I had such a positive experience at Pars Auto. I came in to get my bumper replaced and right away Ali gave me a fair estimate and ordered the parts for me. My bumper was repaired in a little over a week. Ali was transparent about the cost and updated me every step of the way. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I will be recommending Pars Auto to anyone I know for auto repairs. And I will definitely be going here again. I really appreciate the care they took into fixing my bumper.

I brought my car to Pars because I needed some external repairs after an accident. After they took everything apart they found that some internal work needed to be done as well. All the team there at Pars were great in the way the communicated with me and my insurance every step of the way! They worked hard on getting my car back to me as soon as possible given the circumstances. I am so happy I chose to go to Pars Auto Care. I am grateful for everyone s hard work and positivity. A plus for me was Ali s hospitality - they even gave me a ride home once instead of getting an Uber. A million stars for customer service! Thank you team Pars!

Pars Auto Care service has been a trusted business that have serviced my cars for as long as I can remember! I would always take ny cars to Pars Auto Care because of their excellent, professional, fextremely knowledgeable expertise on many of my different models & makes of cars. I have trusted & used their awesome repairs for the past years myself & could always count on a job done right, & with such friendly customer service from ALI and Omid. Prices are fair & reasonable. Very impressive work ,came in not knowing how long or how much this would cost to fix,but Thankyou to Ali and his team i am happy to say it looks good as new. Ali and his team did an amazing job on my car!!! The team at Pars Auto Care are very hardworking and understanding. They provide the most professional customer service. Ali is a very sweet man! He helped me with our cars and is a very honest, hard-working, and handy man who actually cares so much about his customers! Made me feel welcome and at home here. He was very honest about what was wrong with our cars, and he fixed them like they were his own cars. Great prices and great service! Best auto shop I have been to in San Diego! Got a salvaged car that had frame damage on the doors. I brought it here and they replaced and painted the doors and made it look brand new! They washed it for me too, very considerate. Told me price upfront and kept it the same, very adorable. Very good doing business! Will always go here.

I took my car to this shop to get the bumper fixed and they did an absolutely amazing work!! My truck was damaged at a long term parking place in LAX. My friend recommended me to Take my truck to Pars Auto Care . I am glad I did that , they took the truck in , gave me a ride back to my house ( 18 miles away) and the work they did was fantastic and to my delight the cost was even more reasonable that I was expecting. . I recommend this friendly professional auto repair shop to Any body.thank you guys.

Ali and staff is the best, they treated me like I was family and did an awesome job with my bumper (which my car is Black) and it s very hard to fix and restore its paint job.this is place to go, they took care of my car ,with great price , masterful service and knows how to treat customers like family! If looking for a professional people this is the shop. Owner is honest and he is helpful to everyone. I like his friendly workers and the best advice you can get from them. Suggest to test him and you will be the Customer. I am driving 25 miles to do a small job just with this guys.

I took my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe for body repair, after a few days Ali called me stating that my truck was ready, as soon as I got there and saw my truck I was Impressed how my truck was finished.I highly recommend this guys for any type of body repair

Not only are they open later than most shops on a Saturday, they were able to help me get the car fixed and travel ready very quickly. They went above and beyond for my car and the communication was amazing. 100% recommend!!!!
