This is my NEW for Car Smog place!My late Father (RIP Apa ) used to handle all my auto needs, got to say I was used to it, now that he is gone, I found this place & while they don't take place of the Love I have for Dad, they took his place in caring for my car...and they DIDN'T take advantage of my being female...they quoted a price & that price was it! Thanks Super Smog....u got a Vistian as a customer for life

When you are for sure your vehicle will pass the smog check, it's hard to tell they did a good job or not from a consumer perspective; unless their attitudes are questionable and shady.They are very aggressive on Groupon offering low price. However, charging extra credit card transaction fee without upfront notice and lying BS about that is a mandatory fee.Also, they post a note on the waiting room table saying "Get $5 off by reviewing them on Google Map"; that is why they get so many good reviews on Google by manipulations. They didn't even honor the deal for my smog check service purchased over Groupon however.

Fast and cheap, but the guy was not friendly at all, overcharged me for a unexplained and hidden "convenience fee" ($1.40) and certificate ($10 vs $8.25) and did not even thank me for my business!!!Service: Registration renewalService: Registration renewal

I only came here once ever, and will NEVER return after my experience. I went in for a simple smog & they need needed to drive my car onto the lift. Doing so, they drove my car off the lift and were continuously reversing causing my car to scrape each time. Leaving my car with damage and unwilling to do anything about it. Would nt recommended them to anyone at all.

They failed the test, charged $60, knowing at the onset that the "check engine light" was on . Still they ran their tests, and charged me, rather than simply telling me beforehand that they could not pass with the check engine light on. No retest without paying again. Not very customer friendly... All about collecting your money. I took our Eurovan to a mechanic, they found a small vacuum hose leak, reset the sensors, and we passed smog (at a different shop). Would not recommend Super Smog in Vista.Service: Smog certification

This this place is fast and easy. The guys have ALWAYS been chill. No nonsense, in and out and some great work. I've been here 3 times and each time there were different guys working, but the result was the same. I'd recommend this place any day.

On the afternoon before a holiday they got me right in. (I came here because they actually answered their phone!) Super friendly and professional and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The price is excellent. Super convenient location, too.

Marco went above and beyond for me today with my car, and I appreciate his kindness and time so much! I arrived around 3:48pm (12 min to closing) and there were 2 other cars waiting in front of me, so I parked my car and checked to see what their process was, since it was my first time here referred through Groupon. Around 4pm, those 2 cars were done (quick service!) and I notified him my check engine light had just appeared on the way (wasn't sure if it was due to heat) so he told me my car would fail. His stellar service started when he gave me a tip of driving about 5 miles one way at 55mph with O/D off, and coming back, to see if the light goes away. I asked him if it was fine to do so since at that point he was closed already, and he said he would wait. Well around 20 minutes arriving later, he checks my car and it sure did the trick!!! He quickly checked all the other parts for the certification in less than 10 minutes total. He didn't rush me out at all during checkout process, was very professional, considerate and friendly. There are tables inside for waiting, as well as a shaded table outside too. It's clear to me that he's very helpful to his customers, and I'm glad to be a new one!Service: Smog certification

Wow! Marco was amazing! I usually have to sit and wait for a smog at other places, but not here. As soon as I pulled up, Marco was ready to go with the test. He had me out of there in 5 minutes! Super impressed with the quickness and professionalism. The price was right, too. Thank you for such great service

I called at 5.05pm and they said no prob come in, we will wait for you. I got there about 5.30. They were very friendly and professional. I was finished in less than 10 mins. I will recommend and use this biz again. Fair price and no attitudes. Thanks dude for snogging my little VW Rabbit. Honored coupon. Took less than 10 minutes from when I drove up to driving out. Staff was pleasant and informative without being curt. Try that in under 10 minutes if you're the only person on staff! I guy on staff. Makes you think. Bought a coupon on groupon but didn't need it as it was same as their regular low prices. I'm totally impressed. I was loyal at a place off PCH but payed $58 each time I visited and waited at least 30 minutes - always. Thought that was best. I'm switching.

Got a coupon off the internet for $24.95 . I told the guy that. He said okay it's going to be $56.97. Asked why is that I have a coupon. Do you want to see it's on my phone and it still in date. He told me couldn't use it and didn't tell my why or give me no reason. He said that is the price pay it or leave. Then I asked if it doesn't pass do I still have to pay. He said yes you do. I will tell you why it didn't pass. Grt it fix then come back and pay me again. This place is a rip off and the guy was rude. I left went to one in San Marcos paid $45 and they told me if the vehicle doesn't pass they will tell me why and I don't have to pay. They will talk to me and tell me what I need to do to get the vehicle to pass. This place if it pass you pay if not they will tell you why and how to fix it. I have a 2015 Toyota corolla. why do the even the coupon on the internet if the don't make good on them?

Amazing service, walked in thinking it would be pricey and time consuming but was surprised with the opposite. The process took 5 minutes and quoted lower than was expecting. By far the best and quickest experience I've had with my car gettingsmogged in the many years I've had it! Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for anabove average experience!

Great service. I took my chances and went with a place close by my house. Was my 1st time and I was amazed. The technician Marco assisted me. He was nice, respectful, and ready to work on my car as soon as I pulled up. He was detailed and answered any questions that I had even before I asked him. This will be my #1 spot to come from now on for smog test. Prices are definitely best in town. Dont take my word for it thought. COME AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELVES!!

When you find the cheapest price around, you often expect that the service or experience may suffer as a tradeoff. Not here! I was very pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and timely manner which the work was executed.
