I spoke with Duke about the concerns I was having with my car. He was very thorough and listened to what I described. I made my appointment for the next day and when I arrived, I was introduced to the head mechanic, Ricky. He too, listened and then took my car for a test drive to check for my concerns and ran a quick diagnostic check on my fluids, belts. All tested fine and looked clean. Since my car is 11 years old, it is likely just my car's age but I shouldn't have any significant problems to worry about. No charge for his time and very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend their services and will trust them for my future car maintenance needs.

Took my car in for an alignment. This was the 2nd shop that I brought it too. The first place tried saying I needed a new wheel hub assembly for one of the front tires, but refused to say which side, and outer tie rods on both. Rick saved a lot of money with his honesty. The car didn't need anything but an alignment. I will definitely bring car back to him in the future and refer all my friends. Thanks

Heater core on my 06 Corolla was leaking coolant right before the holidays Dec 2020. I showed up to Service Time Auto Repair on the referral of one my long time mechanics. I was greeted by Duke and Ricky. They were very professional and provided outstanding customer service. Not only were they able to source the part, but they were also able to perform the needed repair same day. No gimmicks or upselling needless repairs. They're an honest business and I highly recommend them. I will be taking both our Toyotas there for any future repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are the best .... diagnosed the problem with my 99 Lexus right away. Honest guys, good rates .... I've already referred two other friends who own a Lexus.
