Recently purchased a 2015 Leisure Travel Van with about 83,000 miles. I had been doing my research and it looked like this was a good place to get Spinter service done. While I was there, they gave it a good inspection and showed me a few areas to address. Rats had done some damage near top of the engine and they took care of those as well as regular work that was due. They suggested installing a device to repel rodents (high frequency sounds and flashing lights) in the engine compartment. Seems like good insurance to me. They also pointed out some potential future problems that should be addressed soon. These folks are very professional and will take the time to explain various aspects of the Sprinter and how to best care for it. I plan on having them do all regular preventative work going forward, and if needed, any repairs that might be needed. 100% will recommend these folks to anyone wanting the best service for their Sprinter!

We recently started using Sprinter Service & Repair for our fleet of vans. They have been refreshing to work with. The service they provided has been top notch. They take the time to explain each process and provide regular updates during each service. Additionally, with a busy fleet we need our vans back on the streets quickly and they have been incredible with a quick turn around each time.

I discovered Maxim and Sprinter Service and Repair by accident after getting a $600.00 estimate from Mercedes for a malfunctioning glow plug and a $620.00 transmission service on a recently purchased used RV. Maxim replaced all 6 glow plugs for $380.00. He also quickly realized that the transmission flush from Mercedes didn t include the torque converter. Long story short he changed all critical fluids and brought the vehicle up to excellent driving condition. Just recently the shop squeezed me in to remove then reinstall a reinforcement bar for stabilizer jacks that blocked a tire shop from replacing a spare. Complete shop for Sprinters!

Sprinter Repair Service in Vista is excellent! It was my 1st ever visit yesterday with a very worrisome loud scraping noise in right rear wheels, I expected a big repair bill. They immediately diagnosed problem: a loose hubcap was scraping, a $2.37 new bolt was installed , and a full Service B performed, and I was back on the road in about two hours flat! At a much lower rate than service at the Mercedes dealer. Highly recommended.

These guys really came through for me today. Yesterday, I was passing through the area on my way to Tucson and a warning light came on. I googled "Sprinter Repair near me" and it took me to this website. Maxim made an appointment for me at 8:00am today. They got the part and installed it and I was on my way by 10:15am. Great service and really nice people. If you have a sprinter van, these are your guys!

10/10 experience; so happy I found this repair shop. These guys are the sprinter wizards!! Anywhere else is a waste of time!I have a 2011 Freightliner 2500 and have been chasing a boost leak / limp mode and finally gave up. Took it in for a free diagnostic and they had it figured out in less than 30 minutes. Maxim and his mechanic immediately recognized the exhaust leak, inspected all boost points and found the turbo to exhaust gasket was missing / too long of screws were used. They gave me a price to do the repair and a price for just the parts. They also gave me pointers on how to do it myself. I opted to buy the parts from them and do the repair myself with the newly gained knowledge and knowing exactly where the bolts are and steps to take. They have a fully stocked shop and very reasonable parts prices! No need to wait for shipping; I was on my way in less than an hour with all the knowledge and parts I need to fix my Van. Van is now up and running better than ever! Unbelievably quick and genuine service, they earned a lifelong customer. Thank you Maxim and team!!

I have a 2005 Dodge Pleasureway. I am so happy I finally found a trustworthy Sprinter Mechanic. I did the works. Transmission and oil change with filters . Transmission Mount and alignment. Price was fair and I was informed beforehand of everything being done. They showed me all the parts that were changed. Sasha was great at explains everything to me so I could understand. It was worth the drive to come here. True Sprinter experts!After I had my 2014 Sprinter "sitting" for over 3 weeks at MBZ Escondido and spent money on repairs, but still not having a drivable van, I towed it to Sprinter Repair shop in Vista. Max and his team looked at the van immediately and decided to start working on diagnostics right away and pointed out to several issues. I was explained all about it and provided with a detailed estimate.After working exhaustedly to solve the problem, finally the decision was made to order a new engine replacement from Germany. An honest inspection of my 165,000 mile Sprinter revealed a few wear items needing to be replaced. They got the work done quickly and in good order. I have used this service a few times and they always have done a good job with excellent communication.

I had a really good experience with these folks who were super professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. Through each step of the way they kept me informed of the diagnosis findings and executed the work in a timely manner. Very reliable and reasonably priced. I want to give 10 stars for their services. I ve been to Vista, and San Diego location, and they are very friendly and professional. During my previous visit, Adelbek helped me fixed my Sprinter. I haven t met Maxim (Owner) in person, but he is the one who always helps me over the phone!:)

We have a 2006 Itasca Navion on a Sprinter chassis. The shop related to this one in San Diego was the only place that I would ever work on it. Note that they have opened a shop in Vista, I can get the necessary work done while riding my bike down to the shop.Ardebek and all the guys who work there do great work for very reasonable prices (for work in a Sprinter). This will definitely be my go-to shop!

I have self performed General maintenance and repairs on all my cars for over 40 years and have had the same mechanic for 20 years. When I first bought Sprinter Van i quickly understood The need for a specialty sprinter only mechanic for the van. They came highly referred and my first visit they were able to get check engine light off quickly and inexpensively so have been back there five more times for general maintenance. They are Sprinter Van wizards, and highly recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Been going for 4 years or so now, have 97K plus on our 2018 Sprinter 3500, they do an amazing job, do not over sell you on things you do not need until you need it, pickup on issues before you break down, on this visit they notice a small oil leak at the turbo and I shared I doing road trip across county next month, so they suggest we replace the O rings, which they did just a great example or not just changing oil and filter and calling it day.

Run from this fly by night shop. After using them I keep finding more and more parts that have been damaged by the techs and they would not take responsibility for their mistakes. They had to remove part alot of parts to replace a gasket but they broke the fan, oil dip stick, the whole engine is leaking oil more then before. They some how passed my smog without doing a proper repair. After spending more them 8k I had to take my sprinter to another shop that had to fix there mistakes. I understand everyone has to survive but learn from my mistakes and take your sprinter to a real professional.

Maxim and Vlad at the Sprinter Service and Repair have been top notch! We just moved down from the Bay Area and our Sprinter was in need of some love. Maxim and Vlad not only took care of us, but their attention to detail was impeccable, (the photos are of the brake lines and joint that needed to be replaced). I appreciate them keeping me updated and in the loop and most importantly delivering a super premium service at a reasonable price. I was recommended this shop by a friend and would recommend it for anyone looking for a solid sprinter mechanic.

We are very busy solar installers and we need our Van's working all week. These gentlemen waited till 8 PM to receive our van and worked on a Saturday so we could go back to work on Monday. Try that at Mercedes!! No way, no service on the weekend at Mercedes. On top of that, they were 1/3 the price of Mercedes! I FULLY recommend these hard working men. Great communication via text with pictures of the findings.

I just bought a 2014 RV with a Mercedes Sprinter 3500. Being a used Sprinter it needed both service and diagnostic / repair work. I am so glad I found Maxim and Vlad at Sprinter Service & Repair. Not only were they perhaps the most knowledgeable mechanics I've met, but they were expertise with the Sprinter. My area of expertise is in statement analysis. I feel Maxim is an honest and caring person. Without going into great detail, he is also a very trusting person. He does care about Sprinters and wants the owner to thoroughly enjoy their vehicle. The day before I brought mine in, I was frustrated and had no confidence in the damn thing! After they quickly diagnosed and repaired my issue for a very minimal amount - I then let them completely service the vehicle. I will be returning for future service. Thanks so much Maxim and Vlad and your other associate too! Shalom my friend!!I'd also like to add:Maxim and Vlad at Sprinter Service and Repair were great to work with. I went to MB dealership and was quoted a very high price for a Transmission service that didn't include drain of the torque converter. When researching most shops don't drain the converter because its time consuming and a mess. Maxim's team easily handled this service on my 2012 Sprinter 3500. He is very knowledgeable about sprinters and knows exactly the wear points.He quickly inspected my sprinter and didn't add any fluff or extra charges. His prices are listed on his inspection sheet. The prices are fair and worth me driving 4 hours to get my van serviced with him and his team.You can stop taking your sprinter to MB, Maxim has a huge stock room of parts for his service.
