I am grateful for Pick Your Part. I know I've probably saved thousands of dollars getting parts from them than anywhere else. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because every time I go there there is usually a long line to check out, today there was a line to get in as well. They always seem to be understaffed. Being that they are so popular and have been around for a very long time, I imagine they are financially stable enough to hire some more people. I have no complaints other than that. If they eventually get that problem resolved, then I'll give them 5 stars.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!! Got off work and drove an hour through traffic to get all the way here at 4pm AN HOUR BEOFRE THEY CLOSED so I could pull one thing just for them to walk out and close right in front of me because it s raining so we have to close early seriously? Every experience I ve ever had here has been bad but this seals the deal. Find another way to get parts because this place will rip you off with hidden fees, talk to you like you don t understand the part you just pulled, and close whenever they feel like it no matter how long you ve waited for parts to finally show up. This place deserves to sink in its own failure and become deserted, or at least it needs new management to actually care about the people that come here. Again PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!

This yard is huge. It has a lot of inventory.Section . Row Inventory number 1264 - 12345.Bilingual Speakers.Map of the area.They sell lifetime warranty Car BatteryThey sell used tires, wheels, Alternator, Starters, A/C Compressor, autobody partsEntrance fee is 3 dollarsPrices are reasonable and there are a few items that you have to pay a core charge.The Primo Side requires another $ 2 dollar charge.

Bad bad bad new management this place it's getting worst and now they charge 5dlls entrance employees are rude also tell the forklift guy damages all the body pannels of cars before even hits the rows if the owner sees this pls change the driver lol also change the cashier's also beware if ur looking to buy pieces from a LUXURY premium brand's they charge more than regular brand's don't forget to always tell no warranty at least 10 times loud and clear also they need to bring back the one flat fee for the parts clear example is this now for a HONDA fender I think is 55dlls each but if you want one from a ACURA they charge 89dlls each and 110 w warranty why because it's a luxury brand no way charge one simple fee and this is for all the body pannels of the carsMucho cuidado si buscas piesas de marca de lujo cobran m�s caro esas piesas

Couldn't agree more with the negative reviews below. This place have gone from bad to worse and I will be glad when they go bankrupt. I miss the old Pick your part before 2018 which is when the downfall began, whoever took charge of this company after that date killed this great business, what an horrendous and incompetent new management. I was a customer for 20 years but not anymore, the cashiers and the managers have been ultra rude for the past 5 years and now they're charging you for even the smallest screw, not to mention that they treat you like you were some disgusting criminal, prices are so high now that it doesn't make sense to go anymore, a seat and a bumper and your bill can be almost $500, utterly ridiculous. The yard is a complete mess and the cars are super disorganized, they can't even put Mercedes with Mercedes and Chryslers with Chryslers. Amazed by their level of incompetence, greed and their willingness to deceive you, never seen anything like it in any business ever.

Useless. Inventory on the app isn't accurate so you'll end up wasting time driving down here only to walk away empty handed. Then they won't refund your entry fee despite their misleading and inaccurate app. Hard pass

Good car inventory , but you have to get there quick , and get your spares before they gone, they don have discount like other yards from the same company, but no complaints I find my parts, bring your tools , and don t ask many questions to the employees, when is the next car coming or can you pulled for me, they don t know

Horrible customer service, rude employees, messy yard compared to other yards I ve been to. Disorganized and zero support and they tackle on hidden fees without your consent like the warranty fee which is optional but they didn t tell me at the time of charging me and when I noticed the price was significantly higher than stated online I asked if I could see all the fees before paying and the cashier declined and said that I would have to pay first to see it. They have a no return policy also. I had to contact an attorney to speak to a guy there just to return the product. In the end all those fees they tackle you re better off buying new for cheaper

Sometimes the best way to win is not to play. As a volume buyer, this particular location will be boycotted until March 2024 (6-months). When the management decides to make improvements on prices, core fees, environmental fees, and overall yard conditions(more carts, paved or areas covered with gravel) and give respect to their regulars, then normal business will resume. Unfortunately until then, they can kick rocks.

LMFAO tell me why you have to fill out a form online and get a message response saying an agent working on your quote will contact you and then get an email saying I have to call to finish my quote lol make up your mind. I went somewhere else

Verrrrrrrry high prices. Rude employees. I alsmot fought one of the employees cause he got in my face. I just hope they improve the overall experience. 100$ for two side mirrors is a little too taxed especially without warranty. 50 each one. If I got warranty it would be another 15 extra each. Crazyyyyy.

I like being able to pull my own parts. I am done with this yard though. I checked online for the price of a front seat for one of my cars. When I got to the check out, the price was$50 more than the price on the website. When I tried to ask a native English speaker about it, he yelled in my face that there was nothing he could do. I left the seat right there and walked out. Never going back.

Beware you will pay more for there incompetence, charge you warranty fee each time, taking picture stamping letters and numbers but they don't really keep track, that song and dance is to charge more for a bogus warranty charge and for you to never return, we returned a motor for another one since they didn't give us the red tag because of there incompetence we missed out, 700.dollars. i never review ever bad things but Wow! the incompetence is at its highest level there. or they just prey on the working man. so disappointed on them.

Well let's first understand something They does take they time to keep the place nice and safe for everyone so People don't make any mess we'll going or are in our own if a accident happens is our own fault for making the mess trowing pieces everywhere so. About prices well yeah sometimes is More expensive than some regular auto parts but remember why complaining they are original the only difference is they're used but Original so anyways in my case it is really hard to find what I need but heey there is a Risk we'll have to take is a Junk Yard LoL

Beware of the warranty charge they add automatically to your purchase without asking you. Other professional businesses will ask you first, but not here. Never coming back. Unprofessional.

Horrible prices very high price so better to buy from junkyard ready parts and warrantylKQ they bought the car from 500-900$ and they sale couple parts from that car and they return the 900$ so at less if they have mercy or if they have god they have to lower the prices but I don t think soPlus if you want to call they don t have phone number to check if the car in that yard available or not sometimes I drove 100 miles and what about if the car not available after that long way ?They are not organized

I want to get some a bumper for my car. After you paid the entrance fee, they will charge you more to see the cars. All cars are in a mess, it's very difficult to find the car you want. Although they first claim they have the car I need, I find that there are only very old cars and they refuse to help me find it. Their price can be very expensive, some are even almost the price of new part. When I get out, they even searched through my backpack to see if I get something not paid. I want to sue then for the violation of my privacy!

Same deal here, MF's charge for warranty even when i told them at least 4 times no warranty on any item. Ask for individual item price and cashier mumbled something "8" in Spanish, and actually got charged 18 for a measley short copper cable, I remember when they were Ecology, and where eager to sell, now yard is full of complete cars because nobody buying, try to get a price on an engine, they'll cuote like 325.00, then you remove engine and charge you for every clip, nut, connector bolt and everything that's even touching the engine, tally came in at almost 800 for a used engine, without warranty, that's an extra bill or two.

3 months ago I bought a couple of small pieces of rocker panel like 10 in Long each and I paid $10 a piece and you know I'm good with that. I went in today and they wanted to charge me $160. So he needs to say you better ask what they're going to charge before you bother to even come. They contacted the manager and he actually increased the price from the cashier. So don't go to them if you want any kind of metal off the frame. Go to an upscale wrecking yard these guys are no longer the dollar store wrecking yard. Been going there for 15 years 20 years I won't go back again.

Cashier woman overcharged me when i had a door lock actuator. She charged it as a front door electric latch. I like the west lot more since they are a bit more organized and actually charge you for the correct part.

This place is a scam, they say their prices are on their page online, which is true, but when i came they charged me a whole different price, i asked why they had charged differently from the price online, and she just gave me a stupid explanation that didn t make sense, they told me next time to just call them and they would tell me the price, with no confusion, and im trying to reach them qt the moment, but i guess everyone is to fu king to answer the call, bunch of wank rs

This place is an essential part of car maintenance, especially if you are like me and drive a not-so-late model vehicle. Employees are usually helpful and definitely tell them what you are looking for so they can help narrow down your search. If I had to give them a knock, it would be the upkeep of the yard as far as loose parts and scattered materials are concerned. It has been better in past years, but there are only more cars every year, always more to take on.

SCAM!!! BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE STEALS YOUR MONEY!! I went and bought some parts that I needed for my car. At the time of payment I asked how much each part cost and they gave me a set price. After I checked my receipt it turned out that parts were cheaper! BUT they automatically charge you for a 90 day Guarantee that I didn t requested. I ended up paying $20 MORE. When I told them that I didn t ask for a guarantee they said that I should ve known unless I ask for no guarantee at the time of payment. The thing is that when I asked for the prices they gave me a price with guarantee included without letting me know that the part was actually cheaper if I didn t wanted a guarantee! At the end of the day I ended up looking the parts online and I would ve spent the same amount buying them new after their Guarantee SCAM! Prices are way to high already for used parts to be scamming people in that way! Will never come back!P.S. They charged me in between $5-$15 per part for the guarantee! If you go remember to say NO GUARANTEECUIDADO! En este lugar te roban tu dinero! cobran garant�a sin pedirla y despu�s de cobrar una buena cantidad por garant�a.. entre $5 y $15 por parte se niegan a regresarte el dinero porque ya la compraste! al pedir precios te dan el precio elevado sin decirte que sin la garant�a autom�tica es m�s barato! Termine pagando $20 extra aparte de los precios que ya est�n sumamente elevados para ser partes usadas. Al final del d�a me hubiera gastado lo mismo en comprar las partes nuevas! Sky high prices...There "updated daily" inventory was not updated.the car wasnt there.Dont trust the inventory searchAnd always price the parts new online before you buy used for more $.

As an ex manager there I can tell you they force you to purchase a warranty on everything including bolts and small plastics. They even try to hide the purchase of a warranty under a stamp. Shady business practices. Employees are forced to sell warranties under threat of getting a write up.

Prices are outrageous!!! What a Joke!!!! I pulled 7 transmission solenoids from a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder thinking that they would be sold as a pack as listed on the website and was pissed when I went through all the trouble to remove them, then to find out the 7 solenoids would be sold separately and cost me more than would the complete transmission? HOW HOW HOW???

It's a good place to find good used car parts. The lot is well organized. The cars have sufficient space between them so you can work comfortably. The majority of the cars are well marked and within their area. The recommendation is to have better price information. At times the prices tend to be on the high side. But then it's your choice to pay for the part.
