse, saying the wanted to make sure the wheels aren t loose. It s one thing if you wanted to go for a cruise to see if the wheels were balanced properly, it s something else if you take a customer s car without their permission and proceeds to launch it out of the parking lots. I have a decent amount of track experience, so I ve had plenty of tires mounted. I ve never had a tech launch my car out of a parking lot to make sure they don t fall off.Also, when he left, they were launching a Mcclaren. Maybe the owner told them to have at it, who knows, but it s worth mentioning.I also want to add, they charged me $200 to take off my tires off my old wheels, and mount it on my new wheels. That s it. At first I didn t think too much of it. They have perfect reviews, and they work on a lot of exotics. There was literally not a mark on my wheel. They were 3k wheels, I was happy, so I didn t look into it much. My friend had the same procedure done. Take the tires off the old wheels, and mount it on new wheels. They charged him $100. I have no idea what happened there, but I have no plans on going back.

Ordered Techart lowering module for my Porsche Macan GTS in Vancouver Canada, great price, very efficient punctual shipment to me. In fact we had a minor issue with Fedex, Sean and Monique reacted immediately, showed full support and engagement to resolve it with Fedex, turnout to an awesome result. Love the team, absolutely a place to recommend!

ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS! Communication and integrity are critical components of customer service in today s world. I placed a small order with TAG Motorsports on 5/22 and received an order confirmation immediately. When I hadn t heard anything further five days later on 5/27, I called TAG and spoke with Pryce, who told me he had been in contact with TechArt and that my order would ship that day or the following, and that I would receive a shipment confirmation in email. I asked specifically about the order being a back order item and was told there were no problems. Today is one week since I placed the order and I have no information on the status of my order. Maybe Amazon has spoiled us all, but this seems very poor for today s real time world. I hope to edit this review in a positive manner soon. When I looked at the reviews for TAG, I see a mixed bag and am fearful that my experience may not be a rare exception.UPDATE: I was contacted by Pryce soon after I posted this review, and was informed that my order did in fact ship, only that TechArt did not provide the tracking info, but have been assured by Pryce that the order is on the way and will arrive 6/1. I appreciate a couple of things about this. First, it s obvious that TAG cares about the reviews that are posted, and second, at this point it appears the only issue was a missed communication between TAG and TechArt.
