We found Chris and Santana Service by chance and are still in disbelief at our good fortune. We are beyond grateful and thrilled to have found such a competent, honest, and reasonable shop to assist us with our vehicle repairs. They've serviced four of our vehicles since we found them and we have no doubts when we go in that they're going to treat us right and get the job done as well as possible and at an affordable price. We're originally from a small town, and the service feels just like that. Where they know their stuff and they treat you like they want your business for life. Chris goes above and beyond to explain things to us, including exactly where our dollars spent are going toward our repair. No funny shenanigans here. And no shady dealer type of upselling for things you don't need. Chris also provides us different repair budget options where possible, and his friendly and respectful demeanor indicates he understands we work hard for our money. Chris cares, and the shop is competent...rarities these days. Santana Service is a class act. Highly recommend. :)

Chris is awesome! I can usually baffle most service writers, because I know more about vehicles then they do, but not Chris, he is the real deal. Chris is what a service writer should be. He runs a great shop.

Hot my review deleted shame on u google or Santana auto repair but anyway these place is horrible they don't take responsibility for their work and still does not honor their warranty.

Second time taking a car to Jorge, and both times have been top notch service. Had an issue with my Lincoln throwing an engine code and they diagnosed it quickly. Very honest and straight forward. Good honest mechanics are hard to find. Qued� muy satisfecha con el servicio, fueron muy profesionales, r�pidos y el precio fue mucho menos de lo que he pagado en otros lugares. Senti el motor de mi carro super smooth se�al que usan el aceite de mejor calidad. El cambio de bateria fue rapido y eficiente y por un costo mucho menor de lo que me habian cotizado en dos lugares. El lugar esta limpio y los tecnicos muy �ticos, rapidos y amables. Da gusto encontrar un centro de mantenimiento asi de bueno.Services: Brakes, Battery, Oil change
