My husband and I have been going to Pete s Precision Automotive for over 20 years. Pete and Lori are extremely honest and trustworthy. They are experts in their field. We made sure our daughter purchased a Toyota so that we could get it serviced at Pete s. Hands down they are the best Honda/Toyota shop in town!

INTEGRITY you can trust! Brought my 2012 Acura MDX in for a brake service and oil change; also had an issue regarding a white "reverse" light not working... Lori and Pete did an outstanding job communicating with me throughout the day; I left my vehicle at his shop. When the final bill was complete, there was zero charge for my reverse light. Pete found the light bulb loose and just re-attached it; no charge... Do you believe the dealership would have the integrity and character to tell you the same thing? Your money; you deserve to spend it wisely. Pete's Precision will treat you right; right price, right service, right attitude and right place to service your vehicle! Thank you Pete and Lori!!! Outstanding job, great price and UNBEATABLE INTEGRITY!!!

About a year ago I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle (don't remember exactly which one since I own multiple cars) serviced there; was told to drop-off car in the morning and to pick up and end of day. Upon arriving at end of day I was told that due to excessive workload mechanic did not have time to service my vehicle. hah...basically wasted a whole day even though appointment was scheduled per shop protocol...OK, so I wanted to give them a second chance and today I scheduled another appointment to bring my honda in for a diagnostic. After scheduling appointment for the following morning, was given a phone call about an hour later to inform me that mechanic would not service my vehicle...hah? was given no reason other than to say that mechanic did not service my type of vehicle...very unprofessional to say the least!Carlos

I took my 2003 Infiniti FX35 for radiator repair. The vehicle has 145k miles on it. They replaced the radiator, hoses, thermostat and coolant. They did an excellent job and the price they quoted was what it cost and a good value. They completed the work on time and did it right the first time. I will most definitely be using them for any future work I need done and would not hesitate recommending them to others.

They changed the head gasket with a kit that included a basic repair and cost me $410... the next day they said I needed a new engine!I Paid for nothing. Talked to another mechanic and did the same diagnostic with out charging anything since no service was done! ... Pete's Precision Automotive robbed me with this unessesary service.!

I have been going to Pete's for years and I never take a Honda anywhere else if I can help it (well, there was this one time when I broke down on the freeway in north county ... sigh).They do good work on the car, they treat you fairly, and they are friendly too!

This shop has excellent service, they are honest and exceptional mechanics, and they have helpful and friendly front desk staff. We moved to this area three years ago and couldn't find a good, honest mechanic. So glad we have now found one!

I was new to the area and my car broke down. I phoned a few garages in the area and received quotes. I spoke to the Service Desk lady at Pete's. Not only did their price beat everywhere else, they gave me several options - in addition to arranging a tow for my car. My car was back and running the same day and I saved over $100. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Pete!

Great service, ASE expert technicians, clean well stocked waiting room. Best import car service in the south Bay area. Worth the drive for us and we're from North County.

I'll drive 25 minutes to go there! They are so real what is hard to find. Everytime I have a question they always give me the best advice. The reason they might be booked out is because every one trusts them and it's worth the wait.

Pricey but less expensive than a dealer and the service is very honest and can t be beat. I have never felt that I was unnecessarily charged.

Called for a quote, they dont work on Infinitis but will do every other japanese model lol. Not logical at all

I took my 2012 Toyota Highlander here for a second opinion on a radio/nav system problem which the Toyota dealer suggested I replace the entire system for $3K. Pete referred me to an audio system specialist who resolved my issue for less than a third of that amount. And Pete charged me $0 for his diagnostic fee, even though he must have spent hours on my car. I'm coming back here again. And you should too.
