For the last 10 years this was my favorite tire shop but I think is time to find a new one. Bad customer service and higher prices than other tire shops.

The reason why I put one star is because while Shorty, the mechanic recommended by my sister s boyfriend, whom his father knew of him, has 40 years of his experience in the business, he was intentionally despised my father, whom the mechanic owner himself isn t aware of my father s 50+ years in the automobile industry (his final job was at El Cajon, California working in Ford, in which he was an employer before he was retired).Albeit while giving generous help to fix the 1991 Red Toyota pickup truck for the motor, he stated put in gas. That s like a committed fraud, because my father had a gas tank that is in the middle full, but NOPE instead it was almost plain as empty. Though the services seems okay, my father believes he doesn t want to use the facility ever again after three or four occurrence.

Took my car here in December and between 3 quotes they gave me the best price. Much much cheaper than the other 2 business which are near by. Jaime the mechanic was honest and very friendly and helpful. The work was done within the same day. It's been two months and everything is working fine with my car. I have recommended my friends to jaime.

Nice people, fast service and good prices. Originally i gave them 5 stars but then i had to change it to 4 because i went and took a closer look at my tires and theyre not the correct ones Its the same brand but not the same model. Basically went from a great tire to an average tire.

Work is done very fast, hardly any waiting. Great customer service. They explain to you and show you in detail what's the matter with your vehicle. An agreed upon price is figured out before work is started. I recommend them 100%

They pulled a total Bait and switch on me I was told a price over the phone and they doubled it when I got there, When I asked for the guy that spoke to me on the phone The man at the shop called him and said sorry because he is not here you cannot get that price, These guys have no integrity & are untrustworthy. On top of it all I drove over one hour to get there from North county!!

Best place for used tires. Found them on OfferUp and Alex was great! These guys pump out tires non stop but are always service friendly first. Rain (like today) or shine these guys are working!

I bought a tire here and in one week in was leaking. I took it to a reputable tire repair shop and was informed that it could not be repaired. It had already been repaired once and the plug was leaking. I should have thought more about it after reading the posted sign: Cash only. No guarantees.

I would be the first to recommend Shortys tire shop very honest and family oriented they work fast too they get the job done!! They are on broadway in between Palomar and Anita in chula vista

Switched out my spare wheel to match the rest, only $15 mounted and balanced. Affordable, Quick, but the workers kinda just stare until you actually speak up.

I trust these mechanics over those upselling/thieving franchise speedy oil change places. These guys get my oil service intervals done fast, filter and oil in about 20 min.

Called them sounded like someone picked up and hung up, waited few min called them again now person your trying to reach cannot accept calls so how the heck im suppose to buy tires when you cant accept my call. So called different tire shop and took my business there

Shorty is gruff but he will get the job done. He is a no nonsense guy so show up with cash. He doesn't take plastic.

Paid for tire change and alignment and they didn't do the alignment properly. Don't come here unless owner is there
