Great customer service and awesome job getting my car all fixed up and ready to go. I come here quarterly for my car check up. Beto always helps me and gives me recommendations to have my car updated and in a better condition, any questions you have Beto knows how it goes!

Very helpful and they def pay attention to detail. Beto is very friendly and makes sure to answer any questions. Love their customer service. They have definitely gained a returning customer for my oil changes and car needs.

I brought my car in because my low tire pressure light was on and I feared I had a hole in my tire. Beto was extremely helpful, providing an explanation of what the problem may be and making me feel comfortable that they would fix whatever needed to be done and get me back on the road safely. They took a look at my tires and fixed them within the hour! I will definitely be going back here for any future car troubles/maintenance. I could not recommend this place more, fantastic service!

Came in for an oil change on a used car we were thinking of buying and not only did they do an oil change but they also gave us advice that saved us thousands of dollars in total. These people are helpful, honest, and very professional mechanics. Definitely will be coming back and definitely will recommend.

Had a flat tire and Beto was able to squeeze me in even though they had a bunch of appointments for the day. Ended up getting 4 tires because of the deal. Pepboys is always quick and reliable and people like Beto make the process clear and simple. He was very friendly and professional, I ll be using his location as my go-to from now on.

My father was a mechanic but he had a lot of work to do so I said it's okay I will take it to a mechanic. My dad said pep boys would get it done right. Prices ended up being a bit high and my dad said "I can do the pads install to save you money" but we were already there so I thought I would at least do the oil change. The guy at the main desk said "well get you father to change the oil too then. " Bought the parts at AutoZone parts came out to half what they were charging me, paid my dad what they were charging me for labor and still it came out way less and with out the rudeness my dad still thinks pepboys is a good company but this one dragged their name through the mud. All they needed to say was "okay, if you change your mind, let us know"

Beto was a very nice guy to me and my brother. I shopped around for my Audi Q3 tires that needed replacement and Beto did his best to give us the best deal and service. Everything he did was exactly how it was explained and thorough.

If I could give them a worst review I would but this is the worst I can give them. I went for an oil change on August and like usual they always find something else. They came back telling me one of the brake s cylinder was cracked and it was leaking. They charged me over $600 to get it fixed and for the oil change. Fast forward a moth give or take and I m about 40 minutes away from CV when my brake light comes on. I m literally on the highway driving with my kids. When I take the car back, my brake cylinder was still cracked and I had no more brake fluid in my car. It was a miracle we didn t crash! They fixed it but about two weeks ago my oil light comes out also. Thankfully I was close to home. My neighbor checks my oil and I literally had only the tip of the oil stick with oil on it! My neighbors eyes open wide!! He told me I had no oil and I was lucky my car didn t completely brake down. The only explanation I can find is that they didn t do the oil change!!!! They neglected my car and had zero care for my children and my life!!!Do not go here!! I already opened up a case on them.

When I went to picked my car up it was making a sound that it wasn't making before the repairs, to top it off the mechanic told me car was making the noise when I brought it in, in no uncertain terms told me I was Lying, I said That if it had been making that sound I would have asked them to fix it first, then after paying 80 dollars for something that the mechanic had caused, now I find that I have a bad oil leak.. last time I changed the oil or even look at the dipstick was 18 months ago and the oil was still at the top of stick. I know that my car doesn't leak oil!!! very dissatisfied.

Excellent customer service!!! Fernando J and the Tech Chris was so very helpful, considerate, and ensure that my problem was resolved. As a woman, I m always nervous, going into an auto body or a mechanic shop alone, because unfortunately, in the pass; I have experience being taken advantage of. But today was by far the BEST customer service I have EVER received. I didn t have an appointment I was a walk in and still Fernando. J showed genuine concern for resolving my issue with a smile.

Amazing Experience at Pep Boys with BETO!!! I always come to this location because they are honest and don t try to make me pay for services I don t need yet. Beto made my experience getting new brakes very pleasant and very comfortable with the whole process. His very friendly customer service is while I will keep coming back here for years!! Great place, I always bring my Porsche panamera here for an oil change and have been for years. The store part is now advanced auto parts but Pepboys is still here. Most importantly BETO and Gio, Christian are great, they always help me out and make me feel heard and valued as a customer. That s why I m writing this review. Thanks fam, for real for real. Also if you make an appointment, make sure to bring one of the coupons found on the their website :)
