If you re looking a new car this place is the spot to go! Customer service from Joel is 5 star. He helped me get into the exact car I was looking at and got me a good deal! Also had a few issues afterwards with the key battery being out. He personally came by my place of work (while I was working) grabbed the key fob and exchanged the battery for me! Not only is this place great their follow up service is also on point. 100% would recommend checking out if you re looking for a well taken care of used vehicle!

I finally found the car I wanted and less then 24 hours, I was driving it off the lot!! Top notch service, great expertise, would definitely refer family and friends to Joel. Friendly atmosphere from entire staff when you walk in the building. Paper work was ready when I walked in! Very professional and helpful!! Thanks again Joel!!

Update: not even 2 weeks of having the car, we travelled and found out from a mechanic (that s in business for 27 yrs) that the tires were DRYROTTED. We paid over 1000 for a full set and this place only credited us 350. The stereo came messed up, and they only gave us 150. Idk any place that ll fix two broken speakers for 150. Con artist. & when we were addressing this to Chris, he blocked & ignored my partner. Stuck with the car. Not to mention we paid a huge deposit and it still has high payments. Don t get fooled by their broker for insurance either, she ll charge you wayyy more. Take your time and call around for insurance! Or do it before going, but I would NOT go here again.& before we were credited for the speakers (only $150 for 2 broke speakers), we drove an HOUR to get it fixed by the guy they re partnered with. He cancels and no one tells us until we were there and waiting. A waste of gas. He never even tried to reschedule.Not even a month of having the car, they repo ed (actually pulled our financing with the bank) with the new tires we just paid for. The only reason we didn t have all the cash is because we had to pay for brand new tires, which should have came with the car! The month was NOT even up, and she only had to pay $75 (the rest of the bill). They aren t trying to give my partner her $6,000 down payment back & the full amount ($1200) for the tires. Plus, the $300 something she paid for the car note went down the drain. The people are unprofessional, will block you, and the lady (manager) laughed in her face while telling her you re not getting your money back. DO NOT DRIVE OFF THE LOT BEFORE THEY FIND A BANK TO FINANCE YOU.

I want to say thank you to Cristian G. For selling me my 2018 Audi A3 and Chris F. For helping with financing! I Appreciate how Professional you guys were while we worked a deal and came to agreement. I want to say BIG THANKS to Lupe and Ray for helping with fixing my headlight which was causing a warning light on my dash. To anyone looking to buy here I highly recommend this place! A lot of clean! good looking cars and trucks!! Thanks again for everything SD Mission auto sales!!

I went to SD mission auto sales and i came out with a 2017 audi A4 sline. One of the guys Christian helped me out and everything was great. Easy process and in six hours i was out with a new vehicle!

Do not buy a vehicle from mission auto sales. Purchased a truck from them 2 months ago and it almost immediately had a check engine light turn on indicating it needs a new catalytic converter and a fuel injector which costs $5000. The extended powertrain warranty I bought for an extra $1200 doesn t cover either one even though I was told at the time of purchase you re fully covered if anything goes wrong. At the end of the day it s a very simple decision, unless you want to be the next victim of this group of scam artists choose somewhere else to buy your next vehicle.

Came here on random day with not so high of a credit score feeling unconfident cause I had been rejected before but man Christian helped me out a lot, found a car my wife loved and was with me through every step. I would gladly buy another vehicle from him again 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend going to this dealership and talking to Louis bucio, he made what seemed to be impossible turn possible. I got a new car for a great price. He really cared for my needs and helped me get everything on my list of wants. I'm in love with my new car and am grateful for this blessing. Thank you!

Christian was amazing!!He truly went out of his way and made it happen!! I had absolutely no credit due to me always paying everything cash, but he assured me, I will be walking out with a car I loved. Which i sure did i was able to drive off with the car i wanted2019 Toyota CorollaCHRISTIAN I just want to say thank you for everything you did and for going above and beyond for me.If anyone is looking for a car Look no further, ask for Christian you ll most definitely be in good hands.SD Mission auto sales is the place to go!

I usually never write a review but Worst Experience Ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Owner is super rude and very unprofessional. Definitely not a place to get a car. Save your money and find somewhere else to go.

Had an amazing experience! Cristian and Chris helped my husband and I get what we where looking for. They made us feel welcomed and answered all our questions. They both have great customer service! I would like to give a descriptive detailed review about my experience. Thus far with the Mission auto sales, Joel is an amazing car salesman. He knows how to make a deal, on the other hand Lupe, the accountant is the worst customer service representative that I ve ever met in my entire life, she s rude and has piss poor customer service skills. She hasn t mastered the art or solutions. I m not sure if it s a personal vendetta, but she is not a pleasant experience and hasn t been from my perspective. Had I known somebody like Lupe would be in charge of handling anything monetary I would ve chosen another place to buy a car, she s been by far the worst Person in this business. She failed to understand the culture behind Customer Service and she s sabotaging the companies brand. I wouldn t recommend a Soul to Mission auto sales because of my experience with Lupe
